Ch. 23 Final Race, Pre UAS

The city-level race has our school won. This time the race continued to the provincial level. Unlike the previous race held in the city square, this ceremony will be held in our school grounds.

But because our field is too small, we use the field belonging to the next school. We are still a foundation with that school. That is why they allow the use of their facilities.

We are training as usual. But the intensity of the exercise is heavier than before. Because our rivals in the province are heavier than previous levels. If the training is slack, the results will not be maximum. Surely the exercise increases with intensity that still makes sense. There's no way we're practicing the ceremony for 24 hours.

The students and the teacher council of the contestants were all training hard. My body cannot be separated from fatigue every training session. But for the sake of victory, there are things that must be sacrificed. Luckily sleeping all night was enough to keep me refreshed.

Time passed with me teaching and training as usual.The day the race was done had appeared before my eyes. Just like the time of accreditation, today all schools are closed because they must be sterile. No students should appear and interfere with the ceremony. We welcome the assessment team with the best welcome. The headmaster and the board of teachers who did not attend the ceremony greeted all of them.

Without further ado, we immediately started the ceremony. Unlike the previous one, this time we did not have to wait our turn. We were prepared before the assessment team came.

The MCs started the ceremony a short while after seeing the appraiser team arrive. Indeed, the procedure is like this at the direction of Mr. Anas. Without any opening and pleasantries, the team immediately made an assessment upon arriving at the site.

The assessment team went back and forth looking at the participants of the ceremony and the attendants who may have been less than perfect. Fortunately the teacher council section was not too much they noticed. I was afraid that I would be nervous if they saw my perfect attitude with their gaze.

Glad I saw it turns out that the assessment team had a pretty girl. It feels like there is a great energy that arises because you can see a beautiful scene when you are running a ceremony.

The last part of the ceremony has gone. I almost changed my perfect attitude. But because there was an additional announcement, the relaxed attitude I wanted to do was not so I run.

It turned out that the assessment team only conveyed the message and impression only.after this they would choose the best to advance to the national level. We need to wait for the announcement to come in the next few weeks.

A few weeks after the race, Mr. Pineapple got the results of the contest we did.

Although we lost, but this experience was quite valuable to me. With this race, I realized how lacking my attitude was while performing the ceremony. My nationalism may have increased after this race. I don't know if the other participants feel the same way.

Unfortunately this flag activity to the best of my knowledge will not be able to make a lot of money. Surely people will move to a path that is more materially beneficial than just being soul-satisfied. Either work as an office employee or build your own business.

Since the race has finished, I am now refocused on doing my main job as a teacher. The final semester exam will be held soon. There are some things I need to prepare.

Just like UTS, as a teacher I have to make a problem. But the number of questions this time is more than before. Almost twice as much as when making about UTS the other day.

I've also duplicated another teacher's UAS file. So I just need to edit the issue. Even so, it will still be tired of making a lot of multiple choice problems.

The quick solution I just copy and paste the problem from the package book only. By making changes in the order of the problem and the answer of his double choice. Funny thing is, some students have been confused to answer just by rotating the location of the problem and the answer.

With this method, the time to make the problem becomes shorter. Of course I keep making my own about the essay. I have to choose a problem that is not too difficult and not too easy. Making a question is difficult.

It took me a few weeks to make this. Because I'm still teaching as usual, even though I have to make up. Moreover, the subjects I created about not only one. There are some subjects.

Unlike the time of UTS, this time I also have to make a grid about. This made me quite confused because I had never made it. Fortunately there was another staff teacher who patiently helped me.

"Haah" I sighed while stretching my body. Finally all UAS issues have been resolved. My hands feel sore typing about a lot. It was fortunate that all the work was done and I was able to rest my meek hands.

With this I just have to wait for the day H to come. Since I'm not on the committee this time, it's my first time being a test supervisor. What will it be like?

I walked towards the room where I was watching the exam.

Turns out this time I was overseeing the TKJ major. This class I know all of his students. Because their teacher is me.

I can only smile at their behavior. I don't know why they're happy when I'm watching. Is it because the supervision I do is not strict or am I indeed liked by the students?

The surveillance work I'm doing well. Because I'm tired of sitting and not good to watch while playing hp. Inevitably I went around the room to watch over the disciples. Also to reduce the drowsiness that appears when sitting too long.

Some students who are relaxed and have done a lot of things, even invite myself to chat. There are students I serve and there are some students who do not. Surely the girls always reply to their chat, hehehe.

It's better to talk to girls than boys. Even if you talk to them, be careful. Sometimes they behave ferociously if it's "time". It needs special techniques to talk to the opposite sex. Especially if you want to find a partner, we have a lot to prepare. Either in terms of material or in terms of mental preparation.

Sometimes students ask me the answers to their exams. I could only laugh and refuse to give any hint.

The bell rings indicating the exam time is over. I asked everyone to collect their answer sheets. Most of them had walked out of the room after they had finished working on the matter.

But not a few of them who do the problem until the test time is over. Sometimes pity to see those who panic have not finished working on the problem but the time is up. However these are all consequences due to their lack of preparation in the face of replication.

After I finished collecting the answer sheets, I sorted the sheets to match their absence numbers. Usually the student exam number that I use as a benchmark. Because it will be long if it is arranged in the order of the name of the student.

I put it in an envelope and then closed it. Then I handed it over to the committee for further processing.

“Pak ray, it's done. Just take it right away, sir. I will checklis.” One of the organizers gave me back the map file I was about to hand over.

Usually after this they will give it to the teacher in question. The funny thing is that keeping an eye on it turns out that it is my making. Automatic sheets are directly carried by myself.

About a week later, the same process took place. While watching, I also nyicil correcting the UAS problem sheet. Because the number of more problems makes the correction time longer as well.

Fortunately, when there was an exam, I didn't have to teach a class. That's why I can focus on getting answers from students. Using time efficiently is the key to everything.

After the correction is completed, there is still time to convey the value to the students. But not just UAS. There's another value I have to take care of because it's just around the corner for the end of this odd semester.

I hope I can finish it well. Because it's the first time I'm going to make grades to put in a student report. Values that will determine their future in the world of education.
