Episode 138: Computer-Based Testing

Day by day, change. There was no time to enter the midterm exam week. Previously it has been informed that the test this time will use a computer in its implementation. I've never done a test with a system like that. When we arrived, we went to school together. For one week we will be confronted by a screen that determines our value.

“I can't wait to see it?” lontar Bella is excited.

“Home home yesterday,” answered me. We walked to the school talking and laughing.

Arriving at the school, there is a mading board located on the ground floor and not far from the entrance of the building. A piece of information said that the exam room was not randomized and held the seat as usual. Those of us who saw him were very relieved. Until finally we were surprised to see a classroom containing computers in each seat. We who saw it from outside suddenly fell silent and muttered to each other in disbelief.

“A—There is a real computer..”

“Ba—How can?”

“Only two days later it has become like this..”.

We split up and entered our own classes. Clearly visible one set of computers complete with other supports. The chairs used are also different and feel very soft when occupied. The other disciples looked extremely excited and started to get engrossed with the screen before them. It was time to take a biology test. I'm working on feeling really happy and really helped with a system like this.

“Everyone is waiting today just for that?” inner wondering. Until finally the supervisor came to a disciple from behind secretly. Then there was the sound of the camera shooting clearly. When the disciple looked back, he suddenly gasped in shock and trembled in fear.

“Wah, good photo,” quipped the supervisor while looking at the photo from his smartphone screen. Then the supervisor walked back and ignored the student. I don't know why suddenly there is a sense of satisfaction that I am feeling now.

“Feel it!” I end up in my heart.

The next test is math. Previously we were given a sheet to doodle calculations. We also did the test, but an unwanted thing came to me in the middle of working.

“Loh? Why did it suddenly become like this?” I was panicking and sweating coldly. Suddenly my test screen changed and it said “eror”. I quickly called the examination supervisor and caught the attention of the entire class. The atmosphere became a little noisy with the sounds of whispers.

“What happened to Adelard?”

“Adelard poor..” When the supervisor came to me then he called the other exam pantia to come to class. Shortly afterwards Mr. Edwin walked into the classroom and immediately the class became quiet. Mr. Edwin who noticed it immediately warned us all.

He also fixed my computer. I'm sitting there looking like he's just fiddling with that computer. Until finally my computer can be reused but I have to fill in the answer again from the beginning.

“You still remember the answer, right?” ask Mr. Edwin in a serious tone.

“Iya, Sir. Still in doodles,” I replied. Then he went out of class and I was relieved.

“Luck is no big deal,” my mind.

Time goes on, we have passed several exams since a few days ago. Now the English test. In this test there is a listening problem that requires each student to use ear sounding. Gavin and his classmates took the exam smoothly and quietly. Until finally when they find the middle of the problem, they do not end up thinking about the confusing hearing problem. It was seen that the examination supervisor was sound asleep at the teacher's desk. The class atmosphere became a little noisy.

“Sshh! Gavin! Gavin!” rhean whispered quite loudly, but Gavin did not know about it. He throws a paper ball and hits Gavin's head.

“Aduh!” throw it while looking towards the source of the throw. It was seen Rhean waving his hand and calling out to him.

“What's up?” whispered Gavin while showing wide mouth movements. Rhean asked using his finger. He asked about number twenty-three. Gavin who has filled out the question then answered him.

“C!” whispered Gavin while showing his mouth. But Rhean did not yet recognize the meaning Gavin had conveyed.

“Hah?”

“C!” gavin said a little louder, but again Rhean did not know it.

“Hah?” Gavin became annoyed and then uttered his words very loudly.

“C...!” Instantly everyone turned their attention to him and the supervisor woke up from his sleep.

“Ha!” the supervisor was surprised. After wiping his sleepy face then he warned us all.

“Do with focus! Don't look left right!” Meanwhile Rhean was still intrigued by the laughter with the incident just now.

“Aduh... Fortunately not found out,” murmured. However, Gavin's class mates become annoyed at him for waking up the exam supervisor.

“Gavin fool! So can't ask!”

When the exam is over and the exam supervisor leaves the room, Gavin is suddenly surrounded by his classmates. Gavin who saw them with a terrible look was in a state of panic and fear but he also did not know the situation that hit him now.

“A—There are you guys here crowded?” gavin asked nervously.

“Follow you! We can't work together!” lontar was one of them.

“Me—What am I wrong?” continued asked Gavin to defend himself with his irritated face.

“You screamed when you gave an answer! Supervisory teacher woke up because of that!”

“Whatever yes? I was just slow, kok,” said Gavin did not accept.

“Slow jidatmu! Everyone can hear it know!” Gavin who had started to be cornered finally admitted his mistake even though he was still not out of thought with all that.

“Yeah? I know it's slow, you know.” They still look very angry. Gavin did not want to raise the issue.

“Alright.. Sorry...” They finally left Gavin with an upset face that is still clearly visible. Rhean who came over laughed out loud and made Gavin annoyed to see him.

“Means don't budek be a person,” he said.

“I don't want to know! I was just listening to that song.” Meanwhile, I who was in the next class became confused by the noise that sounded very clear. Then I wondered to myself.
