Substitute Bride For Young Master

Substitute Bride For Young Master
Chapter 98: Turn on the Camera

Alex's eyes squeaked in front of the binoculars. He watches the land beneath him. The helicopter had already combed through all the territory that his wife might have passed through, but there was not a single sign of the girl. His bodyguards who searched by road had not yet notified him. Alex is really upset.

“Master, lady Brenda called to the Spring Mountains, she and lady Kinara are safe. Now they are in Danbury!” lorie exclaimed when she got a recording of the conversation from the Smith family residence.

“Danbury?” Alex surprised. He did not expect Kinara to drive that far. “Play halauan!”

Pilot changes the search coordinates. Seconds later, the helicopter maneuvered and made a 180-degree rotation. The vehicle was lifted up and drove at maximum speed when the lever was pulled.

“Wait a minute. Mrs Kinara said to keep you at home. This is just a trap to lure you out,” Lorie said. He still listens to Brenda's stammering voice from the headset.

“Ignore that stupid girl. We must hurry!” sideline Alex with both hands clenched tightly.

“Master, this time I agree with madam, you better just go back. I'll handle it with–“

“Shut up and troop reinforcements to head for Danbury!”

Alex's jaw is hardened. He glared at Lorie until the girl's guts shrunk.

“Where exactly are they located?” alex asked after managing his emotions.

“Mrs Brenda is in a minimarket with a servant. They parted ways with mistress Kinara there.”

“What does that stupid girl think? Who does he think he is? A superhero? Absolutely sloppy,” grumbled Alex almost resembles a whisper. He knew exactly what his wife was doing. The girl must have sacrificed herself to be a decoy. Really stupid and careless.

“Master?” lorie cried in disbelief. He zooms in on the screen and shows Alex the latest news on the internet.

The attack in the small town of Danbury, Connecticut.

“What happened?”

Alex grabs the laptop on Lorie's lap in a panic. His anxiety grew when he saw a body that had just been pulled out of a shirted yellow car. Although only a glance, Alex had recognized the lifeless body.

Benji. What's he doing there? Why did he die? Who killed him? How did he know Kinara was? Did that brengs*k youth follow Kinara all the way there? Where is Kinara now? Was he caught? Damnit damnit!

Alex's head almost exploded as thousands of questions swirled in his mind. Not to mention all the speculations and prejudices that made him almost crazy.

“How long time did we get to Danbury?”

“Five more minutes, Sir,” replied Lorie. His forehead is deep. He was just as worried about the master.

A five-minute pause means everything. It could all happen in five minutes. After all, from the moment they were recorded to the local news channel, all the events they had just seen on the monitor screen right now might have happened 15 to 20 minutes ago. Lorie growled in despair. Again they are late. If those guys manage to catch Kinara, it means that now the girl can be anywhere.

Alex replayed the news on his laptop and watched it meticulously, hoping to find his wife in the crowd. But the results were not nil, not what he expected. There was no shadow of the cute girl wearing the cute dress when she left this afternoon. That innocent and innocent face was not also visible among the passersby. Alex took a breath.

Messed ... This is really messed up .... What if I don't find him.

The man was almost drowning in despair. He knew the possibility of losing his wife remained considering the criminal network that had been after him so far never messed around. Their strength was arguably not inferior to his special forces. Despite realizing all these circumstances, Alex still refuses to prepare himself to face the worst possible. He was not prepared to lose his wife.

“Master, we are almost there,” Lorie said as she prepared to get off the helicopter.

Lorie's voice distracts Alex. He turned his head and found that his bodyguard was already prepared with tactical equipment. Alex gets ready. He put on his gear and waited until the girl managed to secure the perimeter. As much as possible information about its existence in this city should not be widespread.

Lorie jumped out, then coded the other troops who had landed first to secure the area using sign language. An army of gunmen immediately went around to check on the reporters who might still be around the landing site. Some people came to the residents to ask about the events that had just happened in that place.

“Area clear,” said Lorie while pressing a button on her communication tool. He returned to the helicopter and opened the door for Alex.

“Where is my grandmother?” alex asked as soon as he got out of the helicopter.

"Moderate troops-"

"Alex! Alex! Oh, my gosh!"

"... picked her up."

Alex and Lorie turned to the origin of the voice. Brenda Smith limped over to the two of them.

Lorie rushed over and grabbed Brenda. "Are you okay, Madam?"

"good. I'm good," Brenda replied and then turned to her right and left, "Where's the girl?"

"Nadzara?" ask Alex.

"Yes. Kinara's. Your wife. Where's the girl?"

Alex was a little surprised when he saw the look of anxiety on his grandmother's face. It was not usual for the woman to show such emotions to someone. Moreover, that person was Kinara. Is it because the girl saved him?

"We haven't found him yet. My bodyguard's still looking for clues."

"Hurry along. Rescue her. Save your wife." Brenda moved her hand in the air, gesturing for her grandson to leave immediately. "He asked me to ban you from going, but he didn't care about it. Quickly find him."

"good. I-i-"

"Master, an eyewitness saw the madam being carried in a black range rover that way" said one of the bodyguards. He pointed north.

"They had time to record the number of the police," he continued, handing over a piece of paper.

"My grandmother's ear goes home" Alex orders, "The others are coming with me."

The man hugged Brenda at a glance, "Go home and rest. Leave everything to me."

"Be careful."

“Good.”

Lorie received the paper and typed it on the phone screen. After sending a message at 01, the girl opened her laptop and checked a map of the area in northern Danbury. However, his movements were stifled when he saw an attachment. He clicked on the link and looked at the content. Not long after, the girl's face paled.

“Master,” murmured with a vibrating sound when looking at the photo plastered on the laptop.

“Breng*ek! Bajin*an it .. quickly find where bajin*an is located!” raung Alex as powerful as he can. Veins protrude in the temples and neck. He stood up and continued to rampage like a wounded bull.

“Bangs*t!” he punched the roof of the helicopter. His knuckles turned red, but the man seemed to feel no pain at all.

“Master, calm yourself. Sit down and wear a seat belt. We're gonna find him. You can do whatever you want when he is already under your feet,” Lorie said to calm her master.

Alex growling. “Quick find him!”

Lorie's phone is vibrating. He immediately opened his phone to read the incoming message. “Master, empty one found the last location of that range rover,” reported.

“Take me there!” alex orders with his cursed teeth. His entire body trembled withstanding anger. This time, he really would not be merciful.

***

Faint voices came and went, buzzing and muttering. The cold bites the surface of the skin, penetrating to the bone. Kinara shivers. His eyelids were moving irregularly. His hands and feet felt numb. How long has he been unconscious? A gray cell in its cranium tried to scavenge scattered pieces of information.

The last time he saw Benji fell with a bullet in his head.

Automakers.

Bloods.

Then it all suddenly darkened.

Kinara's ears were ringing. The girl groaned with a hoarse voice stuck in the throat. He heard a faint rustling sound on the right side. He sharpened his ears. His eyes were still heavy to open.

Where is this?

Kinara took a deep breath, gathering energy and concentration. He blinked slowly, his eyelashes trembling as he moved up. Glare. Reflexes, the girl tries to raise her right hand to ward off the light that hurts her pupils. Unfortunately, his wrist snapped firmly after lifting a few centimeters.

"Ac ...." Kinara groaned softly as her fingers hit the bed. Apparently both his hands were tied to the bed. He opened his eyes and looked down and lifted his legs. Freer. Not tied.

Who's doing this? Really looking to die ....

The girl extended her vision, then looked to the right and left sides. The room looks quite spacious, although it is not exactly luxurious. There was only an old chair and table by the window that was in the direction of his feet. One white cupboard on the left, and a door that looks like a bathroom? Kinara. This room seems like one part of the cabin house that is usually used for hunting.

The light from outside was still quite bright, but why was the light turned on?

Sreekks.

The girl turned her head quickly as the sound of scraping iron with the floor back sounded from the top of her head. He looked up, finding a man wearing a black mask was busy doing something about two meters from where he was lying.

Kinara's heart pounded. Without being told, he thought what was going on. The girl tried to pull her hand again, but the knots on her wrist were too strong. Soreness and heat spread when the strap swipes the surface of the skin.

"What are you doing?" kinara asked as the man turned around and walked towards her.

Kinara's throat felt dry and poignant. What has that man done? Kinara wondered. Why his muscles feel weak. Did the man inject something when he was unconscious?

The man did not answer, he just stood on the edge of the bed and stayed there. Didn't do anything. Just shut up and observe.

Kinara felt uneasy, she tried to regulate her breathing so as not to make her up and down chest movements less noticeable. Now he really regretted traveling with a midi dress. Really shit.

“What are you doing?” reset Kinara. Eve in this room made him nervous.

Chequek.

Kinara gasped as the door on her right side creaked as it opened. Two black masked men entered the room, they were busy installing something that looked like a handycam on a tripod. Kinara was back wide when a man she knew so well stepped in shortly afterwards.

“You?!”

The girl glared. Although he had guessed who was behind all this, still he was still surprised when he saw Jericho appear in such a way. “Brengs*k!” it means with anger.

Jericho chuckled in satisfaction. “Behold me as much as you are, for after this .. only a sigh of er*tis will come out of your mouth,” the man said as he walked closer to Kinara.

Kinara snorted and looked at Jericho with a mocking look. “Keep dreaming,” he said with hostility.

“Hehehe .. I like dissident girls, usually they scream louder,” Jericho whispered as he rubbed Kinara's lips slowly with his thumb.

“Keep that rotten hand of yours! Makes me feel nauseous,” hiss Kinara. He really wanted to get up and beat up the guy mes*m in front of him.

“Sssht .. relax, save your energy. When we were still long,” replied Jericho then again chuckled until his head looked up.

He stopped right near Kinara's head, looked down and rubbed the girl's cheek. “Give me your best shout, because my poor cousin will be watching it live.

"What do you mean watching? He can't see!" furious Kinara.

"really? We'll find out soon."

Jericho flicked his finger at the bodyguard who had finished putting on the handycam.

“Turn on the camera.”
