Nagato Kagutsuchi: The Dawn
Ch. 283 — Desperation III
“You two won't be able to beat me!” Ignist released his aura. Instantly his right hand was filled with flames before the lava started falling back down.
“Mati!” His punch pierced through Shin and Mujin's stomach. It didn't take long for Ignist to kill the two. But there was one thing that made him want to continue this massacre from remembering Emi's and others' smiles.
Their near-death smile makes Ignist feel defeated if he does not kill everyone in the Daifuzen Capital.
Ignist moved at high speed and attacked Iris who was holding Shirayuki's hand. But Hana held Ignist's hand with her shawl.
“Why are you looking for someone we don't know?!” Hana plays her shawl and slams Ignist's body.
“I don't have the right to answer your question!” Ignist saw Hana who seemed to protect Iris and Hanabi so he moved to attack Hanabi who was lying with a deathly pale face.
The lacing of his hand hit Hanabi's stomach. Seeing that, Iris, Nagato, Litha, Hika and Tika immediately shouted and attacked Ignist.
“You won't be able to fight me, boy!” Ignist threw out all five of them in one swing of his hand.
Shirayuki tries to get back on her feet and rescue Hanabi who is being chased back by Ignist. Meanwhile, Hana binds Ignist's body with her shawl.
“What poison did you give my son?!” Hana screamed hysterically because Ignist really did not hesitate to kill his son.
“Entahlah. I just hit him. But the poison will kill him just like when I tortured thousands of people surnamed Kagutsuchi.” Ignist hardened his body. When she felt Hana's scarf was getting more and more constricted. Ignist smiled cynically and changed his form into a Red Dragon.
“I'll bake you all!” The form of the Ignist Red Dragon seemed to be filled with wounds. The sword stab of Emi and the others was clearly plastered on his body.
His mouth opened and spouted flames towards Nagato and the others. The fire grew for a moment, before long it slowly began to shrink. Ignist flew higher to observe the surroundings.
“You're quick to go from here!” Hound stared towards Nagato and the others. Both of his palms were full of burns.
The Hound absorbed a burst of flames from Ignist's mouth that transformed its form into a Red Dragon. The deep wounds from that monstrous power were truly felt. Hound is not a strong man like his father, brother and sister. But one thing now that Hound wants to do is take Nagato away and cure the young man's heart disease in order to fulfill Uzui's wish.
“Sial! I almost died! Good thing I can absorb this fire!” The hound vomited blood before staggering. Of course the flames from Ignist's bursts were different from ordinary flames. His body felt burning even though he himself was a user of Element Type Holy Water: Fire.
“Luka in this..” Hound felt his entire body crumble. Then he shouted as he endured the pain that was crawling all over his body.
“You why always save us?!” Nagato asked Hound who was groaning in pain.
Hound smiled, “No special reason. Don't waste my sacrifice! Quick go!” Hound yelling. He was aware of the fire he was absorbing causing deep wounds on his body.
But Hound smiled and did not regret it in the least. Although his lifespan might not be long as his body was unable to withstand the flames he had absorbed from the Red Dragon, but Hound felt that this was the best.
Hana and Shirayuki looked at each other before running towards the deserted southern part. Oichi, Iris, Hika, Tika and Nagato ran after Hana and Shirayuki. Litha approached the Hound first.
“Are you okay? Thank you for saving us. I'll help you..” Litha looked at Hound who was grimacing in pain.
“I'm fine, sweet little girl.” Hound touched Litha's hair and smiled kindly.
Litha held Hound's hand and cried. Hound's face was shocked to see the young girl hiding her fear. Litha was so fragile at this time.
“If I can't run from death... Can I beg you for one thing. Please save Brother Soren..” Litha cried, then immediately wiped her tears.
“Sorens? Who is he?” Hound raised his eyebrows staring at Litha.
“You are very kind. Let's go after them." Hound pulls Litha's hand and chases Shirayuki.
Nagato and Iris looked back and slowed their footsteps as they saw Hound and Litha holding hands.
Ignist from above saw Shirayuki and the others still alive. So he spouted fire on them.
“Still alive? Did he stop my attack?!” Ignist narrowed his eyes and looked at Hound. Then its mouth opened forming a huge ball of lava.
Shirayuki realized Ignist was going to attack them so she immediately shouted at Nagato and the others to split up.
“Spread! Think of a way to survive!” Shirayuki pulls Oichi's hand, while Hana carries Hanabi's body.
Nagato, Iris and Litha ran in opposite directions. The Hound felt the danger of the attack. The Hound was intent on holding it back or absorbing it but its body could not possibly accept that burst of lava.
“Hika! Tika's! Don't stop running!” Ichiba yells at his two children.
The lava blast blew up the land of the capital Daifuzen which was the target of his attack. Ignist flew higher and descended slowly down closer to Black Rhino and Karakurt.
“Black Rhino! Karakurts! Have you guys cleaned up the guys down there?!” Ignist's mouth opened in his Red Dragon form.
“Mr Ignist! Karakurt is torturing a general from a land called Kai! Take it easy we will clean them up!” Black Rhino answered, while Karakurt continued to release sulfur gas fumes.
“But I didn't expect that woman to come back here! I vaguely sensed such a huge Tenkai. I think he'll head straight to this place!” Ignist was aware that his gripping body aura and his murderous lust could Ophys feel from a distance.
Raido who was torturing the military soldiers of the Rakuza Empire was shocked to hear Ignist's words.
‘Interesting! If he were to fight against the Ophys, then this would be an opportunity to cripple one of the four Commander-in-Chief of the Four Corners!’ Raido laughed. Then he saw Nagato, Iris and Litha fleeing towards the west.
“That boy!” Raido smiled widely before using his lightning power and moving at high speed.
It was as if Ignist had again changed his form to that of a human and stood beside Black Rhino.
“This city becomes a bloody river. It's an amazing sight. Are they all unaware of the existence of silat warriors from Jaya?” Ignist asked Black Rhino who was in the form of a Black Rhino.
“Nobody knows it. Prabu Family and Silat warriors from the Continent of Raya and Jaya Country. Even they only know of the Kagutsuchi Clan that has perished in our hands. Our task is complete, Mr. Ignist.” Black Rhino smiled faintly and looked at Ignist's injured body.
“You are indeed the strongest. If only Mr. Ignist had not flown over the ocean in the form of a Dragon for days. Maybe in one tantrum, they will all die.” Black Rhino added, laughing loosely.
“What do you mean?! Do you think I'm weak?!” Ignist stared coldly at Black Rhino.
“No, just how about that group?” Black Rhino offended the Ophys who came with the Flying Whale.
Ignist was well aware that the Flying Whales, the headquarters of the Ophys, were the group residence of the Demon Queen. If Ophys came with two of its members like he used to, then he was happy to serve them. But the condition of Ignist's body was not possible, there was even a possibility of Ophys carrying more than two of its members.
Ignist only hoped that Ophys would bring two of his members. If it was more, then it would be a disadvantage since his current strength was completely reduced drastically after flying for days through the ocean in his Red Dragon form, of course Ignist was not in his fulfilled condition.
“Kill as many as possible! Are you afraid of them?!” Ignist stared coldly at Black Rhino who was laughing after hearing his words.
“As you command. I will kill as many of these as possible!” Blakc Rhino unleashed a killing spree in the form of the Black Rhino.
