Ch. 271 — Forest Illusion Cakrawyuha VI
“Display, you say? Is there something wrong with your eyes?!” Gunter stared at Nagato's growled bellow.
Nagato moved slowly and began to aim for Gunter's two legs. The huge difference in their bodies made Nagato move agilely, but Gunter was no less agile either.
“You think I'm slow because I'm growing? You underestimated me too much!” Gunter swung his sword so quickly, while the other three hands punched Nagato.
The hollow ground and cracks in the ground made Nagato retreat backwards slowly. Gunter's successive attacks left him unable to move freely. The longer he was like he was being led to a dead end.
Nagato turned his head behind him and looked at the trees, then his eyes looked back at Gunter. His feet stomped before moving at high speed attacking Gunter. In his round in the air, Nagato held his sword upside down before releasing waves of burning flames in the air.
“Good. Nice attack.” Gunter resisted and launched an incessant attack.
Nagato accelerated the tempo of his attack. The clash of sword slashes coated with fire made Nagato increasingly enjoy the tension that approached him. A feeling he didn't know whether he was going to die or his opponent dying. The situation he was in now, made Nagato smile faintly as he exchanged attacks with Gunter.
“Why are you smiling?!” Gunter frowned and stared at Nagato. His sword slash he accelerated. The profound energy and aura that flowed on his sword blade made the Fire Sword emit a terrifying sword energy.
Nagato released his body aura and manipulated it into flames. Despite sensing the dangerous killing intent from Gunter, Nagato continued to move relentlessly and began to acquire his own attack pattern.
A flame slashed at Gunter's chest but still lacking in depth, Nagato clicked his tongue and re-launched the back-to-back attacks from his sword technique.
Nagato processed his breathing and accelerated his footsteps to attack Gunter from various directions. Despite having launched attacks from various directions, his deep and powerful sword slashes were still able to be repelled by Gunter.
Receiving consecutive attacks from Nagato of course Gunter countered him and started to release his body aura in large numbers. The attack from the Gunter was like a rampaging Vast Animal. The damage to the ground is severe. His glowing fist made the air around Gunter feel hot.
‘Heavenly Rainbow Breathing : Red Form!’ Nagato repelled the Gunter's sword slash and dodged the blows of his three hands at the same time.
In the full concentration he did, Nagato began to calm down and blend into the fight. Now he would rather attack than avoid. His sword slash began to change the direction of his swing.
“Linsatan Orange!”
Nagato unleashed a swift slash of his sword, seeing that Gunter could dodge it made Nagato launch his next attack. The slash after slash that was launched by him began to exchange attacks with Gunter.
The clash of fire whirls made Gunter retreat backwards, but Nagato moved at high speed forward while swinging his sword swiftly. The flames he passed by and landed sword slashes that formed streams of flames flowing through the air. Gunter's chest was slashed, Nagato stabbed him deeper and made Gunter grit his body left and right.
“Damn it! You stabbed me!” Gunter released a huge killing intent and an aura he manipulated into fire.
Nagato pulled out his sword and jumped backwards before returning to attack Gunter with his swordplay, “Your skin is hard, but I can still break through it!”
Nagato accelerated the tempo of his swordplay and began to re-exchange attacks with Gunter. It didn't take long for Gunter to heal his wounds, only Nagato could see that Gunter's pain was real. Screams and anger mixed with pain were clearly visible on Gunter's face.
“Whatever why, my whole senses are increasing. This power is not bad either. Apparently the creature turned out to be useful..” Naagto smiled faintly and continued to launch attacks on Gunter.
Nagato's change makes Gunter unleash his attacks brutally. The punch of his hand he aimed at any direction, while the slash of his sword only targeted Nagato.
His movements were so agile, in a single slash of his sword covered in smoldering flames, Nagato released a sword slash up close. A fire tiger moved at high speed in the air and attacked Gunter.
“You grossly underestimated the power of the Ancient Weapon! This Fire Sword can fight you easily!” Gunter counteracts Nagato's attack by using the same sword slash as Nagato.
The two fire tigers clashed in the air. The effects of the collision of the two slashes made a huge spark and an explosion accompanied by smoke. Both of them used the opportunity to attack secretly.
Nagato closed his eyes and felt the air of Gunter. Amidst the billowing smoke, Nagato and Gunter exchanged attacks. After the smoke began to slowly dissipate, Nagato took a deep breath and flicked his sword cutting off one of Gunter's hands.
Gunter's face was visibly wrathful as Nagato cut off his left hand. The pain that spread throughout his body made Gunter even more crazy to attack Nagato.
The attack from Gunter left Nagato stuck in a situation that required him to fight. But it did not last long, after Gunter launched twenty attacks, Nagato started to release his body aura and retaliated against the attacks.
The two exchanged attacks again, not until five minutes, Nagato again landed his sword slash on Gunter's chest. His swordplay started to be aggressive and fast.
Nagato condensed the flames on his sword blade and began to launch a streak of attacks before killing the Gunter with his sword slash which formed a circle of fire rounds.
“Sun Spin!” The slash of his sword made Gunter groan before his body collapsed to the ground.
Nagato took a deep breath and re-released his sword slash because Gunter had not died completely.
“I'll find them..” Nagato was about to leave, but was surprised to see the ceiling start to look like torn paper. Afterwards he was in the chaos-wracked capital of Daifuzen.
Nagato looked around. The human body was full of blood on the ground.
“Where are the three of them?” Nagato sat in and looked for the whereabouts of Hanabi, Iris and Litha.
Nagato could see clearly there was an attack other than in the capital Daifuzen. The night sky in the Kai Empire was bright red at night.
And somehow Nagato saw Yamata No Orochi who was fighting fiercely with Ushi Oni started to stop. The clouds in the sky split in two, an aura so great that Nagato's body shuddered. This feeling made him recall the figure of Kazan who snatched away his warm life.
“War? I think I came at the right time! After Jaya State, maybe I will conquer this Ezzo Continent!”
Lightning struck and clearly visible the shape of the Dragon's head that was flying behind the clouds and saw the battle that took place in the Capital of Daifuzen.
The calamity came when the form of the Red Dragon was clearly visible in the sky of the Capital of Daifuzen. His mouth that breathed out the fire signified a disaster that would destroy everything.
“Cow Devil? The eight-headed snake? How interesting! The world is a big place! Ezzo Continent has people who have the power of Holy Spirit!” The Red Dragon said in a voice that made the air hot.
“But, this Devil Cow..” The Red Dragon looks like it is swimming in the sky, while its head looks down at the Capital of Daifuzen from above the sky, “I've seen it!”
