Chaptre 58. Looking for Lance

Lance was still sitting pensively alone in the outer seat of the mansion, where the dinner had just finished. Everyone had already entered towards the side hall. The sound of music making their footsteps immediately led to the dance hall.

Lance slowly stood up, then stepped onto the cobbled gravel road towards the garden. Slowly he walked to the side. He wanted to breathe the night air and lighten his heart which inexplicably felt heavy after seeing Cecilia receive a helping hand from Enrico who invited her in.

Lance tried to calm his feelings by continuing to walk. Up to the wide open windows and also a pair of doors leading to the side hall of the Costra mansion were seen by him. Everyone was already there. They entered through the front door from the inside. No one was aware of Lance's presence standing in the dimness of the park.

Lance stared and smiled, looking at Mike who had danced with Reggie, Amy who had also circled in Derek's arms. Sometimes the laughter of the two echoed when they teased each other if they met in a dance round.

The beauty and happiness depicted on the dance floor with the two couples finally came to a halt, When the music finally ended.

Lance heard Derek speaking in a loud voice at Enrico from the inside.

"No, Enrico! Even if he dances salsa, his partner is not you!"

"Oh, come on, Langton! It's just salsa. Amymu is very agile and energetic when dancing. She fits .. one song round. Just one. How's it?"

"No!"

Enrico's laughter as well as Amy was heard all the way to where Lance was standing. Then he heard the voice of the girl who was always present in his sleep.

"You're interested in trying to dance with me? You can test me whether I'm worth it or not. I hear you're an expert with dance moves."

Moments later Lance did not hear the sound from the inside, until a rhythmic beat of music began to flow to the outside of the mansion and make his ears hear energetic music that was full of enthusiasm. Lance frowned... What kind of dance with music like this? thought curious. Lance stepped foot over and stood on the terrace. Looking inside from the wide open window.

In the middle of the hall, Lance saw Enrico tightly hugging Cecilia's waist, then in a rhythm of music, the girl flicked her waist back until her head fell and her hair touched the floor. It was Rico's grip on his waist that kept Cecil from falling. Only seconds later Cecilia was pulled back and stepped in a footstroke that offset Enrico. Both of them smiled widely, revealing quick and energetic movements.

Then the longer the movement of the two the more sensual, Cecilia pulled, hugged Enrico before the girl turned, then again parted with the hands still tied.

Cecilia's hair flew as she spun, as did her dress skirt. Lance frowned seeing the two legs clearly visible. Then unexpectedly, Lucius and Ally joined the dance floor. As if not to be outdone by the two performing an energetic and sensual dance, Lucius even kissed Ally's lips before she took her partner back to spin.

The music continued to play, until Lance swore in his heart, why the duration of this music is very long. Enrico twisted and touched Cecilia's waist repeatedly, laughing excitedly, holding hands, and at one time lifting Cecilia's body up with both arms. Cecilia let out a big laugh, resting both of her hands on Enrico's chest while looking down, towards Enrico's face. Lance stared at the cheerful face full of laughter that Cecilia gave Enrico, realizing he did not like it at all.

Then the music stopped, Ally and Lucius bowed respectfully, as did Cecilia and Enrico. Everyone applauded.

Lucius then pulls Ally and catches her in a hug, a kiss on the lips he presents with sparkling eyes.

"Lucy!" Ally patted the chest of her laughing lover looking at her embarrassed face.

"You'd better hold it until you get married, Sanchez!" Enrico screaming.

Enrico then looked at his one hand that was still holding Cecil's hand. They held on as they looked down and greeted when the dance ended. He blinked at Cecilia who looked at him.

"You want me to kiss you too? I don't mind," the god. Cecilia laughed crisply, she punched Enrico in the chest with her one free hand.

"You're the crazy guy that cab*l. It's a pity for the girl who fell in love with you" said Cecilia. Enrico shrugged both of his shoulders, then smiled as he pulled Cecilia aside to grab a drink.

Lance quickly turned around, leaving the terrace and retracing the pebbled path towards the garden. His back away was seen by Mike who was looking outwards. Mike followed with his eyes until the figure disappeared in the dark part of the park.

After being satisfied to eliminate her thirst, Cecilia circulated her gaze and realized Lance had not yet entered. He picked up another glass then glanced at the situation while retreating slowly. He intends to return to the dinner table, see if Lance is still sitting there alone.

Cecilia stepped back and finally came to the frame of the room next to the hall which was a relaxing space. He was just about to turn around and disappear when Derek's voice rang out in his ear.

"Where are you going, Cecil?" derek asked, he sipped from his glass while looking intently at Cecilia from the lips of the glass.

Cecilia smiled wryly and moved uneasily.

"mmm ... I ..."

Derek waited, still standing upright with his hands holding the glass. His eyes stared hard and firmly.

Cecilia stomped her feet in annoyance looking at Derek's expression. " Oh! You're worse than my father!" exasperated, he galloped back towards the hall. See Reggie and Mike standing on the porch watching Alan and Erland play with Marie in Reggie's arms.

"Come, Cecil. Why are you upset?" ask Reggie. Cecilia did not answer.

"I think there's something interesting in there ...." Mike pointed towards the park. " Lance had already gone there to see it. Just now Lucius and Ally had also followed."

Hearing Lance's name, Cecilia looked towards the garden, then looked back. Keep an eye on Derek who has been sitting on the couch and talking to Mr. Eloy and Enrico. As fast as lightning the girl came down from the porch, past Reggie and Mike. Go in the direction that Mike pointed.

"You're so ignorant. Derek seems to have just stopped Cecil from looking for Lance. But you showed him where to find Lance." Reggie stared amusedly at her husband.

"I didn't say that, Honey. I said there was something interesting in the park. That's why Lance went there. Lucius and Ally are also ...."

Reggie chuckled, "It's the same Michael Eliazar ... You just gave me a clue where to find a very attractive figure for that girl ... Lance Luiz ...."

"A Sanchez ...." Mike grinned, greeted by a happy nod from his wife.
