Cultivation Goddess

Cultivation Goddess
Chapter 4 The Impairment of Fang Yin

Fang Yin ended his cultivation and got up from his seat. The pain he had initially felt had completely disappeared. Likewise with internal injuries that previously made it difficult to move, now it is not felt. Only outside wounds remain in the form of bruises and some scratches.

"Arghh! What kind of place is this? The tree is huge. Or is my body too small? Ah, stop!" Fang Yin walked away leaving the banks of the river and cave where he had been stranded earlier.

He doesn't know what time it is. While glancing at his wrist he did not find his watch. Again he forgot if he was in an era that does not know watches. The denseness of the trees in the forest also made Fang Yin unable to see the sun and estimate the time.

His right hand he put on his forehead and did a light massage while continuing to walk. That will make it a little relaxed when faced with difficulties. Really, this new life made him depressed and hoped to be able to return to the previous world.

After walking for quite a while withstanding the pain of his barefoot walking, finally Fang Yin's hut was seen as well.

"Huhhhh! May there be no wild animals in this forest. I'm most disgusted to see a snake." Fang Yin spoke as he rubbed his arms.

Fang Yin continued to look around him. Just in case there is a wild beast or something that threatens his life. He should also pay attention to the path that there might be sharp thorns there.

"God! What kind of place is this." Fang Yin stepped uninspiredly closer to the hut that would become his residence.

Kriyett!

The sound of the door creaking when he opened it. He had to hold it because one of the leaves seemed to be dislodged and hit his body.

"Hiks! I want to go home. My house, my car, my comfortable bed, I miss her."

There had not been a day Agata was in Fang Yin's body he already felt unable to bear. If this was a choice then he did not want to be in a strange world that left him stuck in the middle of the wilderness alone. Fang Yin sat down lethargicly leaning on the cot that became his bed at this moment.

Inside the narrow hut was a cot, a cooking place, and a rattan table in a room without a bulkhead.

Fang Yin walked up to a vessel and opened it. There are dishes that may be cooked by the previous owner of the body. The cuisine had not gone stale, Fang Yin wanted to heat it but did not know how to light a fire.

"Did I just use the power inside, huh? It looks like it's cool," Fang Yin smiled.

Fang Yin opened his palm and let out an energy flame to heat the vessel made of clay. Delightful. At least it gave him a little entertainment.

There were no plates or spoons there, just a porcelain bowl and a pair of chopsticks. Without a second thought, Fang Yin immediately poured the heated dishes earlier into the bowl. The smell of the fungus and the plant looked strange, Fang Yin wished it didn't taste bad.

For the sake of a hungry stomach, Fang Yin began to eat the food. Tasteless. There is only the sweet taste of the mushroom and a slight tartness of the plant cooked with it. Fang Yin kept eating it rather than tonight he was starving because it was getting dark outside and he couldn't possibly go out to forage.

Whether the effects of the food he ate or his body were feeling tired, Fang Yin continued to yawn and fell asleep on the floor.

The sounds of the forest animals were earthy to each other singing the night orchestra.

In a place not far from Fang Yin's hut appeared a spirit beast that was hundreds of years old. The beast was a white dragon. He appeared there after smelling the pure energy released by Fang Yin to heat his vessel.

Inside the Southern Star Forest were several spirit beasts living there. The beasts only appeared occasionally for fear of being hunted by cultivators and becoming their slaves. Some of them were slaughtered sadistically and had their energy blood drawn.

The white dragon walked up to Fang Yin's hut and moved its head to look for a crack that could allow it to look inside the hut. His large head made it difficult for him to get close to the hut. The sound of his breathing was very clear and made Fang Yin wake up.

'What's that sound?' Fang Yin woke up from his sleep and was acting alert.

According to his memory, the ring he was wearing right now was a storage device of various kinds of weapons and personal items that had an unlimited capacity.

Fang Yin closed his eyes and concentrated on looking at the contents of his storage ring. This time he was attracted to a spear that had a gold-colored engraving. In an instant the spear was already in his hand.

'Looks fun!' Although he had yet to fully accept his new life, yet Fang Yin began to enjoy beyond reason things that challenged him.

Moan's blood flowing in Agata's body makes him have a warrior soul. While in the modern world, he cannot freely express himself with the power he has because of legal and legal problems. Another case with his current world that is free to use his power and kill anyone who gets in his way.

Fang Yin walked quietly closer to the door and looked outside through the crack. The dark atmosphere of the night made it difficult to see what creatures were in front of the hut.

'If I had a power that could make my eyes see in the dark.'

Fang Yin's hut trembled as the creature moved. Not wanting his hut to be damaged, Fang Yin finally chose to get out of there and lure the creature away.

Fang Yin was startled when he opened the door and hurriedly closed it back.

"God! Dragon!" fang Yin's heart was pounding extremely fast looking at the white shining beast.

"Come out, Young man!" A heavy voice like that of an old geezer rang out to make the walls of the hut tremble.

"Don't hide! Come outside! Or I'm gonna knock this house down!" threaten that voice.

Hearing the threat, Fang Yin's guts shrunk. He gathered his courage and opened the door again. His hand held the spear trembling with feet that felt heavy to step on.

"Hemh! A small child apparently," said the dragon with a sharp look.

"What do you want?" fang Yin asked tremblingly.

"I should have asked you, what are you doing here, Little Boy?" The dragon slightly raised his tone.

"I ... I ...." Fang Yin twisted his brain to make a proper excuse.

"I'm lost and don't know the way home." Fang Yin hoped that by talking like that the dragon would feel pity and let go.

It seemed like his hope was in vain, the dragon instead wagged its tail to make Fang Yin's body flung and crashed into a tree.

Fang Yin's body fell to the ground but he tried to get up and stand up with his spear.

'I have to use the style I learned from my grandmother's inheritance. I don't want to die a second time. I must also avenge the owner of this body.' Fang Yin began to stand up properly and overcome his fear.

The dragon again wanted to attack Fang Yin, but for this time Fang Yin was more prepared. As the dragon's tail began to move closer and almost snatched its body, Fang Yin jumped up then came back down quickly and stuck out the tip of his spear. The spear hit the tail of the dragon and stuck it there.

The dragon cried out in pain.

Fang Yin dodged away from the tail of the dragon which continued to twitch to the right and left. The dragon's blood kept coming out emitting a rancid fragrance. It seemed like Fang Yin's spear contained poison, judging from the effect it had caused.

The dragon continued to shout and curse at Fang Yin, but he could no longer attack. His body seemed numb and became weak instantly, even to raise his head he was helpless.

Fang Yin walked up to the dragon's head and checked his state, still breathing or not. The dragon is dead. Finally Fang Yin could breathe a sigh of relief.

The look of his eyes swept across the body of the white-shining dragon. Even though it was dead but the dragon still shone. Fang Yin tried to recall the memories of the spirit beast and how to take away its power.

A glance flashed back the contents of the 1-star Book of Nine Dragons passed down by Emperor Gu through the spell he sent out just before he died. There was written how to take the spirit beast energy and draw its blood. Unfortunately, the dragon's blood could not be retrieved as it was already mixed with Fang Yin's spear poison.

Fang Yin's hand performed a movement to channel the energy with different types of both palms. In his right hand flowed golden-yellow energy while in his left hand was milky white. The two energies fused together and formed a silver white lotus flower.

In the book, the technique of uniting two Golden Light energies and the Snow Cloud energy is known as the Ice Lotus. This style was originally only controlled by the Ice tribe, but Emperor Gu summarized it into the Book of Nine Dragons he held. The Ice Tribe was the home of Consort Shi, the mother of Fang Yin.

The silver lotus flower moved from Fang Yin's hand hovering above the spirit dragon's head. Fang Yin exercised long-distance control until the energy lotus spun increasingly faster and descended to touch the dragon's head. The silver lotus melted down and entered into the body of the spirit dragon.

Pyaarrs!

The dragon's body disappeared like a broken soap bubble.

Fang Yin smiled happily when he saw an object shining right where the dragon's head was there before.

The green-colored energy crystal now belonged to Fang Yin. The crystal could accelerate one to increase his cultivation in a short period of time. The more energy crystals a person possessed, then he would be the faster to reach a higher cultivation realm.

After storing the crystal, Fang Yin walked back into his hut with light steps. He was already impatient to immediately meditate and balance the energy of his body then absorb as much natural energy as possible. Surely all that he did with the help of the energy crystal he had just obtained.

As he entered into his subconscious, Fang Yin looked at his own soul and saw his face and body which were still the same as when he was living in the modern world as Agata.

Fang Yin noticed the activity he was doing while secretly stealing the reading of the Nine Dragons Book from his father's reading room. Fang Yin also saw himself as an Agata who had also studied the same scripture at different levels for nine years. Until there, he did not understand what was really happening, until the book they had studied came hovering above his head and explained what was written there through the energy emanated from it.

Apparently Agata and Fang Yin's souls had indeed been connected ever since they first read and studied the book. Agata should have studied the Nine Dragons Book starting from the one star he now held as well.

His mistake in studying the book directly at 3-star made him have to lose his soul and occupy the new body of the person who studied the book of the Nine Dragons who died young.

When one studies the book of the Nine Dragons it means that he has agreed that their soul is fused with that book.

Agata finally understood the reason for arriving at the cultivation realm. And from this moment on he had to accept himself as Fang Yin for good because the Book of Nine Dragons had locked his soul there.
