Ch. 109 - White Fox Guard
A week had passed since Hyogoro's Grandfather, Litha and Nagato were staying at the residence of the Minami Nobles. Today they will be the guards of the Minami Nobles visiting Kumori City.
The luxurious horse carriage Kazuo rode with his family had a strong looking horse. Kazuo's wife looks cute with narrow eyes, she has two children. Her first child is a boy and her second child is a girl.
"Darling, are we going to be okay, Kumori City for the past year has strange rumors" said the motherly-faced woman with narrow eyes, she is the wife of Kazuo, Minami Aiko.
Minami Aiko has two children, a son named Minami Kazue and a daughter named Minami Eiko. Minami Kazue was fourteen years old and had a handsome face, clean as a noble. While Minami Eiko has a face similar to her mother, she has narrowed eyes and is the same age as Nagato and Litha who are still ten years old.
"I already have a plan, let alone I have hired three warriors" Kazuo replied touching his wife's waist and calming her down.
"Two young people? They still look like Eiko?" muttered Aiko looked at Nagato and Litha who were wearing white fox topenh.
"Let's see, I'll stop the mayor's plans. Since I had already guessed if he wanted to take control of the Southern Province, inviting the Minami Family and finishing him off was the right way." Kazuo inner with a long sigh.
"Are they both still children?" tanya Aiko looked at the dreamy Kazuo.
"Oh, the two of them are indeed children." Kazuo replied turning his head back to look at Nagato and Litha.
Aiko stared intently at Nagato, she looked so curious about Nagato's face. Although covered in a white rubag mask, but the shape of his body and hair exudes Nagato's good looks.
Nagato and Litha walked beside the luxurious carriage belonging to the Minami Nobles. A luxurious horse carriage was pulled by three strong-looking horses. There were no other guards escorting the Minami Nobles, very visible reason Kazuo hired Grandpa Hyogoro. Time continued to pass and slowly the sun set slowly, the luxury horse carriage troupe Bangsawam Minami stopped. Nagato and Litha processed their breathing to keep their breathing regular.

Hyogoro's grandfather invites Nagato and Litha to make a bonfire as usual. Kazuo and Aiko were amazed by Nagato and Litha who could make a campfire easily, even they both also burned chicken and rabbit meat. Hyogoro's grandfather caught the two animals for lunch.
The three of them continued to wear white fox masks, in order to maintain their identity. Since Grandpa Hyogoro was worried that Nagato and Litha were not wearing masks, so many people memorized and remembered their faces.
After lunch, Nagato was alone and practiced breathing. He wanted to continue training until he had enough to fight without making his body weaken. Because his illness could not be cured, he realized that he would not live long.
"For the rest of my life, I must live without regret, so that my death will one day leave no regrets." - inner Nagato as she continued to practice her breathing.
Eiko looked at Nagato's back from a distance, wanting to get to him but realized that Nagato was focusing on training.
"Who is he? I want to meet him?" muttered Eiko softly, her eyes continued to look at Nagato before she fell asleep.
The day was getting night, the moonlight was shining with its light. Hyogoro's grandfather could not sleep so he preferred to stand guard beside the horse carriage. While Litha was already asleep beside Nagato who was processing breathing.
Nagato sat cross-legged in a comfortable position, he continued to practice breathing until morning came. Slowly when Nagato opened his eyes the sunlight was so felt on his face.
"I trained all night." Nagato muttered softly then he laid down his body.
Litha woke up and saw Nagato who was enjoying the warmth of the morning sun.
"Have you been training all night?" litha asked curiously looking at Nagato.
"Yes" answered Nagato briefly then he got up.
Nagato again escorted the Minami Nobles, on Nagato's way a little sleepy as he trained all night. Even he ran while shaking his head many times, due to his growing drowsiness.
"Damn! My eyes were blurry and my vision blurred.." Nagato's mind stopped walking and looked at the luxurious carriage indistinctly.
Litha turned her head back to see Nagato stop walking, then she approached Nagato.
"Nagato, what's wrong with you?" litha asked Nagato worriedly.
Nagato wanted to touch Litha but he did not find Litha's shoulder.
"Litha, my eyes can't see" Nagato replied in a panic because he didn't expect that he would experience something like this.
Hyogoro's grandfather also stopped and approached Nagato.
"Nagato your body is too fragile, you must not force your body more than this portion of the training your grandfather gave you." Grandpa Hyogoro suggested looking at Nagato's pale face.
Nagato was silent for a moment, he pondered considering his mother. Sarah in Nagato's eyes had a smile that made her feel warm, but Nagato was aware that her mother had an illness. The disease is what makes him prefer to die with Pandu than live with him.
"Litha.." said Nagato Lirih, Nagato had long not put on a gloomy face like this.
Litha who understood Nagato's intention was to undress and have Nagato bite her neck.
Nagato bit Litha's neck and sucked her blood, slowly regaining consciousness and she could see clearly.
"Thank you Litha." Nagato said sincerely.
"Same - same." Litha replied with a sweet smile on Nagato.
"I will help you all the time, because you will protect me." whispered Litha in Nagato's ear. Then the two of them stared at each other before continuing on.
Hyogoro's grandfather was worried about Nagato's condition, he did not expect Nagato's disease would appear at his young age.
"The only one who can save Nagato is the mysterious power that exists in his body." Grandpa Hyogoro's inner self while stroking his chin.
"It is likely that Litha and Shirayuki's daughter can also make Nagato heal.." Inner Grandpa Hyogoro added.
