"I come from another world" Darren said.
"Darren, what do you mean?" Ravenna ignited the astonishment. While the others were just staring at Darren with almost the same expression.
"I am not of this world. Except from the far away world. A world separated by space and time" Darren said. "A place different from your reality. No magic, no sword."
"I've heard of it" Kaido said. "In the legend, it is said that there was a hero who was summoned by the gods. The hero will eventually unite the whole world, even if he has to sacrifice his life. But yeah, it's just a legend."
"I don't really understand" said Akira stroking the end of his mask on his chin. "But if you did come from a faraway world, how did you get here?"
"About that, I also know less. Everything happened so fast" Darren replied. "But I'm in my home world, got hit by a train shortly before I got here. The rest, I myself feel like teleporting."
"Cut by train? Like a horse-drawn carriage? Then, were you dead when you moved here?""
Darren fell silent. Right, what exactly is he dead? Come to think of it, he was suddenly directly in the meadow where he had originally stood. His body was still intact without any serious injuries. Especially considering the style of the car hit can certainly destroy the bones.
"Wait, am I reincarnated?" Darren whispers. "It's good to have something similar. It is unclear how it was sent. You see, he moved immediately before being hit by a tsunami."
Ravenna sighed. "After all, if the legend that Kaido said is true, then Darren should have met with a God, right? Though the goal of uniting the world has already half begun."
Darren scowling. "God... Demon King... As Clara said. But, I was so confused as to what exactly was my original purpose in being brought here."
Darren also kicked the table. His eyes seemed to be filled with frustration.
"Darren-sama," Shiro held onto Darren's arm, trying to calm him down. "Will it continue?"
"Yes. There's still one more thing I have to say."
Darren straightened his body again. The audience all looked at him in silence.
"One more," said Darren. "Actually my journey to the demon continent is not without reason. Except for the sake of looking for the True Demon Kings."
"H-Huh?! True Demon King? Aren't they all dead?" Ravenna.
"They're still alive. I even managed to meet three of them."
Everyone in the room was shocked. Their mouths gaped, and their eyes glared in surprise.
"T-Three True Demon Kings. I can't imagine in this world still living beings as dangerous as they are" Inner Kaido.
"To be honest, even we monster races get goosebumps when we hear their names" Tugo said. "Then, why did you meet them?"
"Initially I just wanted to find some information about the truth of the world. But I found another fact. One of the seven True Demon Lords, is eyeing my life."
Suddenly everyone was excited. Their hands began to tremble with twitching eyes.
"Darren-sama, that's not true right?!" Kaido stood up from his chair, making a loud table shake.
"Kaido, relax. We wait for an explanation from him," Nigel tried to get him to sit back down.
"Instead of a True Demon King? This is no longer a trivial matter," Tugo said, who had been sitting so relaxed, to sit seriously.
Things slowly get boisterous. It looks on people's faces when they start to panic and get anxious. No exception Akira, who was not even previously daunted to face Tomatsu though.
"Esema-kun, could it be that the reason the Demon King chased you was because you were from another world?" Ask Akira.
Nigel suddenly replied. "Sorry to cut, Darren-sama."
Darren. "Hm? Oh you. I remember you're one of that group of human animals."
"I'm glad you still know me" Nigel smiled, then continued his sentence. "If you can express my opinion. Darren-sama is a person with unreasonable strength. You are able to master the various elements that exist in this world. No wonder your powers are being targeted by such a dangerous creature."
"Then do you have another opinion?"
Nigel grinned. "Maybe what I say next is not an opinion. Rather it's just a report that might be related to some problem that's going on."
Darren raised his eyebrows. Then Nigel got up from the chair and walked over to Darren. In his hand, he carried some files that seemed very important.
"What's this?" Darren received the file from his hand.
"Reports of information I've gathered from people who stopped in the city" Nigel replied. "I was originally going to discuss this in a meeting with Ravenna. But I think you better see it first."
Darren read each of those files carefully. "Mysterious disease. Rashes with a foul smell. And the wound is bubbling."
"As you read. I found some travelers who stopped by had symptoms written on it," continued Nigel.
"Don't, here...!" Darren's eyes gasped. "Is anyone in town infected or something?"
Nigel. "Actually, some adventurers experience such a severe condition. The symptoms shown do not show any signs of abating."
Darren growled in frustration. He knew that this disease was indeed very dangerous, and although he could use the same magic as when he healed Ravenna's sister, it was impossible for him to use it to many people.
Nigel. "Some people call it a curse disease. However the way it works is a little similar to Wither magic, it only has a more dangerous prolonged effect. We've done some research by doing experiments on small animals."
"the results?"
"Undead. The remaining corpses turned into undead."
Darren removed his gaze from the file and turned to once again glance at Nigel.
"Undead-such a disease could create such a dangerous monster?!" Darren shouted in shock. "Cannot be. In this world, there should be no such technology. Not even in my world yet."
Nigel walked back to his chair. "Now we know where the wandering undead came from" he said. "And don't forget. If there is a Demon King who is really chasing after Darren-sama, then it could be his first attack."
Everyone glanced at each other and exchanged words in a troubled tone. Darren himself never expected to find something similar in horror films about zombies in this world.
"This is impossible, right," Darren whispered to himself. He wanted to not believe it, but he himself had already obtained the proof.
"If this continues, then..." He said, "The world can be in trouble."
