"Dyland, you have to believe me!" Shouted Marvin while continuing to point his finger at Rosemary. "He was the intruder. If you let him go now, then we won't have another chance to catch him."

On the other hand, Rosemary replied firmly. "Cih, you rotten ogre. You can accuse me of false accusations, ", he said, throwing spit. "You must have done it. And you keep accusing me of not getting caught!"

Dyland pensively remained silent as he lowered his face. It's confusion and frustration. What should he do now?

"Friends, let's talk about this first" Dyland said in a soft tone.

But Marvin immediately replied to Dyland. "Can't! Why are we talking about this again? It's obvious the culprit is right in front of us."

"Now my question is, do you have any evidence that Rosemary was the culprit?" Dyland. "He has been here since the beginning of the rebellion. And he always helps us."

Dyland then looked at Marvin, then continued. "You too, Marvin. You've been here a long time. You've helped a lot and consider everyone here as your best friend. Even if you're a grumpy person, but you always think about things twice. I believe you're not the culprit."

Marvin immediately grinned. "really, right? If I'm not the culprit, then that's the woman."

"No. I also believe Rosemary was not the intruder" Dyland said.

At once, Marvin's face immediately looked disappointed after hearing Dyland's words. He looked at her and put on an annoyed look.

"Dyland, I already consider you like my own brother" Marvin said as he walked over. "But if you get in my way, then I don't hesitate to take up my arms."

"Marvin-" said Dyland softly, then cut by Rosemary who stood behind him.

"Dyland, get out of my way" said Rosemary, rising with her broken leg. "If you get in my way, I won't hesitate to hurt you either."

Rosemary and Marvin approach each other, while Dyland stands in their midst.

"Damn, this is inevitable" Dyland said in his heart. "I have to stop it now or it'll all be messed up."

Marvin put his right hand on the floor. From that floor, he formed a large stone axe and used it.

Rosemary walked slowly. With his left hand, he treated his broken leg. While the other hand formed a concentrated stream of wind on his trail.

"It's becoming more and more so" said Shiro, among the crowd. "If this fight explodes, the entire cafeteria could be destroyed."

At times like this, he often imagined Darren was by his side. Usually if something bad happens, Darren will definitely deal with it easily. But in fact, Darren doesn't exist, and Shiro has to think things through alone.

In the middle of the cafeteria, Dyland is seen showing a dizzy face. "There seems to be no other way" he said, taking a breath. He then pulled out his greatsword and took out the fighting horses.

Marvin immediately turned his gaze away from Dyland and charged straight towards Rosemary. He was blinded by anger and nothing could stop him.

The jebrett! Marvin's axe strike nearly split Rosemary's face, but was soon blocked by Dyland using his greatsword.

At that tense moment, Rosemary took the opportunity when Marvin was off guard and cast her wind spell.

But Dyland saw it and immediately kicked Rosemary's face to make him fall and failed to cast his spell.

"Both of you, relax!" Dyland tried to keep them away.

But Marvin and Dyland don't care. Things only get more violent when Marvin starts to show his killing aura to Dyland.

"Stop!" Marvin again swung his ax horizontally.

Dyland dodged it and counterattacked a powerful punch using the blunt part of his sword. The blow hit Marvin's face and nearly knocked him out.

"Can you," Marvin suddenly looked at Dyland sharply.

Before Dyland knew it, Marvin's left hand had already floated into his stomach at high speed. Dyland was about to dodge, but it was too late.

Gubrakk! Dyland was thrown and hit the hard wall of the cafeteria. Now the distance between him and the two of them is too far, and Marvin is seen approaching Rosemary who is still injured.

People started screaming. Between them the confusion accompanied fear, or cheered on Dyland to get back on his feet.

"I have to get back on my feet" Dyland tried to get up, but he realized that the blow had injured his body. "Agh- Damage in the ribs. Too much movement and a broken bone will puncture my lungs. I'm having trouble breathing, and I can't use a healing spell."

Dyland's breath began to grow louder when he saw Marvin lift his axe and prepare to behead Rosemary.

"Sial-Uhuk," Dyland began to bleed from his mouth. "I have to move-"

Swooshes! Suddenly someone moved quickly. The man immediately ran towards Marvin and foiled his axe swing.

Before he could see, Dyland was already startled by the presence of others beside him.

"Dyland-san, please don't move much," Turns out it was Tora. He cast a healing spell on Dyland.

"Tora- Means, that's right there..." Dyland pointed towards the fight.

"Yes. Shiro-sama will take care of them," Tora continued while focusing the flow of magic onto Dyland's body.

Dyland's face instantly hardened upon hearing that. "Are you stupid?" He said with a worried tone. "Marvin's strength is on a different level to Shiro's. He'll get hurt!"

Tora turned her face and looked at Shiro who was constantly fending off Marvin's attacks. She also smiled a little.

"Yes. Marvin-san might excel in strength. However, Shiro-sama excels in speed and agility. Not to mention, he also had quite far-sighted thoughts. He can definitely surpass Marvin-san" Tora said. He turned back to Dyland. "You don't need to worry, Dyland-san. Shiro-sama has a strong determination. He could."

Dyland still looks unsure. The wounds on his bones started to heal, yet he ran out of some Mana.

"Dyland-san just rest. Shiro-sama and I will stop them" Tora said as she walked away.

Tora immediately approached Shiro who managed to beat Marvin back.

"How is Dyland-san?" Shiro asked, with his gaze still focused on Marvin.

"He's fine. Just ran out of Mana due to the effect of that healing magic," Tora replied. His eyes also turned to Marvin. "Shiro-sama, do you think we can defeat that Ogre?"

Shiro replied with a smile on his face. "could certainly. We must realize Darren-sama's order to keep an eye on whatever happens at the base."

"But, does this include watching?"

"No. But I'm pretty sure this will help Darren-sama's observation" Shiro replied. "One of them might be a real intruder. But we still don't know."

Tora stared at Shiro for a while, "Actually, there's something I want to tell you - Ah, no. Let's talk later."

Shiro returned Tora's glance with a slightly astonished face. "alright. We should also focus on that Ogre first."

Marvin looked furious as he continued to exhale heavily from his nose.

"You're good too, little wolf. But unfortunately, such a good power will be in vain if used for the wrong thing," said Marvin.

"Thank you for the compliment" replied Shiro. "But I'm pretty sure what I'm doing is right."

Marvin closed his eyes. His face became more serious. "In that case, I'll make you realize" he said. "By pulling your teeth!"

Marvin jumped with an axe raised upwards. He prepared to slash his ax vertically while letting his body fall down.

With the energy that has accumulated in both arms, plus the force of gravity that strengthens the momentum. Both of these combinations could result in tremendous crushed power.

"Ice Elemental: Icicle Darts!" Shiro threw dozens of ice needles towards the approaching Marvin.

"Ha! Those blunt needles won't touch me!" Marvin said arrogantly. He twirled through the air as if dodging all of Shiro's attacks.

He swung his axe and hit it towards Shiro. However, Shiro immediately jumped dodging

Bruaak! Many parts of the floor were smashed into pieces. Now the room was filled with rubble and became ravaged.

The atmosphere grew increasingly boisterous among the crowd. It seemed that the damage to the cafeteria was unavoidable, and they could do nothing to stop it.

"What are you going to do now, little wolf?" Marvin said with a grin.

"You're wrong buddy" Tora said from behind. "You should always see what's above you."

Marvin looked up and saw the ice needles falling.

"Heh, I can avoid it easily," Marvin said confidently. He also moved a few meters in position with the intention of avoiding the needles.

"Wind Elemental: Wind Control!" Tora cast her spell. With wind magic, he moves the needles as if turning them into target missiles.

The cruat! The cruat! A lot of blood came from Marvin's body. He did not expect that the ice needles would hit him.

"Dam. So that's how you guys work," Marvin grumbled.

While Dyland watched their actions with a wide gaze. His eyes seemed wide in shock because he did not expect Shiro and Tora to be able to keep up with Marvin.

"They're great" Dyland said slowly. "Synchronize them, and the way they harness their power in an integrated manner. They seem to be trained in this."

As Marvin plucked the ice needles from his body, Shiro took the opportunity to strike. He ran quickly and prepared to shake his spear.

Marvin quickly picked up his axe and prepared to defend. He immediately held his axe with both hands and made a blocking position.

Kruakk! Shiro's ice spear slashed the crushed stone axe of Marvin. This surprised Marvin.

"M-impossible. My stone axe..." Marvin glared in surprise, seeing that the tip of his ax was gone from the handle. "How can!? The rock should be stronger than ice."

Shiro glanced at Marvin's shocked face. "An ice demon taught it to me. Even weak things can become strong as long as you exude your determination."

After successfully destroying Marvin's weapon, Shiro immediately kicked his leg into the ogre's stomach. This impromptu kick sent Marvin crashing not too far away, but enough as a warning.

"Marvin-san, give up" Shiro said as he held his spear up on the broken floor.

Rosemary is seen extending her hand once more, and is eyeing Marvin's head to be slashed with her wind knife.

But Tora appeared beside him and stepped on his hand.

"Rosemary-san, are you the traitor?" Tora asked while looking at him sharply.

Rosemary answered slowly. "No. Not me" he said in despair.

Tora smiled a little. "Yes. I trust you," he said. "You're not the culprit. But Marvin-san wasn't the culprit either."

"What do you mean?" Rosemary looked at Tora.

"The two of you may also be victims of this magic. Just like me and Hain" Tora continued.

"Magic? What magic?" Dyland suddenly came while staggering.

Tora looked at him. "Dyland-san, there's actually something I want to tell you," Tora continued. "Actually, after the assault on the safe, Hain told me a shocking fact."

Tora added, while Dyland and Rosemary listened closely. "Hain has a spirit that remains active even though he is asleep or fainted. And thanks to that, the intruder's dirty tricks can be uncovered" he said. "Has Dyland-san heard Hain's testimony?"

Dyland nodded. "Yes. I heard it from Samson. To be honest I feel something is off about that testimony."

"That's right," Tora said. "The testimony is fake."

Dyland and Rosemary were shocked when they heard that.

"So you mean, Hain is the liar?" Rosemary cut.

"No Rosemary. I don't think Tora meant that" Dyland stopped Rosemary's misunderstanding. "Given your condition and Marvin's, I think I'm beginning to understand it."

Dyland added. "If I'm not mistaken, does this mean that you all received a false memory under the control of a certain magic?"

Tora nodded. "Yes, that's right. And I can realize it thanks to Hain," he said. "A few days ago, Hain told me something. It's about how his spirit saw the real events."

Tora. "We thought we were fighting the intruder, and six of us were killed. But in fact, we didn't fight at all. As soon as the attack began, we fell unconscious and the intruder killed all six people except us."

Dyland told Tora's story. "If the intruder is indeed one of us, it might be perfectly reasonable to let you two live" he said. "He let you both live as false witnesses."

"Yes, I think it's true. However, the intruder did not expect that letting us both live would even make the trick unravel."

Dyland held his chin. "So, how's the chronology going on? Does the spirit Hain tell it in more detail?"

Tora started telling me everything. "It all starts in the safe. We were on our guard and suddenly a bottle was thrown at us. Smoke appeared and we immediately fell unconscious" said Tora. "The intruder immediately killed six others and approached the two of us who were fainting. He extended his hand over our heads and cast a few spells. After he finished with us, he immediately entered the safe that was already wide open."

"Wait, how did that safe open?"

"This is all because of Spirit Hain. He has seen a lot in that incident, and it would be great if he could use it to expose his identity" Tora replied. "So to make the intruder unsuspecting, he pretended to faint and left the safe door open as a sign that everyone had fainted."

Dyland nodded in understanding. It was unexpected for him that Hain who was usually full of jokes and laughter was the one who dismantled everything.

"alright. I already understand. We just need to discuss this with Sim-" Before Dyland finishes his sentence, a strong bang is suddenly heard from Shiro and Marvin.

"Shiro-sama!" Tora shouted as she saw Shiro being thrown against the wall.

Marvin walked closer towards the group of Tora. He was ready to kill Rosemary.

Tora immediately ran towards Shiro, while Dyland took a prepared position and pointed his weapon at Marvin.

"You all make me sick" said Marvin, pointing out his hard fist. "Originally you know. My palms are harder than stone. One punch is enough to make your skull crack."

Dyland looked at Marvin doubtfully. "Damn, I'm running out of mana. This fight won't be balanced." But he stood by to protect Rosemary.

"So you don't want to back off, do you?" Marvin said again. "If you die with that traitor!" Marvin launches a powerful blow towards Dyland.

Dyland pulled out his sword to withstand the blow.

A swoshh! The punch was almost on Dyland. But, Dyland did not move at all. How the blow could not hit him.

"Damn, what's going on?" Marvin looks gnawed. He tried to move his legs but could not. "What the fuck, my legs can't move."

"True, your legs have been connected to the floor," said someone loudly from behind the crowd.

From among the crowd, there appeared two people who made a crowd in the entire room.

"Hain.. and chief!" Shouted everyone.

Dyland looked at the man. "Simson, Hain, you're late" he said.

Samson walked over, while Hain continued to maintain his spell. "Yes, why. I was out. But, better late than not at all, right?" Samson.

Samson looked around the torn-up. A lot of rubble was strewn about, broken walls, and damaged facilities.

Not to mention, he saw the battered Rosemary and Dyland, as well as Marvin who saw emotion on his face.

"Hain, let me go. I almost caught the intruder!" Marvin.

Marvin shakes. "That's not the name that almost caught, but almost killed," he said. He also looked the other way. "Tora, Shiro!" He immediately approached them.

Tora is seen treating Shiro's stomach which was injured by Marvin's blow earlier. But it was nothing more than a minor wound.

"Hain, you missed all the excitement" Tora said with a slight grimace.

Hain was worried at first, but after seeing Tora's way of speaking, he knew that everything was fine.

"You okay, Shiro-san?" Hain asked as he extended his hand.

"I'm fine, just a slight bruise on my stomach" Shiro replied.

Hain helped the recovery process by extending his hand over Tora's. Shiro recovered quickly and his condition returned to normal.

"Thank you, Hain," Shiro said.

"No problem."

Meanwhile, Samson calls on the other members to heal the wounded.

"Hain, how can you use healing magic and earth magic at the same time?" Shiro asked, after seeing Marvin's feet locked on the floor.

"Oh, that. It's not actually earth magic. But my spirit ability" replied Hain. "My spirit ability is to hold two materials together to stick like one. It won't separate until my own spirit will or power runs out."

"So, did you put the floor together with Marvin's leg?" Sahut Tora, followed by a nod by Hain.

"You should have been chosen to keep the safe. The safe will be very safe then" Shiro continued.

Samson suddenly approached the three of them.

Hain and Tora immediately stood up, while Shiro was still lying exhausted.

"You did a great job as a new member" Samson told Shiro and Tora. "If you hadn't helped Dyland, there might have been a floating victim by now."

Shiro san Tora smiled proudly. But, Tora immediately approached Samson to tell him something.

"Chairman, there's something I want to say" Tora said.

"About Rosemary and Marvin? I heard from Dyland. You're so good at being able to realize everything that fast" Samson cut. "Then, is there anything else you find awkward?"

"To be honest, I feel that the intruder is no longer here" Tora said.

"What makes you think that?"

Tora began to explain her opinion. Shiro and Hain also heard it. "Initially, the intruder used Me and Hain as false witnesses. To make people confused. And now, he is using Marvin and Rosemary to kill each other with the intention of making slander among the members" Tora explained.

"He clearly had further plans to bring down the rebel organization from within. And because both plans have been undertaken, he does not need to jump directly into the field again. He just needs to watch from afar."

"This theory is also supported because he has obtained the magic stone. Although I don't know what the purpose of using the magic stone is, but I'm sure that all the goals here have been achieved."

Samson. "So that's why he left?" Her speech. "It makes sense too."

Samson added. "But, even if that's true, it doesn't rule out the possibility that the danger has disappeared. He could have put up false memories on someone else to create a commotion again."

"Yes, it has a point" replied Tora.

Samson suddenly touched Tora's shoulder, and his gaze seemed to sharpen. "Tora, do you think there's another reason the intruder left?"

Tora was silent for a moment. He tried to think hard.

Samson suddenly continued. "Three people. Esema, Clara, and Good."

Tora's eyes immediately glared in shock upon hearing that. "Don't, he knows we're tracking him down!" Tora panicked. "Great, we have to do something."

"Just calm. I'll tell Clara about this" Samson said.

"But how?"

Hain replied, "Only a few people know about this, but actually the Chairman mastered the dark magic."

"Wait, really?" Reply Tora.

Samson started to hold his head. "Not everyone. I only understand a few spells. One of them is telepathy" he said. "I'll tell Clara to be careful. And if they can, they'll have to speed up their expedition to find the intruder's true identity."
