Chapter 133: Entering the Opponent Region

Kinara stared at her phone without blinking, reading messages from Alex repeatedly. Slowly but surely his heart rate started to rise. He draws and exhales slowly to relieve anxiety that makes him suddenly feel nauseous. Damnit. He's really nauseous.

"What's going on," Kinara muttered as she stomped her fiercely throbbing forehead. It's strange because he's never been like this before. Lately he has become more easily anxious and nauseous.

Is my stomach in trouble?

"Are you okay?" ask Sarah, Kinara's semeja partner.

Sarah nodded and said, "Go home and rest. I'll give you a copy of the assignment later. Don't worry."

He touched the send button and put his phone in a bag. Should be home soon.

Kinara immediately tidied up her books on the table and checked the other luggage. After everything was done, he put on his backpack and walked out.

"Are you sure you're okay?" sarah asked as she walked alongside Kinara.

"Yes," Kinara replied as she touched her forehead. Bizarrely. His body temperature is back to normal.

"See you," Kinara replied as she descended the stairs quickly. He couldn't wait to meet Lorie and have another discussion with the girl before ....

"Billy?"

Kinara's steps slowed down when she saw Billy leaning against a pillar near the parking lot gate. The man waved from a distance and walked over to Kinara.

"Hey, why isn't it nice to see me?" billy asked while embracing Kinara's shoulder.

"Who's not happy," Kinara replied slightly sneering, "I was just looking for Lorie, but instead you showed up."

Billy chuckled softly and said, "So my presence is not expected? Alex sent me to pick you up. He's already booked a place for a romantic lunch with you."

"really?"

"Don't tell that delinquent that I leaked the plan. Otherwise, he'll kill me" Billy said with a wink.

"Oh, where's Lorie? She'll be looking for me" Kinara said as Billy walked toward the gate instead of the parking lot.

"Alex asked him to head office to retrieve the files. It just so happened that I was passing by so Alex asked me to pick you up."

"Oh, so ...."

"hum. Come on."

Kinara followed Billy, grabbed his hand and grasped it tightly. No matter what happens, he won't blame anyone. He agreed to be used as bait for his own consciousness, so if later the situation was really chaotic and uncontrollable, he would really accept everything with a big heart.

Kinara's steps stopped next to Billy's car. He looked over and looked at the man intently.

"Take me well or Alex will kill you" he said with narrowed eyes.

Billy chuckled softly and opened the car door. "Good, Mistress. Come in," he commanded.

Kinara sat down and put up the seat belt. He could see Billy's shoulders starting to tighten. The man tapped on the steering wheel and did not ask him to talk along the way, when usually he never ran out of conversation material.

Drrr. Drrr. Drrr.

Billy pulled out his vibrating phone from inside his jacket pocket. His face suddenly changed after reading the incoming message. He did not reply or make calls, just put his phone back in his pocket and continued to drive.

"What's wrong?" asked Kinara when she saw Billy's jaw harden. He knows something is wrong.

"No. The restaurant canceled the reservation. Alex just sent me a new address" Billy replied, slamming the steering wheel and turning south.

Hopefully Alex has a backup plan.

"Master, Mr. Billy's car is not heading to the pre-determined starting point" reported a curly-haired young man sitting in front of a computer screen.

"Where did they go?"

"In our direction, exactly as you thought."

Alex grinned with satisfaction. It was not in vain that he studied a subsidiary of Andromeda Corporation along with all those involved in it. The southern area is the single most active region in the chart it creates. He stood by the window and pulled up the shabby curtains that blocked the sunlight quite well. If the calculations don't miss, Billy and Kinara's car will arrive in about 15 minutes.

"Mr Billy doesn't know about this?" ask Lorie.

"Take good, sir" he told a man wearing the same uniform as Alex.

"Don't worry. I'll get him out of there alive" the man replied and followed Alex out

Alex walked quietly, walking his feet steadily while staring at the more than three hectares of land that was the main storage area of the Andromeda Corporation. He was quite sure, the warehouse was also a kind of military camp like his. This was one of the reasons also he guessed Kinara would be brought here. Whoever the opponent was must have been looking for a place that made it easier for him to access weapons or give orders to his troops.

Now, he just has to get in there. After that, everything was within his control.
