Ch. 58 New Officers

I worked in a new place for a week.. Same activity as usual. Wake up as usual, watch the video tutorial as usual, lunch as usual.

Perform worship as usual, then go home when it is time to finish work. Fortunately my office doesn't empower its employees to overtime

There was a moment when I met the boss of my current company. Unlike Mr. Bem who is the owner, he is the leader of the company.

Mr. Randy's work is pretty neat. He stayed all day at the desk doing a lot of things on his laptop. He also got a lot of calls from the boss. Often during office hours he gets the phone into a mobile phone or office phone from EJ.

Like his Mr. Bem direct coordination through Mr. Randy for EJ. If there is any business, Mr. Randy will first be called, then delivered to us.

At least that's what I've been catching from the observational for the past week. Whether this is true or not. Because they never directly told me this.

Because as far as I know, there is no official organizational chart for where I am now. So it is not clear what position one person is and what work legally anything. Since there is no official chart governing it, it sometimes works oddly because there is no clear division of tasks.

Even the number of our employees is quite small, there are only four people. But from the information I heard, there will be two new people who will enter this place. From the office that only contains 4 employees, somehow our PT benefits.

Hope his new guy is cool to talk to. If the new person does not feel good later also work in the office.

From this one-week observation and chat, this is roughly what my current co-worker is like. Whether IT's in another office doing the same job or not. I was curious to ask Rendra who said he also worked in IT companies as well.

Mr. Randy is quiet and calm. Never have I seen in a week she's emotional. He seems to be the quiet boss type. There are certainly advantages and disadvantages if you have this type of boss.

My senior friend is also more or less the same. Rarely start a conversation and only talk about work. Besides work, we rarely talk about anything else. At lunch also he prefers to eat alone because it has brought provisions. Sometimes he also brought meat for his lunch. The smell can be found.

Patience in my opinion is the closest workmate to me. Because we believe the same and he likes to talk. He often gets gossip because he pacing back and forth to other sister companies. I also often pray together with him. There was also a lot of information about the company I got from him.

Because Mr. Sabar often goes around for his work. He got a lot of new rumors from there. This causes sometimes he does not go all day to the office because he has to take care of hardware elsewhere.

My job this time was pretty conducive. The rest of the stay I increased the ability to carry out the task well. I don't know how long I'm going to work here. To this day I still have no picture.

For one week, I haven't had much work. Most besides watching videos, I was also given the task to practice my coding skills. So less leibh this first week is still a trial period and add skills for future work.

But as Mr. Rawan said during the interview first. The work here is quite relaxed, it suits me very well. Hopefully, you can get a lot of knowledge and work here. Because the name of the company could be a change that causes suddenly the workplace becomes uncomfortable. And that can happen with just one person present.

*One month of work*

I worked as a programmer for a month. After graduating from watching the video tutorial, I finally got my first assignment.

This time the company is making an application for the water company. In it can enter daily data what happens in minutes. They actually already use Ska*a. But the owner wants the data can be accessed evenly on the website.

That's why our company gets the job to do just that. Although it is still a sister company, our work is not messing around. Lots of features that have been made by Mr. Rawan before. We all went straight to the front door to pick things up. With the help of furniture officers, the installation of tables and chairs went smoothly. This kind of work is easier for many people to do.

Our work room is small. Maybe only about 5x2 meters. 10 people sitting together alone could not fit in this room.

It turned out that he was the new employee at my place. Knowing that. I immediately asked him to come in and sit in the prepared place.

I asked him to wait for Mr. Randy to come first to take care of the contract and others.

This employee named Banu seems to be Chinese as well. We probably have different beliefs too. But I don't mind about it. As long as we are professional and do not interfere with each other. Life tolerance can be beautiful.

From our brief encounter, I guessed that we would become close friends. Especially when I saw what he was doing during the break.

On entering the break, I looked towards Banu. I saw he was serious about seeing his phone. It turns out that he is playing one of his current hits, Modern Legend.

This game is played 5 against five. We have to play as a team and beat the opposing team.The winner must destroy the opponent's base and pay attention to the base we have. Unfortunately, many players have their own goals.

Some are more focused on killing the opponent's Hero, some are killing monsters, but there are also those who like to just play team games (newbie).

I see at a glance, Banu is quite good at playing. If playing at home, it is possible that he will activate voice input to give commands to the team. It cannot be done in the office.

Unfortunately most people now play with lust. Not with tactics and strategy.So that the team suffered a defeat.

What I hear most of those who play this game are children under the age of 17. A time when hormones are at their peak and emotions are out of control. That's why they mostly play with emotion instead of reason.

If you see the video game. Not a little strange behavior of people when playing games. Even though the name of the game is reasonable to win or lose.

"Yes!" Banu shouted excitedly. Looks like he won the game.

Banu heard my words and smiled widely. After this incident, we almost took an hour off playing games together. Even when we got home from work we still had time to play some games before the break. Pretty good times if I remember any more.

It's really nice to play a game like this. But still when losing feel upset and happy when winning. It is humane as long as it is not too excessive.

Hopefully, playing this game will not take much time, because the less time I have to play the game. As a result of the work I have.

This game is quite complex. That's why I only focus on playing char with my chosen job first.

I chose job marksman. Usually, characters with this job use arrow weapons. I'm happy with this job because it matches my gameplay.

Unfortunately every match should have a team with a balanced Job. Because this Marksman a lot of who want to wear. Sometimes there's a team of three Heroes out of 5 all Marksman.

Often this happens makes me choose for jobs that rarely people want, tanks. When I chose this job, it was rare for any other player to use it. I trained a lot as a tank.

I rarely have a mvp with this job. But my win rate is pretty high. Because this job is tasked to support the team and receive damage from the enemy.

There may be a job tank that can also dps. But the character is still in the key. Understand free players. Maybe someday I will be able to use the char.

By playing this game with Banu. I found one of the other things that excited me to go to the office.

Guess if there will be anything else that makes me excited to go to the office?
