Episode 67: Portrait of Nature

The sun has started to rise above the head. Now that the body is clean and calm the tribe during the public bath, our stomach is also filled after breakfast, we continue to walk to the place to capture the beauty of the scenery in this region. The long journey and the blazing heat warmed up our fresh skin.

“We rest first, yuk,” pinta Freda panting and sweating tired.

“Iya. I brought it,” Cassie replied as she showed her polaroid camera. The soft pink color makes Emery interested in the camera.

“Wah, very funny,” praise Emery. “Can I hold it?”

“Please,” replied Cassie then gave the camera away.

“Thank you,” Emery said happy and crazy. Time to rest I think it's enough.

“You're not tired anymore?” ask them.

“Ha! My body is light,” throw Eledarn while moving his arms. Then we went back on our journey.

“Come we leave!”

After a while, we finally arrived at our destination. The enchanting nature opened our eyes. We can't even say anything.

Green carpets beautifully coat the ground. A bright blue glint reflected above the extremely clear water mirror exposed his world. The shade of the leaves adds to the beauty of this beautiful painted scenery. Coupled with large rocks enliven the eye canvas. In the green fields, we ran to enjoy nature.

“Indaaaahhh..!” freda shouted running around as he spread his hands. And so do my other friends. Then we scattered in different directions. All the beauty is offered here. I, Emery, and Cassie went to approach the lake in the middle of this vast field.

“Iya. The fish that swim until it looks all,” said Cassie happily while playing water on the outskirts. “The water is cold,” he added. Then Cassie splashed water on both of us.

“Cassie.. Stop,” I said to him, but he just kept it that way while laughing happily. “Take this! Feel!” the lontarnya laugh. Emery followed suit and they both pointed the water at me.

“Oh, you want to fight me, huh? Now feel this!” then I had fun together.

“Already, already... For a long time we were soaking wet,” I told them. After a good laugh, we finally finished playing.

“Come photos together,” invite Emery.

“Oh yes, alright you guys take a position, yes!” sahut Cassie then set up the camera and installed a timer. Then the three of us posed happily. Shortly after the photo that was just taken began to be printed and out of the camera.

“Loh, how white is empty?” emery asked in confusion. Suddenly Cassie was intrigued by laughter at her innocent behavior.

“Hahaha. Try you wagging the paper,” Cassie replied. Arkian the printed image began to look slowly.

“Wah…! Magic!” lontar Emery was shocked and still does not believe it. Cassie and I laughed at her.

“Well that's how it works,” my chirps. After seeing the portrait results Emery became fascinated with the picture. After that we continued to take pictures together several times in different places even though not far from the lake. The fun made us unconscious and forget about my other friends.

“Let's get another samperin!” take me.

“Oh yes, we are not yet a complete photo,” Cassie said just remembered. Then we stepped towards my friends leaving when we first parted ways.

A few days later, we did not see them at all. We have been exploring various places around the lake. The energy-draining footsteps made us hungry. But our unseen friends also worry us.

“How is this?” ask Emery to panic.

“We've been surrounding around here. There can't be anyone left unturned, ” said Cassie who was equally anxious. I tried to calmly recall the direction they left when we were apart, but at that very moment I remembered very well that they should be around here.

“Iya. They shouldn't be far from here. But, where?” I thought wonder. Soon I heard the faint sounds of people in my ears. The sound was very loud but very slow. It seems like I'm the only one who's noticed it. Emery and Cassie still looked uneasy and looked around.

The voice continued to sound, but I saw no one in this place other than the two of us. Then I looked up. There was a tree house up there. I finally found them.

“It did not occur at all if there is a tree house,” my murmur was relieved.

“Emery, Cassie,” call me.

“Iya?” cassie's reply is still burning.

“It looks like there's one we missed,” I told the two of them. They were confused by what I just said. Then Emery asked me.

“So you missed? Where?” Then I answered him by pointing my index finger up. Then they raised their heads and realized that there was a house on top of the tree.

“Lah, since when is there a tree house here?” asked Emery.

“You don't hear the sound at all?” then I answered asking back.

“No,” says Cassie. Then came Hart's voice shouting loudly from above.

“Yes I won!”

“Should I have heard it,” Emery was relieved. I who was a little irritated muttered in my heart while taking a breath. “Sound like that mah all the inhabitants of this forest can also hear it.” Arkian I called them from below.

“Oi! What are you guys doing?” my voice was loud enough to sound. They came out of the house and greeted us.

“Oh, hi!” welcome Freda blazing.

“We are playing cards,” Hart replied.

“Eh? Since when do you guys carry a card?” ask Emery in amazement. I saw the tree become confused how to go up.

“Where is the ladder?” ask them.

“Oh yes, briefly,” says Eledarn. Then he lowered the rope ladder for us. Then the three of us went up to them.

“Since when are you here?” my many.

“Quite a while like that,” replied Milard.

“You by yourself from anywhere?” ask Hart.

“We have been looking for you, it turns out you are here,” reply me. Seeing Cassie and Emery exhausted made Freda curious about what had happened to us.

“You searched us anywhere?” Cassie answered slowly.

“Circular of this lake.” They were all surprised to hear it.

“B—True?” tanya Freda did not believe. Then our heads nodded in response. “Wow,” response Eledarn short. At that moment we heard a rumbling sound coming from Emery's stomach. Instantly he became embarrassed not a bitch.

“A—Come we eat,” invite him nervous while holding the stomach. Then we all ate lunch while being fanned by the wind from behind the trees.

After that we went back around this lake area together. Not infrequently we also take photos together with an amazing background.

“Come over here nice!” lontar Freda is excited.

Until finally the sun has begun to curse behind the horizon. It was getting dark and we headed back to the cottage. With hundreds of photo papers I'm happy to be able to show it to my sister after returning home.

“Memories I will never forget. I'll show it later,” I murmured happily.
