Chapters 27. The Ice Storm 2
On top of Fang Yin's head was a crown of energy that was in the shape of a rainbow circle with a flame tongue covering it. His eyes flashed a bluish color with an extremely frightening light. Da Xia could not believe what was happening before his eyes.
'This kid is very dangerous. Hopefully he has good luck so that he can become a cultivator capable of illuminating the cultivation world. If Xiao Yin is not a bad person, I believe he has a good purpose for the future. Hopefully, ' Da Xia murmured inwardly.
"Xiao Yin! You hear me?" da Xia asked fearfully in case Fang Yin was being overpowered by the energy spirit that enveloped her and left her uncontrollable.
Fang Yin nodded.
"Good! Let go of the lowest level, remember the lowest level and if you can lower the Qi at the most basic level. I'm afraid that your moves have more damage than mine!" Da Xia reminded Fang Yin before they let go of that stance.
Fang Yin nodded again and immediately pulled a part into his dantian and locked it.
Da Xia smiled looking at the flow of energy entering Fang Yin's body and felt the flowing Snow Cloud Qi have a low amount.
The cave trembled as Da Xia released his nurse by moving his right hand which was followed by a chunk of ice crystal hitting and stuck on the wall of the cave. His left hand did the same thing and the cave shook again. The stone wall around the ice block was turned into an ice wall. It could be imagined that if the ice crystals touched the opponent's body, they would turn into ice cubes that could not move anymore and then disintegrate unceremoniously.
After Da Xia finished giving an example to Fang Yin to release the Ice Storm Sight as short as possible to prevent the cave from being destroyed.
"Now it's your turn, Xiao Yin!" pekik Da Xia's.
In contrast to Da Xia who released his manager on the wall at the side of the cave, Fang Yin released his nurse on the inner wall that was directly adjacent to the belly of the hill.
Fang Yin turned ninety degrees and faced the wall he was after.
Boom!
His right hand threw an ice crystal enveloped by electrical energy towards the wall and caused an explosion.
The chunk of ice crystals pierced through the wall and made it explode, causing a hole several meters deep into the wall.
Boom!
The second throw made the wall explode again. This time the explosion was more violent than before. Not only left the hole that made the cave deeper, but also made the ice flowers on the walls and ceiling fall.
"Now stabilize your energy and attract all the remaining Qi. This cave will be destroyed if you let go of this style once more!" da Xia.
"I understand." Fang Yin looked up his face which had a sinister aura staring at the ceiling of the cave.
Before storing the remaining energy, Fang Yin first drew out the energy he released using the Dragon Breath Force. After being absorbed back without remaining, Fang Yin stored those energies into his dantian. For the sake of his safety, Fang Yin tried not to leave behind any energy wherever he stopped by.
The rainbow crown began to fade and then disappeared as well as the energy that enveloped his body.
"You did it, Xiao Yin. It was only the first time I met a person who could master two styles in one day, namely you. At least one had to complete a basic book about his subconscious breaking through technique to do this," Da Xia explained.
Fang Yin scratched his head in a foolish manner as if he had yet to learn any book even though it was actually already two parts of the Nine Dragons Book that he mastered.
Feeling that things were safe, Da Xia pulled out his Ice Shield Steps and cleared up the mess they had created.
They spent the remaining night meditating to perfect their cultivation considering that tomorrow they would have to travel far and not yet know when else they could cultivate quietly.
Neither Fang Yin nor Da Xia wanted to waste this opportunity. The Dark Forest has abundant energy sources although here rarely appear spirit beasts like in the Forest of Apathy and other forests. This was because in this forest it had trees that were thousands of years old and stored a rare Qi that was rarely found anywhere else.
Before the sun inched, Fang Yin had finished his cultivation before Da Xia.
Fang Yin tidied up his belongings that he needed to carry. On the rattan shelf there are still some large tubers. Unfortunately if not eaten and left alone, he and Da Xia also need energy to travel far after last night they practice to forget to eat.
The smell of the roasted tubers made Da Xia immediately put an end to his cultivation which had actually reached its maximum limit since some time ago, only before Da Xia was still meditating to wait for the morning.
"You're making me hungry, Xiao Yin!" da Xia exclaimed while doing a muscle stretching motion.
"of course. We had missed dinner and were distracted before we finished lunch. Haish, it feels like my body is no longer energized," Fang Yin said as he wiped away the sweat that soaked his face.
