Chapter 349. Awaiting Punishment

The nine balls of energy in Fang Yin's hand shot out rapidly filling up the replacement points surrounding the formation. Emperor Ning's body was surrounded by those nine fire points.

Fang Yin again made a hand gesture and formed a spirit separation seal. After Emperor Ning's companion spirit was separated from his body then he would return to being a human form. Meanwhile, the fire dragon spirit would be absorbed into the soul locking spell seal.

"I make sure you can never get up again, Ugly Dragon!" Fang Yin looked at the crystal that contained the infamous and vicious ancient spirit beast.

In a crystal form, the fire dragon spirit would be difficult to resurrect. Unlike if only tied inside the seal that is easily opened with a stronger spell.

"Wait, Yin'er!" yelled Jian Heng.

He still felt the weak side of the crystal hovering in front of Fang Yin.

Fang Yin rewinded his hand unbending his intention to take out the fire dragon spirit crystal. He turned to look at Jian Heng and waited for him to speak.

"It needs blue lightning element to balance the lock. Wait, I'll add it."

A blue-coloured energy aura with small flashes of light flashed emerged from Jian Heng's palm. After gathering the required amount he pushed it towards the fire dragon spirit crystal.

The spirit crystal was enveloped by a blue-colored aura that absorbed quickly into the crystal and made it have a blue-colored complexion on one side. Now there was no longer anyone who could unseal this other than the owner of the Book of Nine Dragons who was able to break his spell.

"It's safe. You can keep it now" said Jian Heng.

"Hm." Fang Yin nodded.

On the other hand, Emperor Ning was trying to get up and break away from the nine sun formation. Despite not using the strength of the nine cultivators but the essence of the nine energy elements he released was already extremely strong.

"Let's take care of this traitor," Fang Yin turned his body towards Emperor Ning.

Jian Heng followed him.

Fang Yin smiled obliquely then looked at him with a mocking look.

"You think I believe you. I'm not the father you so easily persuade with your sweet word. You will also remain responsible for your words but not now." Fang Yin spoke out loud.

"No one would believe you if I died. The key witness to all the truth about you is me. If I hadn't spoken, no one would have believed you." Emperor Ning continued to reassure Fang Yin with his words money was useless.

"Haha!" Fang Yin laughed at Emperor Ning's remark which he thought was very silly. It was like he was persuading a little boy who knew nothing.

The man tried to think. He had not expected that Fang Yin was so smart and unaffected by his words.

"If I wanted to I could kill you now, Uncle. But it feels like death is too light a punishment in my opinion. I'm not a person who likes to be merciful to criminals." Fang Yin spoke again.

Emperor Ning widened his eyes. This time he felt like he had lost his mind.

The confinement within this nine sun formation was not forever. Fang Yin would get Emperor Ning out of there as soon as possible. The energy that filled the nine formation points had a limit at which they could weaken.

In order to prevent any unwanted things after this, Fang Yin jumped into the middle of the formation following Emperor Ning. This sight made Jian Heng surprised. He had not been able to follow Fang Yin's thought path.

At first glance he felt worried about his lover considering he often acted recklessly. Sometimes Fang Yin also did not take into account anything bad and thought about what kind of danger was in front of him.

"Yin'er! Be careful!" yang Jian Heng. He was not immune to black flames so it was impossible to catch up with Fang Yin. The only thing he could do was look at what Fang Yin had done from where he was standing at this moment.

Fang Yin answered Jian Heng's exclamation with a nod.

Emperor Ning felt that there was an opportunity to attack Fang Yin when he saw her enter the center of the formation and stand right before him. His body began to be enveloped by the aura of energy and was ready to attack.

Fang Yin pushed his hand forward to welcome that energy but not to reply with the same energy. Fang Yin's palm opened and absorbed all the energy released by Emperor Ning.

There was no explosion or anything that had arisen until Emperor Ning was astonished. In the past the Dragon Breath Force was not used to absorb the opponent's energy. However, this time Fang Yin used it for it with an extremely high level.

"Bad! That's not how much, feel this!" Emperor Ning attacked him again.

"Hmmm. Your energy is so small but you're too arrogant." Fang Yin did not budge from his place.

After the fire dragon spirit detached from Emperor Ning's body, its strength diminished by a great deal. He only had a power limit that was far below his previous strength as it had partially melted away during the release of the fire dragon spirit.

The attack after attack unleashed by Emperor Ning continued to be absorbed into Fang Yin's body leaving him feeling extremely exhausted. Little energy remained in his body and made him stand up with difficulty.

At this point Fang Yin advanced forward and sealed his energy. After this, Emperor Ning could not expend any more energy to attack him.

Feeling no danger threatening him anymore, Fang Yin opened the nine sun formation that locked them away. The real punishment he hasn't done yet. He wanted the entire population of the capital to witness it after the war ended.

Fang Yin flicked his finger and a rope hung in the air appeared. He then pointed the rope at Emperor Ning and tied it without touching it.

Emperor Ning thrashed and kept shouting. However, it did not last long as Fang Yin immediately stuffed his mouth with a rope that tied his mouth until it could no longer open.

"What will we do again after this, Yin'er?" Jian Heng really looked like a fool who understood nothing. Fang Yin's line of thought was hard to guess, only a look of vengeance was clearly visible on his face.

"That's great. We don't know which Emperor Ning's supporters are and which ones are neutral. Actually killing him doesn't matter, but it all depends on you."

Fang Yin tied Emperor Ning's body in the middle of the square that was beside the palace. Residents who survived in the capital began to arrive to see him. Not many have the courage to stay there.

It wasn't long before the palace guards brought Empress Ning and tied her up next to Emperor Ning.

It only took one breath to get the companion spirit out of his body. There are no more boundaries between them. Yang Hui was unable to defy Fang Yin's orders and it was impossible for him to do so.

The smell of blood and smoke pouring in the rain was carried by the wind and spread in the distance. The atmosphere on the battlefield was not as chaotic as before. Enemy soldiers were successfully annihilated without a remnant.

Emperor Ning's troops who came from the underworld ran off the ridge leaving the battlefield. Now only Fang Yin's troops were shouting victory when he saw it coming.

Ning Yao Xi and Ning Mu Shen were bound in a state of unconsciousness with wounds filling his entire body. After Jian Heng's departure, they were in the hands of Huang Ran and Da Xia.

The rain slowly stopped after the war. The leaders brought troops to gather and provide treatment for the wounded in the war.

Fang Yin and Jian Heng walked over to them with great concern. They gave them energy recovery pills and distributed them directly.

Shu Han Wu and Gu Tian Feng did the same. They had more than enough pill reserves to share. Before the war happened, they were making pills in large quantities.

In contrast to humans, beings from the underworld recovered their energy by taking the essence from the bodies of the dead forces. They also absorbed the soul force when they found that the army was still alive.

The Fire Demon King shifted his body to give Fang Yin a chance to sit behind Acong. Acong's body nearly collapsed when the Fire Demon King released his energy. With a quick movement Fang Yin immediately attached his palm and gave off his energy.

The state of Acong's body slowly improved with the treatment energy from Fang Yin. However, his condition is not normal. He was a half-demon human who had both traits combined to form a new trait that was elusive to logic.

His great strength was coupled with the vices on him that he was trying to suppress. Although not wanted, Acong still has the ugliness.

Fang Yin's energy continued to enter Acong's body. Oddities begin to occur when Acong does not stop absorbing that energy.

"Severe injuries in your body require a great deal of energy to close them. Take this hopefully it can help a little." Fang Yin gave the energy crystal which contained the energy essence of his body.

After this Fang Yin would lose a lot of energy but it was no problem for him. Fang Yin's recovery power was extremely fast and he was able to absorb energy while performing other activities.

"It's gonna hurt you, foster mom." Acong tampa hesitated to accept it.

"I thought you knew who I was. Take it!"

Acong finally took the crystal and swallowed it. His body let out a bright light for a moment then dimmed along with the flow of energy flowing in his body. His pale face now looks ordinary.

The turbulent taste within his stomach made him rush to get up and leave quickly from before Fang Yin. What he was doing looked disrespectful but Fang Yin knew that he did not mean that.

In the distance, Acong was staring into the sky with his hands slightly open on both sides of his body. An enormous flame shot out from within his mouth while burping.

Fang Yin and the Fire Demon King looked at each other then smiled. After burping Acong will feel better.

"Thank you, Miss Yin. You have sacrificed yourself to heal Acong." The fire demon king fused his hands together before Fang Yin.

"It's not a big thing. Acong almost lost his life for me. Everything I've done is not comparable."

Acong returned before Fang Yin and the Fire Demon King with different conditions than before. His body looked extremely good with a dense aura enveloping his body. His energy essence rose sharply after swallowing Fang Yin's energy crystal.

Jian Heng walked in the distance in a hurry. From the look of his face looks being overwhelmed with anxiety. The three of them prepared to welcome his arrival with a raging curiosity.

"Sister Heng, are you okay?" fang Yin asked with a face that looked panicked.
