Episode 45: The Little Child
“Adelard?” asked Eledarn who was equally surprised.
“What are you doing here?” manya curious.
“Little water..?” hesitated answer. “Why didn't you join the meeting?” I was polite to him. I try not to be prejudiced against him.
“Yah... A—There is something important in my club. Sorry for not telling you!” he said in a rising tone while looking down. I replied calmly. “Good. But in the future prioritize OSIS first, yes.” I said smiling. In spirit he replied to me.
“Ready!” abugn.
Then Eledarn and I went home together out of the school gate. Our house is from the school to the station not too far from here. I talked to him during the trip.
“If you may know, what was discussed during the meeting?” eledarn asked slowly and curiously.
“We discuss about festival concept.” I replied with foresight. “What is the concept?” eledarn asked wondering. Then I answered slowly and with a chest. “Kingdom.” He was surprised to be happy when he heard me.
“Wah, it fits you perfectly.” the cetus is happy after hearing my words. “Cocord? What do you mean?” many confusions.
“At the opening and closing of the festival, the chairman and representatives give their welcome. Well...” clear cangar-cengar. “Well what?” many wonder.
“We'll see later during the next meeting.” I don't understand what he said. “Loh? Though you yourself who did not join the meeting earlier.” my blow is a little cocky against him. Eledarn who heard my words and then the grimace while looking for an excuse.
“Hehehe... Kan only today..”.
Soon a loud voice sounded like a crying child. Then we went to the source of the sound. Sure enough, there was a little boy whining in front of a store. No one responded to it.
“Mother... Mother..” groan the little boy's cry.
Eledarn tried to calm him down. Not infrequently he also put on his silly face to make him laugh. The laughter of the boy made us relieved. We helped her find her mother. We walked in the direction of the way home. During the journey Eledarn invited him to chat with the boy.
“What's your name?” ask Eledarn kindly.
“My name is Kyra.” she answered cheerfully. “Wah nice name!” praise Eledarn smiling at him. I see Eledarn as very good at entertaining people. Then the little boy asked back.
“Whose sister's name?” ask Kyra curiously.
“I Eledarn. Oh yea. This is my friend Adelard.” he said beaming while introducing me to him. “Greetings!” kyra said loudly while smiling happily. Then Eledarn and Kyra chatted while I just looked up to her.
“My mom and I want to buy new clothes for my birthday tomorrow!” the answer is still a cold one. But not long after that he went back to pouting and thinking about his mother.
“Mother...” ringisnya back sad.
“Take it easy. We will help you.” said Eledarn back to calm him. “But it's getting dark.” continued Kyra moody.
Soon a female figure shouted towards us.
“Kyra!”
“Mother!”
Kyra meets her mother unintentionally. Me and Eledarn were relieved to see it. Then his mother spoke to us.
“Thank you very much.” said his mother was very happy.
“No problem.” reply Eledarn smiled.
“Mother! I want to invite them!” pinta Kyra girang's. Me and Eledarn were shocked and at a loss for words.
“Alright, we wait for your arrival tomorrow.” said his mother while giving a piece of paper with her home address. We replied with a smile and then we parted with Kyra and her mother. Then we continued our journey.
“Wah you are great yes, Eledarn.” praise me to him.
“Nothing is with you.” reply is quiet. “You are good at everything and grabbed the seat I want as well.” he added while staring up. I was confused.
“I?” I kept wondering inside my mind.
“Cursion? Since when did I take a seat from him? What chair does he mean?”
