"What's going on in the morning? Aren't we meeting at the palace meeting after this?" Emperor Ning looked at the astonished son who looked extremely anxious.
"I don't want to make a meeting room splash with the news I brought, Dad. Before I find the culprit, I don't want to tell anyone but Dad" she explained.
Ning Yao Xi's words made Emperor Ning even more clueless. He thinks his son is too confused about his story.
Aware of her father's impatient gaze, Ning Yao Xi immediately said her intent and purpose.
"Some of the people who lived not far from the palace died horribly, Father. I'd like to ask your opinion on how to handle it. Should Shen'er and I go straight to check on this?" ning Yao Xi asked.
Actually Emperor Ning was surprised by this news. However, he tried to behave normally and faced the son calmly.
"You don't have to think about a trivial matter like this. I think this could be a trap from an enemy that is deliberately distracting. With our vigilance compromised they will easily ravage our troops," explained Emperor Ning.
