Dinner ended at nine. Daniel seemed satisfied to see Lorie's radiant face. It seemed like the woman was really impressed with everything she had prepared. A big smile adorned his face. Since starting dinner last night, he realized there was still a lot of time. Maybe the first step is a little rushed.
Or, if it comes to the end it can not, yes already, just make friends. Even if they are just friends, they are also pretty good.
After being satisfied with his own thoughts, Daniel held Lorie's hand out of the elevator. His car was parked in front, so they walked across the main hall while chatting casually.
Lorie, who was relieved to have explained her relationship with Daniel, never stopped to comment on the gentle smile on her face. Daniel was silly, outspoken, and warm. A character that really suits him. Unfortunately, his heart could only be occupied by one person. Even after so many years, that person's position was getting firmly rooted in his heart.
“You wait here for a moment, I take the car first,” Daniel said.
“Good.”
Lorie nodded obediently. He knew Daniel never had a driver. He also knew that Daniel did not like luxury, but to impress him, he was willing to take him to such an expensive and romantic place, so heartfelt.
Lorie looked at Daniel's back who was away. The man looked so dominant and intimidating, who would have thought his nature would be so shameless.
“Lorie! Move!”
Lorie turned her head reflexively towards that loud screaming voice. That voice sounded a little familiar. However, the dazzling flash of light from the right side made him unable to see clearly. It was vaguely like someone was crashing towards him, jumping with all his might and wanting to grab him.
Raymond's?
Lorie gasps. Not yet able to respond, his body was already jolted to the side. Decit the sound of a sharp tire as if to break his eardrum. In one blink of an eye, something smashed into his body violently accompanied by people's shocked cries.
Brak!
Lorie's floating body finally came to a halt when it hit the wall. His whole body was trembling. His pupils shrank as a dense warm feeling flowed from between his thighs.
Lorie's breath was choked. Extremely severe pain from the tailbone to the neck bone. His gaze instantly became panicked and uncontrollable. He wanted to raise his hand and touch his stomach, but he felt like his bones were being broken one by one. The pain that stirred his stomach plus the distinctive rusty iron aroma made him really unable to anymore.
Be ill.
It hurt so much that he wanted to die.
"Lory! What the hell is going on?! Goddamn bum!"
Daniel who heard all the commotion turned around and almost lost control when he saw Lorie lying on top of the pool of blood. He ran back with all his strength to the woman.
Lorie's trembling lips were unable to make the slightest sound as a familiar figure approached.
Ray ... baby .. sorry ...
Lorie's breath was puffed up. Unknowingly two clear spheres that felt like magma were flowing down his cheeks, hot and making his eyes smoky. Poor baby, can she survive?
Raymond knelt down in front of Lorie and did not know what to do. He was too scared when he saw the blood coming out endlessly. The guilt of not being able to pull Lorie's hand in time made her brain almost go crazy. His entire body shook violently when he saw Lorie's miserable condition. His hand could not hold the phone properly so it slipped several times.
“Ambulance! Call the ambulance! Damnit!” he shouted at the crowd of people who were crowding and watching.
Fortunately there was one man who had acted dexterously and contacted the hospital. He immediately replied, “I've called the nearest hospital. Ambulance on the way.”
Raymond didn't even remember to say thank you. He just continued to kneel like that and looked at Lorie with an expression filled with pain. If all the pain could be transferred, he would bear it willingly.
“Surge! Goddamnit!” Daniel cursed while splitting the crowd. His heart seemed to stop beating when he saw Lorie's body drooping like a shrivel leaf.
“Lorie,” call him in a hoarse voice. He crouched down and wanted to touch the woman's shoulder, but Raymond brushed his hand away firmly.
“Do not touch! We don't know what part of it is injured! Wait for the medics to come!”
The call made Daniel not dare to make any more moves. He glanced at Raymond sharply. Look at that guy who lost focus. He also did not dare to argue because what he said was true.
How did this guy get here?
Of course, that question he did not ask. He squeezed and broke his fingers a few times. Then growl slowly and stand up. Right now he really needs an outlet for his mixed emotions.
He didn't want to and couldn't imagine that until something happened to Lorie.
No. gabe.
Can't do.
