Love Seduction
Chaptre 43. Snake River's

The trip this time was a bit tiring for Mike. The burden on his mind made him feel gloomy facing his day. He looked out at the windshield, the road he was walking on was filled with trees on the left and right sides. Old Homer lived with his nephew in a wooden house not far from the village near the Snake River.

Moments later, the car that took Mike across the descending path to the side of the river that extends and swirls like a snake, perhaps this is the cause of this area called the Snake River.

The car drove past a small village, then back through the forest area and started uphill towards a small hill. On the right side of the road on top of the hill, stood a wooden house, where the car finally stopped.

Mike looked around the place, deserted ....

"Please rest yourself, Nick. Make yourself comfortable. I'm gonna go find Homer."

Mike saw his bodyguard nod.

"Good, Sir."

Mike immediately got down and brought the bag he was carrying. Contains clothing and a set of sleeping bags. He walked around the house towards the back, then down a small path down the back of the house.

A few minutes walk Mike arrived at the edge of the river and as expected, Homer was lying on a cot under a tree on the edge of the river.

"You're not fishing?"

The question spoken in a deep voice made Homer open his eyes instantly. He turned his head and squinted, feeling glare by the sunlight that loomed behind Mike.

"Don't tell me you've forgotten who I am." Mike is back.

Suddenly the old man got up and stood up. A wide smile decorated his face, his movements were still nimble even though his body was aging.

"Michael .. my son ...." Homer hugs Mike, who is soon responded to by Mike.

"Don't call that name, Uncle" Mike whispered softly. Makes Homer tighten his arms even more.

"Ah .. I miss you, Mike."

"I miss you too, Uncle Homer."

The two hugged each other for a long time before they finally let go. Homer smiled and took Mike to sit on the couch. The man cringed.

"You haven't seen me in years."

"Yes ...."

"Why now?"

"I want to ask you something."

"About?"

"One of the pieces of information Rudolf sold Sanchez."

Long Homer fell silent, then he stood up and patted Mike on the shoulder.

"I'll answer, but you'll have to accompany me tonight. "

"Now follow me home."

The old man stepped back up the path towards the house. Mike followed her in silence.

They had dinner with a simple menu cooked by Marc Homer's nephew. The four men surrounded the table and ate voraciously. Afterwards Mike and Homer together brew coffee and bring it to the terrace of the wooden house.

"Nick, do you want coffee, Young man?" Homer pointed a coffee mug at Nick sitting on the steps. Mike's bodyguard smiled and immediately shook his head. He was still fiddling with the phone in his hand.

"Just be free Nick. Homer was deliberately looking for a place where cell phones were useless. Otherwise, I'll just have to call him to ask you something."

Homer chuckles at Mike's words.

An hour later they were engaged in talks about the Langton family news, business trips and the usual stuff. Mike hasn't asked about his business in front of Nick and Marc.

"You ready Mike? The weather's great tonight." Homer looked at Mike who seemed impatient to ask him something.

"Yes. My sleeping bag is ready, Uncle. Yours?"

Marc lifted a sleeping bag and stretched it out to Homer.

The two men stood up and withdrew from the terrace. Nick immediately stepped aside to give them a way down the steps of the wooden stairs.

Homer and Mike return to walk with the help of a flashlight beam that they bring to the footpath behind the house. In each hand, they are ready with a set of fishing rods and sleeping bags each.

Until an open area near the stream, Mike immediately lit a fire, the thick coat he was wearing making the cold air of the night not penetrate into his skin.

Mike immediately picked up a fishing rod and followed Homer sitting on a large log by the river. The man threw the bait first.

"What do you want to know, my son?"

Homer immediately asked when Mike finished throwing the bait and had been sitting waiting like himself on the big wood. The fire that Mike made behind them lit up their backs and made their faces darkly covered in shadows. Help Mike hide his expression from Homer.

"One of the information Eliazar sold."

Homer took a deep breath. He worked for many years on Rudolf Eliazar and watched the man destroy himself and give bad memories to his only son. Mike even asked Erland to remove the surname Eliazar and remove his own name. Only the nickname Erland used was the one he used.

"About what?"

"Some time before Rudolf was known to be a traitor, he sold the information to someone named Sanchez." Mike starts.

"Sanchez ...." Homer remembered and imagined the figure of the black-haired man who came to the Eliazar Mansion with a number of offers on Rudolf.

"Sanchez's ... Sanchez Eloy. Yeah, I remember that guy."
