Bright flickering lights illuminate the entire Eliazar mansion. Low-ranking sounds of laughter and babbling children filled the hall and some rooms within the mansion. The sound of music, and the violin performances of several children drew applause and praise from every audience present at Marinna Eliazar's first birthday party.

"She looks sleepy, Reggie," Amy pokes Marie's cheeks, which look almost closed in her mother's arms.

"You're right, I'd better put her to bed."

"Go .. It's time he took a break. Arthur's been asleep since then" Amy said. Reggie immediately nodded and only walked a few steps when the end of his dress was pulled by someone. He looked down and saw Erland pulling the end of her dress with one hand and one hand in Derek's grasp.

"Aunty .. Can Marie play with me first?" ask her with hopeful eyes.

Reggie looked at Derek and then turned to Amy, who finally tried to give understanding to his son.

"Erland, Marie's sleepy, honey. Look at him almost asleep." Amy pointed at Marie.

Erland's face suddenly became lethargic, she took off her grip on the end of Reggie's dress.

"Come on, we can play with your other friends" Derek tells his son.

"Why do babies always sleep, Dad? Arthur did, too" he asked, frowning at Derek.

Derek scratched his head while staring at Amy who only returned his gaze and smiled amusedly.

"Well .. I think later, if they get bigger, they won't get too much sleep anymore" Derek said as he rubbed Erland's head. The boy only moved his lips when he heard the father's reply, indicating he was not satisfied with the answer.

Mike's excitement at the end of the room made Erland finally immediately ran away from them.

"Ah, I think I can go?" Reggie giggles greeted by Amy's amused laughter.

"He loved playing with Marie" Amy replied

"Erland likes to see babies, Amy, whoever that baby is, you better increase the number of his sister" teased Reggie. Derek immediately laughed and hugged his little wife from behind when he heard Reggie's words.

"That's good advice Reggie, how's Sweety? another sister for Erland?"

Amy blushed and patted Derek's arm around her."Don't tease me!"

Derek chuckled and kissed his wife's blushing cheeks. "I'm not teasing you, maybe our daughter will be a girl. So, I also have a chance to give him a name."

Derek and Amy do have a deal to name their kids. If a child is born a boy, then Amy will give a name, and if a child is born a girl, then Derek will name it. Their son is already 2 people and according to the agreement, Amy who has chosen names for their sons.

Reggie chuckled amusedly at the couple, then returned to say goodbye to put Marie to bed in the nursery.

After Reggie passed, Derek looked at Mike kneeling with one foot on the floor. In front of him, Erland ruffled his waist and the lips of the boy seemed to keep saying something.

"I was so surprised Mike was always able to handle all his questions and curiosities" Derek pointed Amy's body in his arms toward the end of the room where his son Erland was babbling.

"He's always satisfied with all of his Uncle Mike's answers" Derek said.

"That's because Uncle Mike always had the answers to every question he asked."

"I also have answers to every question he asks. But it's never as satisfying as Uncle Mike's answer" Derek lamented.

"So sweet .. what seduction does she whisper in your ear Amy?" Evangelin came up to the couple from the back side, making Derek and Amy turn around without letting go of their embrace.

"I was seducing her to give another sister to Erland," Derek's remark got another pat on his arm.

Eve chuckles amusedly, "Just give it ,Amy. Who knows this time it's a girl."

"Well, Eve only supports ... Come on, Sweety," she said again.

"Where's Alex, Eve?" Amy switched the conversation, making her husband and Eve laugh together. However, Eve still answered the question.

"While chatting with Lucius and Lance, something about the security system, or whatever it is, I left out of boredom.." Eve snorted.

"Oh come on Eve, you're happy to talk about things like that, what's up?" ask Derek again.

"So it's not interesting because they denied me at every turn, they're annoying when they get together" he said.

"You should have invited the ladies to help you" Derek said.

"It's not interesting, though" Eve circulated her gaze and found the old men of the Langton clan and Eloy Sanchez seen arguing on the sofa at the end of the room.

"I think it's more interesting to steal what the most handsome men in the corner are talking about." Eve breezed away leaving the couple.

"I don't think Alex has ever tried to propose to her." Eve hears Uncle Stefano's voice calling Alex's name as he approaches. Eve frowned.

"What are you talking about, Uncle?" Eve stood behind the long sofa, where Eloy Sanchez, Uncle Stefano and Uncle Noel were talking to Uncle Frank who was sitting on a single sofa near them.

"Ah, Evangeline, come here .. sit here, we want to ask." Frank Damario patted the arm of the sofa he was sitting on, telling Eve to sit nearby.

"Tell us Eve, has Alex ever tried to propose to you?" frank Damario's speech was followed by a nod from three other heads sitting lined up on a long sofa. Eve suddenly shuddered, realizing the four pairs of eyes that were looking at her were curious.

jeez ... These elders are starting to act again.

The fatigue of Lucius who was stepping up and then being stopped by some Madam who was a member of the Langton clan family made Eve utter an idea that flashed in her brain.

"Uncle Damario .. and my handsome uncles, rather than asking about my relationship with Alex, you better focus on Lucius. The man should already have a girl he was about to marry, but he pretended to enjoy her bachelor status. Alex and I can get married whenever we want. We love each other and that's the end of the relationship we want. So, give your help to Lucius. Find a kind and beautiful girl for him .. I know you guys are experts." Eve ended her speech with a blink of an eye.

The heads of the grizzled old men turned their heads and looked at Lucius.

"You're right, Eve. Lucius needs to date ..I'm probably finally going to see him get married." Eloy Sanchez sighed, he got a pat on his left thigh from uncle Noel and a pat on his right thigh from uncle Stefano.

"Patience Eloy, we will help you" said Uncle Damario.

Eve appreciated widely, before she finally parted and quickly left the place.

"Mike?" Reggie followed as her husband pulled her into the study. Now Mike is sitting in his chair behind a big desk.

"Nobody's gonna come in here. Everywhere our mansion is full of people" he said, pulling Reggie into his lap.

"There's been some coming home, Mike. Those who have babies and children. The kids should go to bed."

"Let Amy and Derek take care of it, or Lucius when necessary. I want to be alone with you."

Reggie laughed at her husband's words.

"Mike, every day we both. We'll split up only if you go to the office" Reggie said amusedly.

"Today it's not. You're so busy that I had to force you here" Mike said.

Reggie smiled and kissed her husband's cheek, then leaned against Mike's chest, hearing the regular heartbeat of his true love.

"It doesn't feel like Marie's been a year" whispered Reggie .

"Yes, the funnier and the sweeter" said Mike, tightening his arms.

"Can we start thinking about giving him a sister?" Reggie looked up at her husband's gray eyes. Mike looked his wife in the eye when the question came up.

Mike's face instantly changed, those gray eyes looking start to fidget. Mike nodded slowly.

"No, Gina. I don't want you to face the possibility of betting your life again during labor. That's enough for me. .. I don't want to experience it anymore."

"But Marie's labor was premature because there was an incident at that time."

"No. Still not," said Mike firmly.

Reggie took a deep breath, she was just testing her husband's thoughts. Is it still the same about the possibility of having another child and apparently remains unchanged. Mike's still scared about the possibility of Reggie getting pregnant again.

There's still plenty of time for me to persuade him. Lucette said because Marie's delivery was done by cesarean section, it was safest to give a distance of up to two years ....

Reggie closed his eyes, leaning back leisurely with her husband's arms tightly hugged. Mike dipped his wife's head.

"I love you Regina ..." whispered Mike slowly.

Reggie smiled and opened his eyes, he looked up to look at the glint of Mike's gray eyes which was also staring at him.

"I know, and I love you too Michael. My Mike ...." Regina whispered back.

Mike smiled and lowered his head, began to kiss his wife's lips and poured all his affection and affection into the kiss. Grateful for the happiness that is present in his life with a wife, a daughter, many brothers, in the shade of a large family who take care of each other, protect each other, protect each other, love and respect each other until his life feels precious and very meaningful.
