Episode 196: When Spring Comes

The night was cool but different from the sky and earth, the conditions in the dormitory became hot and full of question marks. Rein and Gavin were surprised to look at me. The two of us who know it can only remain silent without words.

“That outfit, you... and Cassie..?” ask Rein in disbelief.

“K—We just took a walk to unwind bored..” I replied.

“Then, why are your clothes a pair?” gavin was upset. Instantly crossed my head to try to straighten out the misunderstandings that had been created.

“We got a chance to try this continue to be given for free,”.

“Really?” said Rein.

“You can't possibly not believe Cassie, right?” I ended up grinning and then pinning it on Cassie.

“Ya... We intend to just take a walk in the city..” Cassie said. The two of them were silent while looking at each other.

“You still don't believe?” my cetus. I approached Cassie and grabbed her.

“Do you guys think it looks suitable?” my many.

“C—Suit!” reply Rein with a half-amused face. Gavin just nodded with a confused face. After that, we went back to doing our own activities. Me and Cassie who were already sleepy then immediately lay down to rest in the room. Gavin was still in the living room with Rein.

“Tumben once you're not mad at him,” Gavin chirps on Rein.

“I'm confused what to say. I'm afraid that I'm going the wrong way later.” he replied.

“They look harmonious once..” muttered Gavin.

“Oh yes, did you realize it..?” ask Rein.

“About the two of them? Of course, I've known it since the beginning.” Gavin replied.

“Loh? You already know that?” rein was surprised.

“I'm not as stupid as you think,” Gavin said.

“You yourself said so,” said Rein exasperatedly.

“I already know the direction of your mind.” The two of them turned to each other in annoyance before finally returning to talk.

“Keep, what are we going to do now? Release them?” gavin asked confusedly.

“For what? Let them decide their own path. We just act like we always do,” Rein said.

“I'm afraid that it will ruin their relationship.”.

“Hah? You're stupid or what, anyway?” lontar Rein was upset.

“Eh? What's it?”

“They can be like that because what?” reply Rein.

“Because of dating us?” gavin replied astonished.

“Yes, they can get to know each other and realize each other because of a lot of learning with us,” explains Rein.

“Oh yes also..” murmured Gavin.

“I'm getting curious about their future..” Rein said smilingly.

The next day we headed to school to start a new week. Together we walked with the residents of the dorm next door, before long all the twelfth graders would pass many exams. Throughout the footsteps there was a laugh accompanying us all. They all shared their experiences over the weekend.

“How about you, Adelard?” sindir Rhean's. I was just grinning towards him.

“He walks with Cassie,” Gavin chirps. Cassie and I were shocked to hear that, and so were the others.

“Wah! Really?” continued Bella.

“Just go directly to the person,” Rein said. I feel guilty for both of them.

“What is Gavin and Rein mad at me and Cassie?” I murmured in my heart.

“How, Adelard?” Icha's toilet is right next to me.

“K—We are only looking for fresh air..” I replied.

“Alright, I cannot deny it.” said Icha smiling. Unknowingly our steps slowed down except for Gandra who was already ahead.

“You're too preoccupied to forget the situation, yes!” lontar Gandra's.

“Hahaha! Just chill! Still lam—” lontar Rein laughed then fell silent when he saw his watch. At the same time a bell rang from inside the building.

“Tuh, already sound,” reply Gandra.

“We'll be late!” exclaim Bella.

“School, we're coming!”

Time has passed long enough since the beginning we took additional lessons. Everyone was out of class when the break came. They were running around very enthusiastically and impatiently to see the results they had been fighting for less than a month. Me and my friends were just walking leisurely towards a mading that was already full of people.

“I do not understand anymore with them, whereas later in the day each will be given the paper results,” Rein cetus inexhaustible.

“Are you not curious about your grades?” continued Bella.

“Not as much as they seem.. We will repeat it again next year, right?” reply Rein.

“There's a point too, anyway. At least you know your current achievements,” Icha said.

“I'm just enthusiastic about it,” Rein said.

Arriving at the mading, we had to wait for the crowd to subside until finally we could see the sheet of value up close. I did not expect that we all got the top five with the most total scores in each class.

“Wah! Congratulations to all of us!” lontar Bella girang's.

“I feel a little guilty towards those who have tried hard to get that order.” Gandra murmured.

“Again Adelard can rank one, yes?” said Rein.

“C—Cassie too,” reply blushed.

“E—Eh? I just spooked as much as I could.” Cassie said bowed shyly.

“Hahaha! You guys are so compatible!” lontar Rhean was intrigued by laughter, as well as the others when he saw the faces of both of us.

After school we walked through a school garden full of trees and flowers that flew along with the wind. At that moment I felt that the time we were here was not long. I didn't talk much while my friends were chatting. Cassie who had not talked much in the first place also fell silent like me.

“You why else? Even moody when happy like this,” said Gandra.

“I don't know how to say I'll see you guys later.” I replied bowed. All my friends who heard it then woke up and the atmosphere became silent for a moment.

“You're not ready with farewell?” continued Gandra.

“Absolutely you?” my reply.

“Ha! I have an idea! How about next week we do our last picnic together?” gavin's proposal is excited.

“Good idea! We will be more familiar with it!” reply Bella smoldering.

“How about the others?” Gavin.

“Agree!” lontar we simultaneously.

Upon arrival at the dorm, I just remembered to buy the equipment that will be used at the release later. When I came out of the dorm, I saw Gandra who was also coming out from the dorm next door. I went to him and it turned out we had the same goal. Throughout the journey we talked to each other.

“How ready are you for release later?” ask Gandra.

“Tak much,” I replied. While passing by a souvenir shop, Gandra stopped and astonished me.

“Sorry, Adelard. There is something I want to buy here,” he said.

“Then I accompany you,” reply me.

“No need. You go first,” he continued.

“B—Good..”.

Gandra and I split up in front of the store. He entered it and immediately looked at the souvenir. I watched from behind the window silently. I just talk to myself with curiosity.

“For whom did he buy it?” It looks like he picked up some souvenirs of a different kind. There are also couples, I do not know the shape because it looks faint from a distance.

“A lot... Does it take that much?” When he was at the cashier's table, the cashier wrapped each of them in a box.

“It looks like a gift... But for whom?”

“For... we...?”.

“Ah yes! We're going to do the last picnic, it should have been each of us giving me a keepsake, right?” mind awakened.

“But... what, yes..?” I thought of an item that could be used and could be collected simultaneously. Until I finally found the answer.

“Aha! I know!”

“This will be a gift full of memory..”.
