Isekai No Gakusei: Students From Another World
Treacheries

Darren and his two friends were standing at the door of the castle. Not far away, there were two guards who kept watching him and that scared him a little.

"Tora where the hell is it? Why did he bring us to this place?" Tomatsu grumbled while folding his hands. "When you get caught it can be dangerous."

Darren replied slowly. "Don't be loud! Later even found out," Darren then turned his gaze away from the two guards. "We should be as normal as possible so that they don't get suspicious."

Tomatsu sighed. "Yes, yeah. If I could, I could actually destroy this country alone."

"Don't think weird. You should also keep your identity hidden. If they knew there was a true Demon King alive, then they would definitely not remain silent."

"Yes, yes." Reply Tomatsu cetus.

Darren slightly glanced into the castle. Looks like they're in a meeting or something, because there's a lot of horses parked at the door.

"What do you really want, Tora?" Tomatsu.

"He said he wanted permission from the man who saved him" Darren replied. "Well, I should have gone with him, too. Not because I'm suspicious, but I want to say thank you, too."

"You're too good, Darren. Couldn't your kindness be thrown away a little?" Tomatsu Sahut. "Is everyone in your world like that? Very different from the humans here."

"I'm not the good guy, but they're the jerks."

Meanwhile inside...

"Accel-sama!" Tora quickly ran away and entered the room where Accel was.

Tora saw him open the door and her first reaction was to ask for the wine.

"There's something more important!" Said Tora gasping. "Darren, he's here!"

Accel's face was shocked upon hearing that, but on the other hand he also felt today was his luckiest day. It was unexpected that his schedule would become solid all of a sudden.

Tora then tells how she met Darren and Darren's reaction when she found him. Accel thought that this would actually make the plan smoother.

"Well, I want to drink wine" he said, standing up from the chair. "alright. I'll tell Lionne. You come back to him. Don't let him suspect."

Accel then stretched his body while walking. "If this is beyond our expectations, but his attitude toward you turns out to be different. This you can use to get him into an unsuspecting trap." Reciprocity. "But the point is, don't fail. Failure is not an option."

Tora nodded and walked in the opposite direction to Accel.

"Tora where are you? Long time," Darren began to move his legs because he was tired of waiting.

Shortly afterwards Tora appeared from inside the gate and saw Darren with the others standing in front of the entrance.

"Oh, Tora. Finally you're done too" Darren said as soon as Tora walked out. "Hows it? Is everything going well?"

"Yes, there's no problem. He was happy because I was finally safe" Tora replied.

Darren put on a relieved face. "just good. Actually I want to meet that guy too. I feel bad."

After that, Darren took them away. He was about to walk towards the northern exit of the city, but Tora suddenly proposed something.

"Esema-sama, we should go through the gate in the west" Tora said.

Darren frowned confusedly. "Why? Doesn't that mean we're gonna take a detour?"

"I heard that the north gate was guarded by guards" Tora replied briefly.

Darren remembered that in the castle there were many horses parked. It seemed like there was indeed a meeting, so some of the city doors were heavily guarded. After all, Tora had been in that castle for quite a while, she should have known a lot about what had happened. At least, that's what he thought.

"All right," Darren said without any suspicion. It never passed in her mind that Tora would betray her.

They also walked west, where there were other city gates. And that's where Darren's arrest plan will be implemented.

Noordoos was to the northeast of Vertrag, which is why Darren thought it would be faster to exit through the city door to the north. Walking through the west is the same as turning far.

"Good! I managed to get Darren-sama to follow my plan," Tora said inwardly as she walked.

Now his attention is focused on Tomatsu and Shiro. He glanced at them with a troubled look.

"Tomatsu, aye... It's gonna be a big deal, '" he said. "They could be a hindrance to this plan, let alone Tomatsu. He could feel the existence of people. It's very troublesome."

"But Shiro doesn't seem so dangerous. I can ignore it other than in close combat, especially in using spears."

"But I don't want the two of them getting into this. This could ruin everything. I have to make a scenario to get them to leave."

Tora suddenly stopped moving her legs. Darren saw it and stopped.

"What's up, Tora?" Asked Darren while glancing.

Tora turned her face towards the nearby crowd which was nothing but a market. It can be used to get rid of Tomatsu and Shiro.

"Esema-sama, there's something I want to buy" Tora said as she pointed her finger at it.

Darren approached him and looked towards his finger pointing. A booth with magic tools hung on each of its poles.

"You want to buy magic tools?" Ask Darren. "Make what?"

Tora answered. "To take care of yourself. Lately I've been getting bad luck. Maybe I could end up in the hands of criminals, so I need a gun."

Darren nodded in understanding and intended to go there to buy it, but Tora held it back.

"Esema-sama, I don't want to underestimate you, but do you know a lot about magic weapons?" Tora Vocabulary.

Darren shakes. "Well, I don't know much anyway. But what's wrong with looking around?"

"There's no time to look around. We must go to the gate immediately" replied Tora. He then turned his head towards Tomatsu and Shiro. "What if Tomatsu-sama and Shiri buy? We'll both go to the gate first to secure the situation."

"But you're not the one who wants to buy it?" Darren.

"I believe Tomatsu-sama knows who fits me. He knows a lot about magic."

Tomatsu looks proud as Tora praises him. "Give it to me, Tora-kun."

Darren handed over some gold coins to Tomatsu and let him go.

"Come, Shiro," Tomatsu's mouth pulled Shiro's hand away.

Tora and Darren are both now. Everything went well. Now, Tora just needs to take Darren to the city gate and watch the show.

Darren nodded while glancing slightly back. "May Tomatsu and Shiro not make a fuss. To be honest, I'm a little restless letting them go on their own."

They finally arrived near the city gate. Darren and Tora walked over while watching the surroundings. Darren is seen walking quietly, while Tora walks in the middle of the road casually.

"It doesn't seem like too many people, as you said Tora," Darren said as soon as he saw the deserted gate. No one seems to be awake.

Tora only slightly grinned and then replied. "Goodoo. Then our k-plan will work."

Darren walked up to a wall and leaned over there.

"But Shiro and Tomatsu haven't arrived yet." Ask Darren. "Are they okay?"

Tora retaliated. "You're too worried, Esema-sama. Just relax, they'll be fine."

"Maybe you're right, Tora. I'm too parno. I should have believed them."

Tora replied with a smile. "You're good, Darren-sama. That's why you always meet good people on your way."

Darren turned to look at Tora and looked at her. "What did you just say?"

Tora tilted her head in wonder. "Say what?"

"What did you call me?"

Tora looked confused until she finally realized. "Damn! Why do I have to be lost at the wrong time!?"

Tora tried to deny. "I said what? I forgot-"

"So you just called me Darren, right?" Darren said cut. "I'm sure I didn't hear wrong."

Tora looks cheerful. One wrong word can make his mind collapse. He was confused as to what to answer. The more he denies, the more suspicious Darren becomes. Should he just admit it and try to control the situation?

"Yes, I did call you Darren-sama," Tora said as she lowered her head.

Darren looks ordinary. He raised his face to the sky and continued his words.

"So you already know, huh?" Darren said, followed by a nod from Tora.

"Since when?" Ask Darren again.

"Since the training in Tayushsneg," answered Tora.

Darren continued, "Is that also why you ran away?" Ask Darren. "I wanted to ask this question from earlier, but I didn't have time."

Tora was surprised to find that Darren would ask that. "Great, I didn't think I'd get here. He's gonna kill me now."

Tora sweats. His hands and feet were trembling and his face looked panicked.

But Darren suddenly said, "I can understand him."

Tora became even more shocked when she heard it. His eyes opened and his hands stopped shaking.

"What do you mean, Darren-sama?" Her speech.

Darren floated his partner. He looks very relaxed and not angry at all, far from the expectations of Tora.

"Maybe if I were you, I'd do the same. When you find out that the people closest to you are criminals and have claimed the lives of people. That's a common thing" Darren said.

"So you're not angry?"

Darren shook his head with a smile. "For what? Is saving yourself a crime?"

Darren then looked at Tora. "I'm sorry I hid all this. You must be in shock, right?" He pulled his leaning body and approached Tora. "From now on, this is your choice. You're free to leave or stay. I won't hold you back."

Tora still looked at Darren in disbelief. It's far from what he thinks.

Tora's speechless. Not a word came out of his mouth The situation became silent, only the sounds of the breeze and the leaves rubbing.

Tora was still struggling in her heart. He can't decide. All his thoughts of leaving were instantly gone. Now only his desire to stay.

"I-I..." Tora started to stutter. "I want-"

But before he finished his sentence, a voice suddenly sounded from above the gate wall.

Swuong!!! The sound of things moving quickly.

"Tora, watch out!" Darren pushed Tora from there.

Jleeb! Everything happened so fast. Tora's eyes bulged wide, seeing an arrow stuck in Darren's body.

"Darren-sama..." He spoke involuntarily as his body crashed due to being pushed by Darren.

He was lying on the ground, and so was Darren. An arrow stuck in his left shoulder. Darren groaned in pain while holding his shoulder.

"Darren-sama!" Tora panic.

Shortly thereafter, a loud voice was heard not far from it. A familiar voice in the minds of the two of them.

"Hurry and shoot the rest!" Shouting Accel.

A soldier replied. "But, Accel-sama, your men are still inside the firing area. He could be killed."

"Who cares! Hurry up, just shoot the fugitive!"

The soldiers shouted in unison. "Good!"

The sound of stretched threads rang out filling the area. They started to pull their arrows and release them.

Swuong!!! In an instant, the sky was filled with arrows like rain.

Darren and Tora are still lying around. Tora could have run away from it, but somehow she couldn't.

"Why? Why can't my body move?" His inner. He then looked at Darren who was still injured. "Ah, I get it now. It's not that I can't move, but I don't want to move."

"I can no longer leave Darren-sama-No, I don't want to leave Darren-sama."
