Ch. 38 - The Promise of a Little Finger And A Ring
The fourteenth day after the fight against the savage humans and one day after Nagato woke up from his long slumber.
"Nagato, you've been eating the sauce all the time, eating the others too, so you'll get well soon!" Litha scolded Nagato who ate spicy food.
"I'll heal faster if I eat something like this." nagato replied briefly after finishing the meal while pointing at the spicy carp pepes and fried chicken smeared with chili that had been eaten by him.
Litha turned her face away because Nagato would not listen to her words.
"Nagato." said Iris softly as he approached the young man.
"Yes." Yeah." Nagato could guess what the little girl wanted to talk about.
"Why did you save me then?" Iris stared intently at Nagato, the glare of his eyes as if waiting for a definite answer.
"heeh? I thought he wanted to thank me." Nagato's mind narrowed as he looked at Iris.
"That's .. because my body moves on its own." Nagato scratched his non-itchy head with his healthy right hand.
"It was also my fault, after all, for not making a proper plan, that put you in danger." Nagato tried to give an answer that could satisfy Iris.

Seeing that Iris smiled slightly as she saw Nagato's behavior, Litha and the others laughed because Nagato looked adorable to them.

When they were busy chatting arrived - there was a sound of people knocking on the door of Nagato's room.

Hika and Tika step towards the door to open it, after which Kuina is seen standing in front of Nagato's room door.
Then the twin little girls invited Kuina to enter Nagato's room.
"Please take a sis" said Hika and Tika simultaneously.
"Sister Kuina?" Litha with Chiaki and Chaika approached Kuina, but Kuina ignored them and immediately stepped closer to Nagato's bed.
"No ... Kuina's angry, damn I'm in danger!" inner Nagato while looking for the reason why he was injured quite badly.

Nagato felt a warmth in his finger as the ring hole entered slowly into his finger and coiled around Nagato's ring finger.

Nagato held his father's ring and put it close to his mother's ring, which was wrapped around his hand.

Kuina smiled at Nagato, after which Kuina looked at the face of Iris who was beside her.

Not long after Nagato promised Kuina not to eat spicy food for three months, there was a knock on her bedroom door.

There were sounds of people outside Nagato's bedroom door.

After that the young man who came with Moyashi greeted Nagato and introduced himself.

Nagato let out a long sigh, everyone who saw Nagato was confused.
"Your name is Ninjin, isn't it?" Nagato looked at Ninjin.
"Y-Yes." Ninjin became nervous after seeing Nagato who was silent for quite a while even Nagato hit himself.
"I'll remember your name, we'll meet someday." Nagato smiled at Ninjin as he clenched his hand at Ninjin.
Ninjin was proud to see Nagato, and he became quite confident because Nagato looked like he was acknowledging himself.
After a long chat, Moyashi and Ninjin decided to go home.
"Ninjin, huh." muttered Nagato softly who looked at Ninjin's back who was getting away from his room.
Litha saw Nagato who to her looked cool, the little girl also wanted to help Nagato if the young man was in danger.
"I will also train after I get to Grandpa Hyogoro's place!" inner Litha, the little girl made up her resolve to learn martial arts and inflate her potential.
