As Lorie was still busy struggling to stand up, a sturdy hand appeared and coiled around her shoulder. He turned his head quickly, but all his shock was gone when he saw who had come.
“I surprise you?” daniel asked while helping Lorie to stand up.
“Still dare to ask?” his grunts while glaring. Even so, he also could not scold Daniel because the man had already helped him to wake up.
Daniel chuckles and replies, “Sorry, didn't mean to surprise you. Has no one come? Why clean up your own stuff?”
“Not alone. Raymond's in the bathroom. She has stomach pains.”
“Oh.”
Daniel's expression looked indifferent. He really didn't care, Raymond Dawson was sick or dead, he had nothing to do with it. He pushed Lorie onto the living room couch, helped her sit comfortably, and then sat down opposite the woman himself.
“What's looking for me so early?” lorie Tease.
Daniel sighed and pretended to put on a disappointed look.
“You've forgotten? Didn't you say you wanted to help me with the EON’s Company branch?”
Lorie fell silent and looked straight at Daniel, trying to find a trace of seriousness from his face. He wanted to know, the man was just joking or earnest with his words.
Daniel returned Lorie's gaze while raising his eyebrows.

Daniel's forehead shriveled. All of these things sounded foreign to him.

Daniel's originally grim facial expression gradually became even more excited. He cleared his throat and coughed several times to cover up his awkwardness. Did Lorie guess the plan? A woman with very strong instincts.

“He's a genius, can do anything,” replied Lorie.

While opposite her, Lorie smiled faintly. Daniel's response had already made him 90% certain of his guess. The man becomes interested in Ana. It's great if it's true. He could not wait to see Ana overcome his crazy hormones and make his brain sane. By the time that happens, he will take revenge and tease her all out.
“What are you guys talking about?” asked Raymond, who just came out of the bathroom. He threw a dislike look at Daniel. Why does that guy always show up and interrupt? Does he have a job to do?
“Only is discussing good business for EON’s Company,” replied Lorie. “How's your stomach? No longer sick?”
“Lumayan.” Raymond frowned and looked at Daniel in annoyance and reprimanded him, “He is still not fully recovered. Why bother him so early with that shit of yours?”
“Just talk, why are you emotional?” reply Daniel as he leaned back on the sofa and spread his hands casually.
“I've been guarding him all night, you come at will and interrupt. How am I not emotional?”
“If you're not willing to take care of it, just go. I can take good care of her without complaining like you.”
“You!” Raymond almost exploded. Obviously that wasn't the point, but this asshole made it sound like he was objecting to taking care of Lorie. A real bastard.
“Already. Don't fuss anymore,” lerai Lorie. His head suddenly dizzy to see the behavior of the two men in front of him.
“I don't make a fuss, he's the one who first looks for trouble,” denies Daniel.
Lorie closed her eyes and pinched her eyebrows. He took a deep breath and said, “You guys will make me vomit.”
Daniel who had almost opened his mouth to reply Raymond immediately shut up. Raymond approached Lorie worriedly.
“Do I need to call a doctor?” bargained for. “Which is uncomfortable?”
“My uncomfortable gear. Hearing you guys fight makes me nauseous. Can you guys get along for a minute?”
Raymond glanced at Daniel in annoyance. The annoying man stared back at him indifferently, making him have to grit his teeth for holding back emotions. However, for Lorie's sake, he won't serve that delinquent anymore.
On the other hand, Daniel who also did not want to make trouble immediately switched the topic of conversation.
“How long are you home?” tanyakanya.
“Billy already said it would pick me up at eleven.”
“Why should I be picked up? I can take you,” said Raymond.
“No need. I have to go somewhere first.”
“I'm not busy, can take you anywhere.” Raymond insisted. He was determined to be Lorie's shadow. Wherever the woman goes, she will always be with him.
Lorie thought as she looked at Raymond. He weighed for a moment in his heart, both bad .. if the man really liked him then ....
“Alright, you can come,” said Lorie.
“How about me?” daniel asked, pointing at his face.
“You go home first. Later I will contact you again about cooperation with Jotuns.”
“Hey, that's not fair,” protest Daniel.
“It's personal, Daniel. Next time I'll take you. Okay?”
Daniel sneered. His face was bent and looked sour. He felt neglected and wasted, but what power, he did not have any authority in this matter. Can only accept it with resignation.
Opposite him, Raymond smirked in satisfaction. He felt he had won the score 1-0 from Daniel the bastard.
He glanced at Lorie and smiled wider. In his heart he knew that the woman was giving him a chance. He swore he would not disappoint her.

Why that?
I thought this story would be between 60-70 chapters, but it did not feel like 100 more chapters, daaan. The plan is yes (new plan), maybe Lorie-Ana will meet Andrew-Keiko.
