Substitute Bride For Young Master

Substitute Bride For Young Master
Chapter 39's

Alex's face looked anxious when he saw Lorie being pushed out by Doctor Ana. He approached the two women and asked, “What's wrong? Is the condition okay?”

“Don't worry, Sir. He's just exhausted. Even so, to avoid complications, I will take her to the lab for further examination,” replied Doctor Ana.

“Good. Call me as soon as possible,” Alex said.

“Good, Mr.”

“Aunty ...” Amber clutched at her father's waist and looked at Lorie with a face that was clear. “Are you okay?”

Lorie smiled and reached out to rub the boy's head.

“Don't worry, Aunty will be home soon to play with you guys at home. Okay?” his reply.

“Really?” exciting triplets together.

Amber's round eyes are increasingly patterned and brightly glowing. While Aslan and Aaron are not as enthusiastic as Amber, Lorie knows they hope to return to the Spring Mountains.

“True. Aunty promise. Now you go home with Daddy first, huh? Later Aunty will follow along with Aunty Ana.”

“OK!” amber exclaimed with a big smile. He went forward to hug Lorie, followed by her two brothers, then they retreated and let Doctor Ana push Lorie into the wheelchair available in the corner of the room.

“Bye!” lorie said before being pushed out of the room.

Triplets waved vigorously at Lorie while smiling widely, making a smile appear on her lips.

“I really miss those boys,” muttered Lorie as Doctor Ana took her through the hallway and turned towards the elevator.

“They are adorable. Very similar to Kinara.”

Hearing those words, Lorie's hand rubbed her stomach slowly and thought to herself if she was actually pregnant with Raymond Dawson's child. Who will his son look like?

“Lorie?”

“*Huh*?”

“No.”

“Then why daydream?”

“I'm not—“

“I asked, do you want me to accompany?”

“Oh ...” Lorie blinked and looked at the pregnant women who were waiting in line at the front of the womb. “*Um*, do you not mind?”

“Of course not. Wait here, I'll sign up for you.”

“Oke.”

Lorie notices Doctor Ana walking towards the registration section. The woman appeared to be talking seriously with the officer standing guard there, turned her head while pointing at her, then spoke again while pointing at her cell phone. The officer behind the table nodded his head, then walked into the doctor's room. Not five minutes later, he returned and delivered something to Doctor Ana, making the woman turn and walk with a wide grin on her face.

“Come, come in,” he said as he pushed the wheelchair towards the door.

Lorie looked surprised. He looked up to look at his best friend's face, then turned to look at the other patient who was still sitting on the waiting bench.

“We don't queue?” whispered.

Doctor Ana chuckles softly, then looks down and replies in a very soft voice, “That's the point of having a connection.”

Lorie was too shocked that she did not dare to look to the right or left again. He was afraid to find people sneering or glaring at him for breaking through the queue. Fortunately Doctor Ana immediately opened the door and pushed him in.

“Halo, Miss Lorie. I'm Doctor Ruth.” A blond woman who seemed to be in her 50s welcomed me kindly.

“I've heard briefly from Doctor Ana. Please lie down, I will do an ultrasound to confirm whether Doctor Ana's allegations are true.”.

A nurse in the room immediately helped Lorie get on the bed, helped her unbutton her shirt and applied gel to her stomach. Lorie slightly snorted as the gel felt extremely cold.

Dr. Ruth then attached a device and moved it around on Lorie's stomach asking, “When was your last period, Miss Lorie?”

Lorie seemed to be thinking hard, trying to remember what date was the last time she came by the moon.

“If it is not wrong ... it is July 20,” he replied while paying attention to the facial expressions of Doctor Ana and Doctor Ruth alternately. He closed his eyes and tried to remember.

At the hotel, with Raymond ..it was August 15th. He was held captive for one day and in a coma for 15 days. That means ....

What date is it now?

It really is past the cycle that yan should have. Suddenly Lorie's throat felt dry. He sincerely hoped Dr. Ruth would say that her monthly cycle delay was simply due to the influence of drugs and post-coma treatments.

Unfortunately, the old woman opened her mouth and said, “There is already an embryo sac, Miss Lorie. Although very weak, but can still survive.”

Lorie fell silent and lay down like a statue. The battle between heaven and hell .. decide whether the perfectly formed fetus will he maintain, or ... be removed?
