Episode 63: Special Dishes

“Sshh! Freda! Be polite a little you!” kataku. Wymer and Reynaud just laughed at the temperament of all of us.

“Hahaha! Just relax! Please take it too,” welcome Reynaud laughs happily to us. Reynaud and Wymer stared at each other's gestures. I don't understand what he's planning. I better not hesitate to eat with those who have eaten it first.

After some time later, after we had stuffed our stomach with the previous meal and casual talk, finally one dish after another was served right in front of us. Each meal with a very large portion is placed in the middle of the table. Then we were given a plate for us to eat.

Again we all just go silent with our mouths wide open. Reynaud and Wymer just smiled at us. After everything was served, Wymer invited us to eat it directly.

“Let's eat!” freda shouted excitedly. Then we all ate all the dishes served while chatting away.

“Your mouth is a straw once, Hart,” cetus Milard saw the ridiculousness of his face.

“Sooking cannot be wasted!” his mouth then snatched the food and ate it with the same voraciously as Freda.

“Wuih! Relax, Hart! You can still spend it, kok,” added Eledarn to calm Hart. Me and Cassie just ate it quietly.

“Can you get me that food?” pinta Cassie because she can't reach for the food. I also returned it with a smile

After grabbing it, I gave it to Cassie. But when I stuck out my hand, Hart suddenly whispered to me.

“You'll just give it away?” ask Hart slowly.

“Iya,” my answer is short.

Cassie was amazed by the way we both behaved. He also did not dare to cut our conversation especially with the food that was still on my spoon and I had not put it on his plate. Hart and I continued to whisper to each other.

“The food is already in your spoon,” Hart replied to me. “Then?” continue many. Then Hart sighed.

“Ti—Nothing!” I said panic myself. Then I put down the food Cassie had asked for before.

“Sorry,” I told him. He just responded by smiling nervously at me.

Suddenly some people opened the door quite loudly and shouted to people who were busy eating food.

“Excuse me! We are messengers from the city leader!” yelled one of them. People instantly fell silent and watched him, including us.

“Do you guys see someone named Adelard?” ask them while showing a picture of my face painted on the paper roll that is stretched out. Then people face towards me.

“This is it, Sir!” hart shouted waving his hands towards those people. Then they approached me. His clothes wearing armor and sword made me feel scared. After that they all knelt down and bowed towards me.

“Mr Adelard. We, the city guard soldiers, would like to take you to the residence of Mr. Thudric,” I who was drunk do not understand anything.

“S—S—Who?” tanyaku.

“City leader,” Wymer replied calmly. The soldiers invited us to leave immediately.

“You are needed now, sir!”

“Only me?” continue many.

“Iya, sir,” replied.

Then I left my friends, and so did Wymer and Reynaud, who were still eating a little more. It was full of wonder that I walked after those soldiers. I was being escorted making myself look like a very important person.

My friends are still confused about what happened. Milard asked Wymer.

“What happened?” milard asked curiously.

“We'll see later,” he replied smiling. Then they continued to finish the dish with curiosity.

I who was walking through the shops became ashamed because the eyes of the people were fixed on me. My head is still wondering.

“What have I done?” ask me to myself.
