Ch. 142 - I'm Grateful to Know You
Two days after Grandpa Hyogoro's departure left Samui Island. Quiet days full of peace benae - really felt on Samui Island. Nagato was lying down and enjoying his sunny morning in the Moon Snow Dormitory.

"Sorry. Iris you better get out first. I want to take my shirt off." said Nagato, touching the buttons of his white rose-patterned nightshirt.
Iris flushed her face and clenched her teeth looking at Nagato full of annoyance, not how long she waited for Nagato outside the room.
Moon Snow Dormitory provides a bathroom in the room, the weather on Samui Island is always winter in the middle of Samui Island. Meanwhile on the outskirts of Samui Island the weather was so hot, the strangeness that happened was very similar to the Cakrawyuha Forest, so Nagato and Litha were adaptable.
Yesterday when Nagato and Iris were sitting together, Nagato invited Iris to train together just by herself. Nagato returned Iris' hand and continued to step away from the Moon Snow Dormitory. They both pass the path which on the left and right side is seen a Fir Tree along the path. Iris takes Nagato through a shallow river, before continuing her journey, Iris deliberately shows the beauty of Samui Island to Nagato.
Iris has its own training ground in the deepest part of Samui Island. The place there is a small lake, in the middle of the small lake there is a stretch of land that stretches wide enough.
Arriving at Iris's favorite spot, Nagato's eyes widened in awe as Iris took her to a place that never crossed her mind.
"Did you always practice here alone?" nagato asked Iris curiously.
Iris nodded and smiled looking at Nagato who looked pleased, then Iris pulled back Nagato's hand carrying him to the small boat.
Nagato and Iris boarded the boat, Nagato as the men preferred to paddle the boat and let go of Iris' handgrip. After the two of them sat next to each other, Nagato's heartbeat was irregular. Nagato leaned his back against Iris.
Iris's face was flushed and her heart rate was racing faster, never did she expect that she would fall in love with Nagato this deep. The warm touch of Nagato's back made him lean his back and head against Nagato's back.
"When nightfall this place will be filled with fireflies" said Iris, leaning her head against Nagato's back.
The sensation of the touch of Iris' long hair made Nagato feel comfortable, his hands continued to paddle the boat slowly but surely.
"Tonight meet me here, Dragon." Iris smiled and her hand touched Nagato's back, "There's something I want to tell you" Iris added as she buried her face in Nagato's back.
"Alright" answered Nagato briefly as he continued to paddle the boat.
Iris smiled happily at Nagato's reply. His heart felt very comfortable being near Nagato.
For the past few months after Shirayuki told Iris about Nagato who will be living on Samui Island. Since then, Iris has always practiced baking because she wants to hear Nagato's praise of her cake.
After arriving at the vast expanse of land in the middle of the small lake, Nagato and Iris got off the boat while looking around.
"Are you able to use Tenkai?" Iris asked Nagato with her two beautiful eyeballs staring at Nagato meaningfully.
Nagato smiled faintly and drew closer to Iris. Slowly Nagato let out his inner strength and aura simultaneously, Nagato's Tenkai range spread out and felt so gripping in Iris' body.
"This dark aura?" inner Iris was surprised when she felt Nagato's aura that was so dark despite being golden. Iris's eyes could see Nagato's personality was two, either the real one but Nagato before her was Nagato whom she loved.
"Dragon!" yelling Iris at the cynical smiling Nagato staring at him, Nagato's body froze as Iris was not strong enough to hold back Nagato's Tenkai.
"I want to see your progress?" nagato whispered in Iris's ear with a faint smile looking at Iris wearing a pink rose hairpin, "You are the first woman who is able to look at me with a cold gaze, and it makes me even more interested in you." Nagato added.
Iris blushed her face because Nagato's face was so close to his. His eyes could see Nagato's cheeks, ears and hair which made his heart beat faster.
"Dragon, I'm interested in you too. Honestly, I've loved you so much ever since!" Iris touched Nagato's chest wrapped in her black jacket.
"Naga ..." Iris muttered as Nagato's hand touched her eyes as she was about to turn to look at Nagato.
"Hmm." Nagato blushed his face because now he did not know what to behave like.
Iris also only realized that she had told Nagato her feelings without him noticing. Iris walked slowly a step away from Nagato.
"I'm grateful that you took me for a walk, not .. I'm grateful to meet you." said Iris innocently and her hands touched her white robe.
"Stop, stupid!" Nagato lowered his face. Iris's words again - again made Nagato want to say his feelings to Iris, "You embarrassed me to know." Nagato added.
"Why? I serious? Don't you love me?." Iris raised her eyebrows and looked at Nagato deeply.
"Dragon. I've never behaved like this in front of anyone else, other than you and my mother," Iris looked at Nagato with a glassy look, "Even I've never looked spoiled in front of Hika and Tika." Iris added in a sad voice as Nagato looked like he was rejecting her feelings.
Nagato touched Iris's shoulder and buried Iris's face into her chest, today Nagato wants to express his feelings for Iris.
"In contrast, Iris, I thank you, I'm actually very grateful to be able to get to know you." said Nagato with his right hand stroking Iris' fine hair with tenderness.
Seeing Nagato touching her hair, Iris's hands reflexively hugged Nagato's body and smiled happily trying to see Nagato's facial features.
"Dragon.." murmured Iris softly shed tears of happiness.
"Why are you crying?" Nagato took off Iris' embrace and wiped away the tears of the girl he loved.
"No. I'm not crying." Iris puffed her cheeks and looked at Nagato deeply.
Nagato was aware that now, the warmth he had with Iris was very different from Litha or the other girls. Iris's figure really made Nagato's heart cool, the grudge that controlled his heart slowly melted away.
"Iris. If I disappear one day, do you still love me?" Nagato looked at the sky and his eyes looked sad in Iris's eyes, "Did you still love me when the whole world hated me?" Nagato looked at Iris and this time his gaze looked so solemn.
"Dragon, I will still love you even if the whole world hates you." replied Iris staring back at Nagato with curiosity.
Nagato smiled faintly and stepped closer to Iris. After the two side by side, Nagato stopped and muttered softly in Iris' ear.
"When I fall and lose my way, help me. I was so afraid of being alone." Nagato muttered softly before stepping his legs back.
Iris pulled Nagato's hand and grasped it tightly.
"This is my promise." Iris hooked her little finger on Nagato's little finger.
"I will make you believe me, until you can tell me all the grievances of your life, Dragon!" Iris smiled softly at Nagato.
At that time Nagato was aware of what his own mother said, Sarah. When someone falls in love, the whole world feels so beautiful and changing. Nagato stroked Iris' hair and invited her back home to the Moon Snow Dormitory.
