Nagato Kagutsuchi: The Dawn
Ch. 8 - Leaving Fusha City
Before Azai, Kuina, Serlin and Nagato left the inn, the servants of the inn lined up they smiled at Nagato.
"Thank you, Young Master for visiting the Windmill Inn."
"May the Young Master always be given health."
Dozens of female servants smiled gently at Nagato there were even some of them slightly interested in Nagato's good looks .
Yet Nagato only smiled faintly and looked at the dozens of girls who greeted him with cold, unconcerned gazes.
When they got outside the inn, Grandpa Hyogoro was already waiting for them. Then Nagato greeted Grandpa Hyogoro followed by Azai, Kuina and Serlin.
"We're going to go to a forest in the shape of a circle where it's quite a distance away, so more we fill the food and breakfast supplies in the tavern." Hyogoro's grandfather invites them to go to a diner in the center of Fusha City.
"Young Master, wait a moment." the servants shouted they were still lined up in front of the inn, Nagato's presence made them slightly amazed at the boy, in addition to the handsome face, Nagato's eyes that looked so cold made the girls of the inn maid feel challenged to approach the five-year-old young man.
"Don't tell me, they're also interested in Nagato?" Serlin spoke up, the girl thought the servants were in love with Nagato, then she blocked one of the servants who ran towards Nagato.
"Wait, you stop there, I won't let you guys get close to Nagato!" The witch girl came back, Kuina walked towards Serlin and hit her head slowly.
"Stupid, remember your age strange witch! Aren't you ashamed of acting like that?" Kuina simply shook her head then she apologized to one of the female servants who was blocked by Serlin.
The waiter bowed slowly and smiled faintly then explained to them that he only wanted to give the provisions made by some servants to Nagato.
Nagato walked up to the maid and took the food from her hand.
"Thank you for bothering to make food for me." Nagato smiled faintly at the waiter, and received the food supplies given by him. The female servant reddened to see Nagato's smile.
"Heart on the journey of the Young Master, may salvation always accompany the Young Master!" the waiter bowed then waved his hand at Nagato.
Then Nagato walked with Grandpa Hyogoro and the others towards the diner. Nagato handed over his provisions to Serlin then the girl received the provisions and took them.
Hyogoro's grandfather smiled at Nagato's behavior which made some female servants interested in him for some reason he was curious about Nagato when the young boy was growing up.
The morning atmosphere in Fusha City looks so peaceful and calm, when they were about to enter the tavern at once appeared the person wearing all black clothes and on his sleeve there was a white cloth tied up and there was a crow symbol.
"Master and Miss, are you interested in buying a newspaper from the Crow Newspaper? The paperboy offered them a newspaper. Then Grandpa Hyogoro bought a newspaper for two silver coins, after which they just entered the tavern.
The place is still quiet not many visitors who come for breakfast at the downtown dining hall, Azai and Serlin ordered food and drinks while Grandpa Hyogoro sat down casually in the chair reading the newspaper he had just bought.
Hyogoro's grandfather who lived in the Ezzo Continent one of the World's Untouched Continents could only be grateful to still be able to see the latest news from the outside world by buying this newspaper.
"This man even though including the five rulers who belong to the world's greatest criminals but this group liberated several countries occupied by the Bahamut Empire, the Bahamut Empire, they were a group that dared to challenge one of the superpowers in this world, while this one group made a fuss in the Demon Queen's territory!" Grandpa Hyogoro muttered softly then enjoyed the coffee he just ordered.
The diner waiter came to bring food and drink, without alkalizing - they ate the food they had ordered, he said, Hyogoro's grandfather put the paper on the table and Nagato picked it up out of curiosity and read the paper.
Nagato was also amazed by the group that was on par with Kazan but the group looked like it was hostile towards the Bahamut Empire as they were only attacking the territory that the empire was colonizing, he said, in fact they openly challenge some countries in the world that have great influence in the Alliance of Nations.
"Nagato, eat that much we'll travel quite a distance." Kuina gave advice to Nagato, while eating herself reading the newspaper and opening the next sheet while reading the article in the newspaper she choked. Nagato read a newspaper article about Kazan, he was really surprised to see the fugitive posters of Kazan members who flattened out of them had a terrible power.
"The average of them has disaster-type strength even they intend to conduct a Holy Water trial to increase the number of his troops!" Nagato only smiled coldly before putting the newspaper on the table.
After finishing breakfast, Serlin was about to pay but Grandpa Hyogoro had already paid for their food, then they continued on their way to leave Fusha City. Nagato looked at Fusha City before he left the city.
The guards who saw Nagato's entourage only smiled and bowed in greeting then let them pass through the gates of Fusha City.
"We're going to travel quite a distance, I want to see if the four of you are able to catch up to me?!" Grandfather Hyogoro stroked his chin while looking at the four people in front of him.
Nagato only smiled faintly as he looked at the vast sky above him feeling a warm feeling approaching him.
Before leaving, Kuina gives Pandu's sword to Nagato, then the girl explains to Nagato about the mysterious person who gave her father's sword.
Nagato just smiled then put his father's sword in his head after which they ran after Grandpa Hyogoro who ran up to move his legs quickly. Although Grandpa Hyogoro's footsteps did not hear the sound of ground footing from his joints but Nagato could understand that Grandpa Hyogoro was not an arbitrary person.
Nagato also realized that the move was really gentle but also so fast, while Azai, the, Kuina and Serlin were just amazed to see Grandpa Hyogoro they could feel that the grandfather in front of him had extraordinary strength but somehow he hid it.
"Nagato, are you feeling tired?" Azai glanced at Nagato beside him as he slowed his footsteps.
They continued to run until they reached a forest, then they saw Grandpa Hyogoro jump into a tall tree he looked like he was staring at something from that place.
"The village?" Hyogoro's grandfather saw a village from a distance he intended to go to the village even though it was different from the place he was going, his premonition seemed to say something was happening in the village.
"Let's continue our journey!" Hyogoro's grandfather jumped then ran quickly, the four of them followed Grandpa Hyogoro from behind. Serlin also felt in front of them that there were some people with a strong enough murderous appetite, the girl felt a little understood by Grandpa Hyogoro's actions.
Hyogoro's grandfather stopped, he stared at the dozens of people in front of him, they were wearing sharp weapons like small knives and swords, there were some people hiding behind the trees using arrows.
"Grandfather, do you want to go to that village? I warned you not to go that way! If you still love your life!" A man who looked to be in his thirties carrying a sword approached Grandpa Hyogoro with a condescending smile.
Hyogoro's grandfather who felt that something was wrong he casually stepped forward but was held by the sword by the man who warned him.
"Grandfather, didn't I warn you!"
"Looks like we have to do our job!"
Dozens of people stood up to Grandpa Hyogoro, they all surrounded him, aware of him wanting to be killed by the group in front of him Grandpa Hyogoro just smiled thinly while stroking his chin.
A few people came forward swinging their swords towards Grandpa Hyogoro but they all fell down when Grandpa Hyogoro landed a heavy blow to their silences, the movement that was so fast and agile that every step of his movement was filled with art made the person who was about to attack him unable to keep up with Grandpa Hyogoro's speed.
" This grandfather is no ordinary person!"
"We killed him at the same time!"
"Clean." Serlin worked his breathing while chanting the magic spell the girl stared at the dozens of archers who were hiding.
"O ancestor of the sacred forest, the bearer of destiny, snow white as white as the mountains of the north, lend me the strength of the wind spirit, the voice of the north wind, the voice that brings storms, breathes and destroys, and, Destroy them all!"
"The Holy Wind Ring."
"The Holy Wind Arrows!"
Dozens of arrows appeared immediately above the person who was about to attack Grandpa Hyogoro and the archers who were hiding were hit by arrows on his body so they came out groaning in pain then Serlin came and used his magic to create a rain of arrows.
Grandfather Hyogoro stroked his chin with a faint smile he saw the magic game from Serlin.
"There's a witch!"
"Damn! Grandpa didn't come alone!"
They looked panicked, some people were about to escape but they were blocked by Kuina and Azai and in an instant the two who were blocking attacked them. Azai advanced and attacked them using his sword, Kuina also charged forward.
Those people were no match for the two of them, one of the people from the group saw the five-year-old young man watching them fight from the outskirts of the tree.
"I'll take you hostage!" A man shouted out loudly towards Nagato.
Nagato just smiled, then he held the sword that was still on his waist, when the person was about to catch it, Nagato was already behind the person, he touched the back of the person who attacked him, he touched the back of the person who attacked him, then he jumped up and hit her in the neck.
Hyogoro's grandfather was a little surprised, as well as the three of them, before long Hyogoro's grandfather examined the bodies of the people who attacked him, when he undressed one of the people who died from his crushing blow, he was surprised to see the wolf emblem on the person's body.
Serlin approached Grandpa Hyogoro and then listened to the explanation of the group of people he had just killed was the Black Wolf robber group.
"They are a group of robbers who attack small villages in the Kai Empire, this group is known as the Black Wolf, I don't know why the robbers of this group end - this end always kidnaps the villagers but the ones they kidnap are not village girls like robbers in general, this group only kidnaps men in all the villages in the Kai Empire!" Hyogoro's grandfather showed the emblem on the body of the person he was examining.
Kuina and Azai approached Grandpa Hyogoro to see the Black Wolf emblem.
The four of them sensed that this group of robbers was in a nearby village, so they rushed to the nearest village and Nagato just followed the four of them from behind.
Hyogoro's grandfather stepped up so quickly, he looked so very hasty because he did not want to be late to save the villagers.
"Grandfather Hyogoro, it seems like he's too hasty!" inward Azai then he helped accelerate his footsteps.
Nagato also accelerated his pace, followed by two girls who were beside him.
Nagato smiled as he wanted to see with his own eyes something that his father protected that was the entire Kai Empire.
