Many times I took the test and many times I failed to get the job done. While being a novelist, my job searching activities are still done because at this time, my reputation as a writer has not been able to make me live from there. But sometimes from the dozens of applications I sent, not up to a third sent a reply. There are some good companies that send official notices if the application is not processed further. But there are also those who reject it in a way that does not give news for weeks.

Finally I decided to no longer believe in the lure of having empty jobs in the foundation. After all, the edges can't also be any position there.

I also told my mother this decision. Because at this time the mother also works in the foundation and her status is already senior so it has a pretty good reputation with employees there. Although at the time of decision making, he was more silent because the other staff were stubborn and the mother had no supporters. Because everyone who usually supports mom's opinion is gone.

Though every suggestion he made is very reasonable and can actually solve the problem. Most decisions are made on an emotional basis. So that there is never a meeting point that happens. This is the disadvantage if a business is run with family. That nonsense if anyone says working with family is a wise decision. At least if in my extended family, it was a bad decision.
