Ch. 284 — Wrenching! A Painful Farewell!

Hawk, Tsumasaki and Budou have been spared from inhaling toxic gases from sulfur gas. It appears Karakurt pierced the stomachs of Kai Empire military soldiers and cut off their legs or hands.

“The three of you are Imperial General Kai. I will torture you before killing you three with this sword of yours.” Karakurt smiled cynically looking at Budou.

“Stop this crazy act of yours... No one in the country knows the silat swordsman you're talking about... Even if you ask people from Rakuza and Kinai. They will give the same answer..”.

Budou with a crucified body stared intently at the cynical smiling Karakurt. He did not blink his eyes in the slightest when Karakurt cut off his legs.

“I just need to kill you. There is no other reason. All those who are related to people surnamed Kagutsuchi or Prabu must die!” Karakurt cuts off Budou's right hand.

A wide smile adorned Budou's face even though his entire body was in pain. But right now he had no time to complain or grimace in pain.

“I hope someone will avenge this heinous act of yours!” Budou shouted and smiled in satisfaction before exhaling his last breath.

“Against us? No kidding! The military power of the Bahamut Empire was the strongest in this world! You will not understand how terrifying the outside world is!” Karakurt threw away the sword he used to kill Budou. Karakurt took the other sword. So many swords were scattered on the ground, that Karakurt could pick them up easily. Without resistance from people who have run out of blood or die because they cannot withstand the pain.

“Although I die, I will never forget that face of yours. The fire will never go out even if you try to put it out. All the people from the Kai Empire who died here or who fought here were real Kai people! You will get a reply from your actions!” Tsumasaki shook his crucified hand.

Karakurt smiled at Tsumasaki's words. “That reason is enough for me to kill you!” Karakurt quickly swung his sword at Tsumasaki's two hands.

Karakurt seemed to enjoy tormenting Tsumasaki's body. Tsumasaki died after being stabbed in the heart.

“Oi, Karakurt! Looks like we got a problem!” The surprised voice of Black Rhino sounded.

Karakurt turned to look at Black Rhino who was smiling widely. Then he looked at Ignist who was in the southern city, where he had tortured warriors from the Kai Empire.

Not long after Karakurt's body trembled violently. His eyes looked up. “Hah? Impossible!”

On the other hand Raido who was moving at high speed instantly attacked Nagato abruptly. His hand opens. A purple ball of lightning he aimed at Nagato's stomach.

Nagato's mouth spewed out fresh blood. Luckily Litha coated Nagato's entire body with an aura.

‘If I use magic power more than this. I'm afraid I'm gonna lose my memory. But I'm even more afraid of losing you both, Nagato, Iris.’ Litha was deep in her heart and manipulated the mana around her.

“Good. It seemed like that little girl who had supporting magic power. I'll kill him!” Raido formed a sword and directly pierced Litha's stomach. But something surprising happened because Iris held the lightning sword and protected Litha.

‘I've always been protected by Litha and the Dragon. They are both very valuable people in my life. I don't want to lose anyone again!’ Iris shouted in her heart.

Raido is touched to see the struggle of the three young people who protect each other. He quickly drew his sword and held back Nagato's hand blow.

“How dare you touch them!” Nagato launched a blow at Raido. But in just one lightning strike Raido, Nagato's body crashed backwards.

“Your strength still can't kill me!” Raido said with emotion staring at Nagato who did not extinguish the slightest bit of anger in his eyes.

Raido kicked Iris' body. Then he wanted to kill Litha. But the thing he planned was to see Nagato's actions. Right now Raido thinks that Nagato will protect Litha just as Iris is protecting Litha.

Justright. Nagato was completely unafraid and protected Litha with all his soul and body. Raido laughed quite loudly as his lightning sword pierced through Nagato's stomach.

“Interesting! Your friendship is so exciting! There is no such thing as trust in the world! There are only mutual use!” Raido slashed Nagato's chest to the brim with blood.

“Sonren's sister!” Litha stood up and pushed Nagato's body as Raido intended to kill Nagato with a slash of his sword.

Nagato and Iris' eyes glared when they saw Raido's sword piercing the front of Litha's body. Right on his old scar as the sweet girl was pierced by a sword by an intruder that infiltrated the Cakrawyuha Forest.

“Death to the full of suffering!” Raido smiled grinning yet he felt a gripping aura. Then he looked up at the sky. Eyes widened.

“So she came..” Raido just left Nagato, Iris and Litha lying on the ground.

“Litha!” Nagato held onto Litha's body and hugged her.

“Litha, survive..” Iris held Litha's hand.

“I'll stop bleeding you both..” Litha used healing magic on Nagato and Iris. The bleeding both stopped, but not with him.

Litha spewed out a large amount of fresh blood. The sweet girl coughed long. Slowly his eyes blurred and his memory was muddled.

”Sister Soren! Iris! I love you guys! I don't want to lose my memory! I'm scared!” No one is aware. Nagato and Iris do not realize that Litha has used the forbidden power of her magical abilities in exchange for losing her memory.

A right-hand man from Gore named Wrath holds a sword shaped like a needle in his right hand.

“Mati!” Wrath was about to stab Iris. But Nagato held the sword.

“Do not touch them!” Nagato smacked Wrath in the face.

“Still able to move with such a wound? Aren't you afraid of losing your power? Ironically, it's useless for you to live if your power is sealed because you're forcing it too much!” Wrath stared intently at the blood-soaked Nagato. The white kimono Nagato wore turned completely blood red.

“I don't mind losing my powers if I stay alive with them both.” Nagato tried to release his body aura but not a single aura came out.

Wrath grinned and slashed his sword at Nagato. He pierced through the scar of the sword stab in Nagato's stomach.

“What will happen if Fuyumi Iris loses her memory?” Wrath drew his sword then swung his sword swiftly from top to bottom.

“Rare Type Ancient Weapon : Memory Removal Sword..” Wrath smiled grinning as he saw Iris crumble to the ground. “That's my gun! All your life will suffer, Kagutsuchi Nagato! But take it easy, I will also make you lose your memory. Because this is an order from him!”

“Sister Soren! Don't use that power! Your age will decrease and your heart disease.” Litha cried to see Nagato despression when she saw Iris lying on the ground.

Nagato shed his tears. Before long the shadow of the Death God Spirit, Shinigami, appeared behind Nagato.

“Hey, insect! This boy's age won't last long! But he is my container! You touched it the same way you dealt with me!” The Spirit of the God of Death, Shinigami, spoke to Wrath.

Nagato's eyes widened to see Litha kissing him. Slowly Litha's body fell into Nagato's arms.

“I can finally calm you down. Brother Soren, from now on I want to call you Brother Soren Litha and Nagato fell.

Nagato felt Litha's body so hot. “Litha, I'm sorry.”.

“Iris, please take care of Nagato. He's a careless man. At least I want to see you two get married when you grow up..” Tears soaked Litha's face. Suddenly his head felt like it was breaking. Litha endured her pain and shed tears.

Soon Litha's eyes closed after saying that.

‘Please God don't take my memory. I don't want to lose memories of being with them!’ Litha tried to speak but her body felt so weak.

“Litha..., answer! Please don't go!” Nagato shook Litha's body. But the sweet girl did not answer his words.

“Litha..” Iris widened her eyes and hugged Litha's body. The beautiful girl cried so much that she was mentally shaky and in shock.

Nagato looked at Wrath who was keeping his distance from him. “Kub kill you!”

Hound stared intently at Wrath who had escaped. ‘Ophys is after Kagutsuchi Nagato. Why should he endure this suffering!’ Hound stood beside Nagato and looked at Litha and Iris lying on the street with a body cuddling.

“Kagutsuchi Nagato! Follow me! I am the Hound. Three Star Hero from Hero!” Hound spoke to Nagato who was staring at Litha and Iris.

“Ophys. I don't know for what reason, but I think you should come with me. I'll help you.” Hound added.

Nagato ignored the words of Hound. The extreme sadness in making Nagato shed his tears. He could see Iris had forgotten about him and Litha had left him.

‘I will never accept any of this! The place I grew up and lived all this time was hell!’ Nagato clenched both his hands.

Nagato kissed Litha on the forehead and hugged her body, as well as Iris. Now his mentality had completely been shattered. She cried and screamed until she was mentally devastated by not accepting the reality.

“Danger! This kid!” Hound realized Nagato's mentality was broken. Of course the life of the young man will be lost if he does not have the desire to live.

But something surprising happened. Nagato who had fainted was wrapped in a blue-colored aura enveloping Nagato's body.

Hound turned to look at Litha and checked Litha's pulse. “Cannot be! This sweet little girl..” Hound did not feel Litha's pulse even his breath.

“I swear I will cure Nagato's disease despite my life instead. I'll take care of your brother.” Hound smiled and shed her tears. Then he carried Nagato's body.

The Hound instantly suppressed its entire aura and moved at high speed leaving the Daifuzen Capital as it saw Ophys and Ignist facing each other.

Hound thought the Ophys would kill Nagato so he chose to go far away from the Capital of Daifuzen. Of course he would not return to the Azbec Magic Kingdom. Right now he was going to look for the Rare Type Holy Water: The Phoenix Tear Healer Type that the Disaster Organization was looking for to cure Nagato.

“Stay alive, Nagato..” Hound barely felt Nagato's pulse. His heart rate is so weak.
