Concubine Tang began her story with a long sigh. Everything related to his future grandson was also his business. After this, he had to take care of her in order to be born safely.
"From the physical features I have seen from you, you are currently in preparation to become a mother. Maybe you are unaware of it and it is hard to believe because your child-to-be is not developing in your womb. As a Dragon Goddess you are spared from that fate but you will still have offspring."
Concubine Tang's explanation left Fang Yin agape in disbelief. He was reminded of his dream some time ago where he saw his soul force and Jian Heng gathered in a foreign place. Yang Hui had explained about it although not too much.
"Will my child be born at the same time as most babies?" ask Fang Yin.
Concubine Tang quickly shook her head.
"No. No one knows how long she will develop into a baby. Your child's growth depends on the strength he or she can absorb from your body and from the natural surroundings. She could have been born sooner or longer than most pregnancies. However, there are a few things you should keep in mind. As much as possible, let no one know about this news. Many power hunters will try to snatch your baby later. We should really take care of him and come in time to pick him up." Implied worry on Consort Tang's face.
"Is it possible that the butler was one of those power hunters? Before this I also discovered a new kind of poison that was very strange. Only me and Brother Heng knew. We agreed to keep the poison a secret until the intruders and the people involved in it are caught." Fang Yin recounted the events he had experienced recently.
"Can be. We should not let our guard down a little considering the invisible dangers that are all around us. Whatever you do after this, don't let anyone know if you're going to have a child outside your womb. If until this happens we will never be able to live quietly every day," Consort Tang explained.
"I understand, Mother. We've been isolating this room for a long time. My extended family will definitely think a no-no. I hope you don't mind if we have to act a little bit like nothing happened. They'll tell me if they say, Brother Heng is sick." There was a plea in Fang Yin's speech.
Concubine Tang nodded.
"We will play our respective roles but before that I will help you clean up this room. You have unleashed too much of your power. Let me do it."
All the things that were originally scattered were now moving swiftly with the magic released by Consort Tang. The objects returned to their respective places in a very short time. After feeling that everything was in order, he turned to face Fang Yin who was sitting next to him.
It was Fang Yin's turn to open the protective boundary that was installed around his room. His hand pushed forward and pulled that limiting energy quickly. In an instant the barrier disappeared and the real world opened.
The voice of people conversing outside the room was now clearly heard. Concubine Shi who was crying was heard by Fang Yin. Unable to bear with it all, he immediately opened the door of his room with deep exertion.
Concubine Shi and the large family of Fang Yin who were outside her room were shocked when the door suddenly opened. However, they were delighted and immediately ran over to Fang Yin and Consort Tang. They still did not realize that Jian Heng was also there and lying behind Fang Yin.
"Yin'er! Brotherkat! What the hell is going on?" concubine Shi asked as she stared at her daughter and iron in turn.
Concubine Tang stood up and carried Concubine Shi sitting on the edge of the empty bed. Fang Yin also approached his mother and hugged her tightly for a while. After her mother felt calm, she wiped away the remains of her tears.
"Sister Heng is sick. My mother-in-law and I just treated her. I don't need to be sad, Brother Heng is fine now." Fang Yin did not want his mother to feel worried.
Concubine Shi nodded.
One by one the Fang Yin family walked over. They wanted to see Jian Heng's state, as well as Tian Feng's. His high sensitivity made him able to sense what was really on Jian Heng.
With his eyes closed, Tian Feng turned to Fang Yin to look at his expression. In the slightest Fang Yin could not hide any secrets from him.
"of course. We'll talk later." As he understood the gesture from Fang Yin, he would not discuss regarding Jian Heng's current condition.
"Sorry if we mess up your dinner" Fang Yin said later. "Mother, please take the mother-in-law and the others to the banquet hall. I'll keep Brother Heng here" he continued.
Concubine Shi nodded then said, "I'll ask the waiter to deliver your dinner."
The highlight of worry was still clearly visible on Consort Tang's face but she did not want to complicate Fang Yin's state. If he refused to leave then people would suspect him. For now they must not know with Fang Yin's pregnancy and the death of the butler.
'Before the mastermind behind this riot is caught, I mustn't look suspicious. I should look for an opportunity to talk things over with Yin'er.' Concubine Tang monologued in heart.
Fang Yin breathed a sigh of relief as his family did not ask any questions about his illness. It could be that at this time they were just holding themselves back from asking so many questions as there were already many waiting in the banquet hall. The next day he had to get ready to face them.
Jian Heng's face still looked pale but his breathing was very regular. This situation could be interpreted if the current him had gradually improved. Maybe he'll wake up soon.
Fang Yin's body also felt tired. He then spread his body beside Jian Heng. Drowsiness began to creep but he had to endure it as he had to wait for the maids to come to deliver food for him.
"Hoam! It was a long time ago of them," Fang Yin murmured as he continued to look towards the door.
Jian Heng's right hand moved and touched his shoulder. Fang Yin felt surprised as his position was currently on his back. He immediately turned and faced her.
"Who are you waiting for?" jian Heng asked in a still weak voice.
"Are you awake?" Fang Yin asked back.
Jian Heng nodded with a smile. His memory felt faint. He had no idea what was going on before he was in bed.
"Don't think too much! We'll talk about it another time." As if knowing what Jian Heng was thinking, Fang Yin asked him to calm down.
His hand touched Jian Heng's cheek and rubbed it gently.
The two looked at each other until the sound of knocking on the door from the outside resuscitated the two.
Fang Yin got up to sit down and invited the waiter in.
'I wonder, after the death of the butler, if there is still poison put into my drink.' Fang Yin looked impatient to find out immediately.
