Ari stared hard at Michael. Michael held his sword up in a wheelchair.
"Michael, I'll warn you. Even if you're in a wheelchair, I won't hold back" Ari said.
Michael grinned. "try it. I assure you, you won't be able to touch me."
"Tch, how long."
Michael raised his sword while looking at Ari. "Please forward!"
Ari didn't waste any time. He immediately stepped forward against the unmoving Michael. With one hand, he slashed his sword in an ambush.
Cklake! Their two swords met each other. Even in his current state, Michael could still fend off Ari's attacks with ease.
"Michael-san is great. The wheelchair did not affect her reflex speed," Riana watched the fight between the two of them. "Even brother has already deployed his best attack. But still not enough."
Ari abstained from retreating. Although he could see the distance between the two of them, but he did not intend to budge at all.
"Your moves are too easy to read, Ari. If you keep going like this, then you won't win" Michael said.
Ari ignored him. He quickly moved behind Michael, turning his back to his seat. With that, he hoped to attack him from the blind side.
"He couldn't possibly turn his body around and fend off this attack. I can definitely hit it!" Inner Ari.
When Ari was about to swing his sword, Michael immediately moved his sword without even turning his head.
Cklake!
Ari surprised. He really did not expect Michael to be able to read his movements without seeing the direction of his attack.
"Basic naive. You think if I don't look then I don't see?" Michael Yelled. "You're underestimating the ability of a general, Ari!"
With his back to the opponent, Michael changed the direction of his sword. He launched two consecutive slashes and managed to hit Ari to make him bounce.
"Sister!" Riana shouted worriedly.
Michael turned his chair and glanced towards Ari. "It's been almost a minute, and you haven't even landed a single punch on me."
Ari whimpered in pain. "Dam. He's not kidding. This exercise is completely beyond my level, "Gruggu. "In addition, what was that movement? Even without putting an eye on the opponent, he could detect the direction of his attack."
Ari raised her body slowly. He then returned his sword.
"It's futile. No matter how hard I try, I can't go beyond her abilities. I hate to admit it, but this is the truth" Inner Ari again. "But he certainly has a gap, too. All I need is to look for it!"
Ari sharpened her vision. He also uses techniques that he has been keeping.
"In my years of hunting experience. I have perfected the special technique that I have honed since I was a child," Ari's eyes grew sharper. "Cunamai technique: Observation and Precision!"
Observation is basically a simple technique. All that needs to be done is to observe the opponent's movements until they start to show certain patterns in their movements.
It is very useful in hunting. By studying the nature and movement of game animals, the hunters will easily launch an attack of anticipation if they run away or fight.
But what is special about Ari's technique is that he does not just observe opponents and prepare anticipation attacks. Rather increase the likelihood that the attack will be successful.
"It's all in my eyes. Eyes that see sharply through various obstacles."
"Distance, speed, wind force, and size of the opponent. As long as I can take everything into account, the chances of it getting bigger."
"And with an accurate coordination between the eyes and the hands, there's nothing I can't shoot."
Michael suddenly shouted at Ari. "Did you give up?" Her speech. "Standing for so long won't make you look intimidating. You seem to be thinking of a plan, right?"
"Damn, how did he know?" Ari jerks. He then said, "I haven't given up. I'll beat you here, and teach you a lesson!"
At full speed, Ari darted with his sword ready to scratch Michael.
Michael drew his sword and clashed with Ari's sword. The fight became more intense than usual.
"You haven't studied at all, have you?" Michael Yelled. "Your attacks are still very predictable. Even with my eyes closed I can see it. You're still too weak!"
Ari kept swinging his wooden sword. "Your arrogant mouth, I hate it so much" he said. "What use is the honor of a knight when his mouth is like a bucket!"
"It's not a mockery, but reality. You're so bad at fighting. Even the most basic general knowledge you don't know."
"Tch, don't judge us by your standards!" Ari launched the final slash forcefully.
Cklake! His slash was strong enough to make himself pushed back a few steps, providing some distance between them.
Ari regulated her breathing, while continuing her sentence. "Your nature just now, makes me sick of knowing!" His shouting. "I know you're a general. But we're not your army!"
Michael replied firmly. "You're just looking for excuses. I know you're ashamed for not knowing the basics of fighting. You are a failure" he said. "My team won't be this weak. In a day, they've been obliged to swing the sword a thousand times."
"I told you not to equate us!" Reply Ari. "Everyone is different. And you have no right to force them to change the way you want them to!"
"In the military, it's very important. Those who cannot lift the sword will find only death. So do you."
"Tch, fuck the military. I don't live for that. And also..." Ari pulled his sword back, ready to lunge. "Maybe you don't remember, so I'll remind you. I'm not a sword user, but a bow!"
Ari immediately swung his slash upwards. With his right hand he launched the attack towards Michael.
But Michael immediately anticipated it with a counterattack. He swung his sword twice in a row to make Ari's sword thrown into the air.
"S-Sial, my fingers are saggy!" Ari's face changed.
Swosh! This time, however, Ari avoided it.
"D-He's avoiding it!?" Michael surprised.
Ari grinned. "Don't underestimate a hunter. We can even read the animal mindset. Reading your movement patterns is like reading a book" he said. "After observing your movements. I realize something every time you slash your little sword."
Ari pointed her index finger. "You always attack with two consecutive slashes. And that reveals your greatest weakness!"
Michael stared. "Well, you think that with just that you're gonna beat me?" The reply. "Finding my little attack pattern won't change the situation!"
Ari grinned. "Heh heh, if you think so, you're wrong" he said.
"W-What?"
"That two consecutive slashes is not without reason. It's because you haven't adapted to the sword you used, "Continues Ari. "You said earlier that you were a big sword wielder. That explains how you're not used to the weight of a small sword that's much lighter than your flagship weapon."
Ari continued his conclusion. "Therefore, you always swing your sword faster because the power you put out is not in harmony with the weight of the sword. So you always miss the first slash and follow with the second."
Michael's lips grinned. He laughed after hearing Ari's explanation.
"You're really great, Ari. Maybe I underestimated you too much" he said with a big smile. "However, what does that mean when you can't attack me anymore? You lost your weapon, which means you lost."
"No no, you're Michael's fault. I didn't lose my weapon" Ari said.
"Huh?"
Ari raised her finger to the sky. "This is where my precision talent comes into action. Immediate attack from the sky!"
Michael raised his face and saw a sword falling towards him at high speed.
"W-How can it!?" Michael surprised. He then remembered when Ari lost his sword. "So so! From the beginning he deliberately threw a weapon, and pretend that he made a mistake. Though actually he was about to attack me when he was careless."
"But.. how? The sword was heading right towards me. Like an arrow shot from a bow."
Ari suddenly cuts off Michael's daydream. "You must be astonished, right? How can I throw that sword accurately?" Her speech. "It's because of my talent! Precision talent that can hit any target without missing. A special talent that perfected my archery technique!"
The sword drew closer to Michael.
"The sword is approaching!" Michael drew his sword. "Well, but it's not a problem. As long as I can move my sword, I can block it and change its direction."
When Michael began to be confident, he immediately looked up to see the sword coming. However, the brightening of the sky light immediately entered and stung his eyes.
"S-Damn, I can't see clearly" Michael covered part of his eyes with his hand. Trying to reduce the light that barged into his vision.
Because of the glare of the sky, the shadow of the sword seemed to double and refract. It made it difficult for Michael to focus his gaze.
"Great, I can't estimate the distance of the sword. The light that hit prevented me from seeing focus, "Respiringly. "Could possibly..."
"That's right!" Ari shouted enthusiastically. "I knew you'd easily hit my sword to stop it. So I used the glare of the sky to block your vision. Moreover, seeing a small flat object in the middle of the air will make it difficult for you to estimate the distance."
"Damn, he had already planned it. Plus, it looks pretty dangerous if it hits me in the face" Michael said. "I have to protect myself!"
Michael raised his hand to the sky. "The Non-Elemental Spell: Protection!"
Seeing Michael cast a spell, Ari immediately responded.
"Don't let me cheat!" His shouting. "Non-Elemental Spell: Channel, Power!"
The tension between the two of them became so tense. Moreover, this training session started to be dangerous because they started using magic.
Riana panicked. "P-protection... C-Channeling..if the two collide, it will release a strong wave of momentum," he murmured. "It can hurt them and the surroundings."
Ari's face was increasingly blazing at the victory before his eyes. Once he defeated Michael, he could tell him to stay away from his sister.
So did Michael. His face did not show the determination to lose, because the person firmly rose in this military session.
"Eat it, you general thief sister!" Ari shouted with all her might.
"Yeah!" Michael's strengthening his protection layer.
"Heh, what are you doing?" Suddenly Rio appeared between them.
Instantly the eyes of the three of them immediately glared in shock. They were so focused in the fight that they did not realize Rio was entering the training arena.
"Rio, get out of there!" Riana tried to warn.
But late. The sword had almost touched Michael's protection layer. If it reaches it, then the explosion of momentum will not be avoided.
Rio might be seriously injured, considering that he is still small and his physique is unable to withstand such a great amount of strength.
"Rome!!!" Ari and Riana shouted at the same time.
