Ch. 125 - Bisma
Since the unexpected encounter with Bisma made Nagato want to ask the middle-aged man something.
Bhishma saw Nagato and Asha who were going to fight. Something that made Bisma surprised was how Nagato concentrated, in his eyes it seemed that Nagato had the potential to unlock three absolute powers.
"What caused this child to grow up this fast but I saw that there was a disease in the body of the child named Nagato.." Inner Bhishma looked at Nagato sharply.
Bhishma is interested in making Nagato his grandson. The organization created by Bhishma is called the Brahmastra Organization. Bhishma has a very large number of members even more than the members of the Disaster Organization.
Bisma recruits underage orphans to become her grandchildren, Bisma does not consider her members as her subordinates but rather a favorite grandson. Bisma has lost her only favorite grandson to be killed by the military of the Bahamut Empire. People born in the colonies have no future but to survive by making a group to face this harsh and cruel world.
The number of members of the Brahmastra Organization amounted to one hundred thousand people and each led by seven captains, recently Bhishma recruited tiger humans to be the eighth captain while Bisma became the leader. Bhishma gathered all the orphaned young people around the world and made them all his grandchildren. Bhishma's greatest dream is to create a country without discrimination.
Bhishma watched Nagato and Asha who were fighting from the seat he made with stones. Asha always challenges Nagato to a fight and he never wins even from Nagato.
"Grandpa Bhishma... are these flying lions numerous in the outside world?" litha asked Bisma while looking at the wounded flying lion.
"There are not many. animals like this are only found on the Island of Turtle - Giant Turtle." replied Bhishma while explaining to Litha about the outside world.
Bhishma was frank if the outside world was a vast and beautiful place but not all of it as Litha imagined, because many countries were colonized and wars were always in place.
"Grandfather let me come with you. I want to go on an adventure with Grandpa Bhishma." said Litha expectantly.
Nagato struck Asha with a bang right in his stomach after hearing Litha's words.
"Litha, we have to wait for Grandpa Hyogoro." said Nagato with a gasping breath.
"Don't act at will." Nagato added.
Litha smiled looking at Nagato then she walked over to the injured flying lion.
"Nagato, I've decided. I will leave the Ezzo Continent right when I'm 17" Litha said, glancing at Nagato.
Nagato smiled faintly at Litha's words then he stared intently at Bhishma.
"Old grandfather, I challenge you to a fight. You're a criminal just like him! I want to fight you to measure the extent of my abilities!" Nagato approached Bisma while looking at Bisma with a sharp gaze.
Bhishma laughed at Nagato's words and he could see that Nagato had a tremendous grudge against someone.
"Your name is Nagato, isn't it?" bisma asked Nagato.
Nagato nodded slowly while holding his well-groomed sword at his waist. Seeing that, Litha and Asha gulped as Nagato let out an extremely gripping aura of intimidation.
"Be my granddaughter and I will take you on an adventure around the world as a criminal under the name of my organization" Bisma reached out to Nagato.
Nagato's eyes widened because Bisma was very similar to Grandpa Hyogoro's in his eyes.
Nagato did not answer Bhishma's question and manipulated his aura into a wall of fire even though it seemed that his aura was not perfect. Bisma smiled looking at Nagato's technique while closing her eyes she tried to feel the air of Nagato's life.
Litha and Asha were surprised because Nagato was already getting more adept at manipulating his body aura even though it was not perfect yet. Nagato swung his sword quickly slashing at Bhishma's body.
Nagato clucked irritably at Bisma who closed his eyes while avoiding every slash of his sword.
"Round of Fire Needles."
Nagato twisted his body and created a dense flame needle that flew towards Bhishma. Attack after attack by Nagato nothing hit Bhishma.
Nagato smiled faintly looking at Bhishma who had strength far above him. Nagato used all his nurses and there was nothing about Bhishma's body.
"Nagato, you are too precious to live on the Ezzo Continent. Come with me and look at the outside world." Bisma asked with a big smile extending her hand to Nagato.
Litha and Asha shuddered at Nagato. Nagato's words made Asha speechless she could see if Nagato had a grudge and a past unknown to him.
"Kazan?" inner Bhishma frowned after hearing Nagato's words.
"Don't take Nagato's revenge, I told you it's too early to die" Bisma stared intently at Nagato.
Bhishma's sharp gaze made the blazing flames around Nagato extinguish in an instant.
Nagato was speechless and broke out in cold sweat looking at Bhishma's gaze. From this fight Nagato realized that he was nothing to Kazan.
Nagato let out a long sigh before sheathing his sword. Bhishma made a bow with his aura and shot an arrow filled with energy in the direction of Nagato.
Nagato grimaced in pain after being hit by Bhishma's arrow. The bows and arrows that Bhishma created do not have a form but are very painful if exposed to the human body.
"Damn!" sumpat Nagato was in his heart as his body lay on the ground.
Bhishma approached Nagato and laughed softly at Nagato who kept looking at him despite having no energy.
"I'll teach you a little trick to fight the holy water user." said Bisma holding Nagato's hand and throwing him towards the tree.
Nagato immediately leaned against the tree while grimacing in pain because he no longer had the energy.
"What is the difference so far." Nagato muttered sadly.
Asha laughed looking at Nagato's glazed-glass eyes while Litha only let out a long sigh while shaking her head.
Bisma is increasingly attracted to Nagato because she can see the look in Nagato's eyes that so despise defeat.
"If you are 17 years old, come to a country on Aksara Island." said Bisma gave a common thread to Nagato, Litha and Asha.
"This is what Grandpa is?" ask Litha and Asha simultaneously.
Nagato held the red thread while holding his stomach which was painful due to the attack of Bhishma.
"This is a thread that will make the four of us meet again. You just need to put your energy in this thread, then the red thread will lead you to where I am." Bhishma explained to Nagato, Litha and Asha.
Bisma became eager to settle in the Ezzo Continent longer before returning to Aksara Island. One thing Bhishma wants to do is train Nagato who has the potential to become a king.
"Bism Grandpa, teach me the skill earlier. Grandfather can defeat Kak Nagato just by staring at him." said Asha excitedly while staring at Bisma.
Nagato clucked annoyed at Asha's words then he picked up a stone and threw it towards Asha.
"Not to be.." taunted Asha while taking refuge behind Bhishma.
Nagato was about to stand up but his body fell to the ground, seeing that Bhishma, Litha and Asha laughed.
"I will settle down a few days before leaving, from tomorrow you can train under my guidance" Bisma said as she sat on a rock.
Bhishma explained to Nagato, Litha and Asha about the usefulness of red thread.
Red thread is a special thread that is white but after being given blood by the owner, the yarn will turn red. Red thread is useful to know the condition of the owner of the red yarn and its condition and existence. The owner must tie a red thread on his index finger so that the person given a piece of red thread can know his condition and his whereabouts.
Slowly late in the afternoon, Nagato and Litha intend to spend the night with Bhishma. Seconds by seconds kept turning and felt like a fleeting moment. Asha is grateful for meeting with Bisma, Nagato and Litha even she is allowed to stay at Dorobo's house.
Before the darkening day, Bisma invites Asha to hunt while she lets Litha treat Nagato's wounds.
