“Hwah..It's morning huh?” I woke up from my bed and saw that it was time for dawn.
As usual, I took ablution and then performed the service as usual. After all that was done, I chatted for a while with the person at home. Then I went back to my desk in my room. The laptop turned on while I checked if there was any new information on my phone. It is good to wait for the computer to boot.
It's been a day since I went to the villa. Since it was Monday, our family returned to their usual activities. Yana and Lamda go to school, Arip, his mother, and his father go to work. While me? back to looking for work as usual. Because my current status is unemployment.
When thinking about the villa, I remembered passing through one road that I passed while visiting Mr. Dani's wedding. Because when I went to the wedding, the road I was on was the same when I went on vacation to the villa the other day.
*Mrister Dani*'s wedding day*
Mr. Dani was a good friend of mine when I worked as a teacher. Although at this time it is not too often contact because of covid and also because I have moved to work in Tangerang. I still hope that our relationship can be regarded as friends. One day, I got an invitation from Mr. Dani while I was working in tangerang.
“Hm? Any message from Dani sir? tumben in chat”
[Come sir Ray, wedding ceremony. I wait for his arrival] More or less that is the sentence chat delivered along with an electronic invitation.
[Well, congratulations, Mr. Dani. May be Samawa family]
After replying to the message, I took a few minutes to chat with Mr. Dani. Then I continued my work again. Of course I also noted the schedule of events to be held. Can be bothered later if forgetfulness. It's not good not to come when you're invited.
More or less that's what I did before Mr. Dani's wedding day. Before that day arrived, I was already on stand by being at home so that not far had to depart from Tangerang to where the reception was held. I decided to go with the other group. Because the teachers will also go together to Dani's marriage.
To the gathering place, I greeted the teacher who was there.
“Halo, gentlemen, mothers, how are you?”
“Eh, there's Ray sir. Healthy sir Alhamdulillah. Come in.”
I went into the teacher's room and started sitting on the couch. If you haven't stopped by this place in a long time. There are some furniture in the teacher room that changes, sometimes there are also new teachers who enter so that there are some new faces, and also there are times when the old face is no longer visible. Because they have moved places to teach or have stopped working.
In the teacher room, I chatted with some teachers there while waiting for the time the group left. A few minutes of chatting, we all finally started to get out of our seats and started to leave for the reception place, Mr. Dani.
“How is the car sharing sir?” Ask one of the teachers to ask about the vehicle. Because everyone would ride in a car together and no one would ride a motorcycle alone.
Seating is done with an existing car. After this process, it is seen that the number of drivers is less. The car is there, but the driver is not there.
“...Ok. Yes, Here's who nyetir” said while taking the key and a little nervous in the heart.
I used to take a driving course. But the skills from that school I never trained again. So still do not know, about the actual score for driving the car I actually have. I happen to have been in clutch car school so that if I drive normally, I can do it. Hopefully the terrain to where Mr. Dani is not too extreme.
Before leaving, I asked in detail how the route to the place of Mr. Dani. Once everything was in order, everyone who was about to depart one by one got into the car. I'm not sitting in the passenger seat myself, but in the driver's seat. I rarely get in this position. Usually during this time sitting in the passenger seat while looking at the father who drives the vehicle.
“Aready sir? let's pray before leaving”
Everyone in my car prayed before I left. The number of passengers in the car I was riding was only 6 people including myself. The man who got into my car was Mr. Irfan, Jayus and his wife and son, and lastly was Danis.
Mr. Jayus is the school's cleaning staff. He's been working for a long time in this place, even before I went to teach there. Danis is an IT staff who manages the TKJ lab. I heard, he is an alumni of this SMK and was offered to work in this place.
We all left in groups and I was in the backmost position. Because I don't know exactly the way to Dani's place. From the direction of our movement, it seemed like our territory was headed close to city A. This A city is a city that is famous for its beaches in my region.
Along the way to city A, we have to pass through the factory area first. Either on the right or left of the road, everything was full of factories. Complete with cars and large trucks that go in and out of the factory gate. Only after passing through the area, we will get to the area full of beaches and lodging places.
But where we're not going to go to A, we're going to turn before the city A border with City C, the city where I and my parents live. On the way, I also chatted with Mr. Irfan and the others so as not to get sleepy while on the road. Of course I have to focus on seeing the road so that nothing unwanted happens.
“See sir Ray, that's the border. Means here to turn left.” Said Mr. Irfan while pointing towards the monument. The monument was built exactly as the border of City A with city C.
I turned according to Mr. Irfan's direction while following the car in front. When it started to turn, in my heart I started to get nervous because the road was getting narrower. Luckily the traffic was quiet enough that I didn't experience any significant problems. At first I had wanted to breathe a sigh of relief but not so when suddenly the car in front began to take a fairly extreme road.
The road was full of mud and muddy, as well as a winding road and had sharp derivatives. I looked at Mr. Irfan and asked.
“Now pass here sir?”
Mr. Irfan harrumphed while saying ”I also know less Mr. Ray. Yes, it is, bismillah only through here.”
Everyone in the car prayed loudly as I slowly walked down the road. Thank God, no obstacles happened and we got to our destination safely and safely. When we got down from the car, we had seen from a distance that there was a tent that seemed to be where the reception was held.
At first I thought there was no obstacle to go to Mr. Dani's place. But it turned out that my guess was wrong, after getting out of the car, we had to climb the road to where Mr. Dani was. The angle is quite high, probably almost 45 degrees of inclination. Coupled with streets filled with new and holes. As it turns out, our barrier to our destination is still not finished.
