Ch. 281 — Shirayuki vs Raido
Shirayuki felt a different strength from her body. Compared to the aura, a mana belonging to Litha felt more flowing throughout his body. The attack after attack that he had instigated to Raido was still unable to injure the man of the Element Type Holy Water user: The lightning.
The murderous lust of the two was so gripping. Shirayuki continues to launch attacks trying to cut off Raido's head. Yet he was aware that his current strength was far below Raido's.
“If I'm in full condition. Maybe I can use the power of the Tenkai Conqueror!” Shirayuki formed hundreds of spears that floated in the air, then she aimed at the hundreds of ice spears to kill Raido.
Raido's body disappeared at a high speed. Lightning struck the surrounding land. Shirayuki and Raido exchange attacks, but Raido deliberately does not use his full power due to being stunned by Shirayuki's beauty.
“I'm interested in making you my queen. But you will definitely reject me..” Even Shirayuki had not replied or given an answer, Raido laughed and immediately kept his distance from Shirayuki.
“Smart also you apparently!” Shirayuki cynically replied as she continued to launch attacks on Raido.
Shirayuki attacked with her palms, trying to find Raido's weak spot but was unable to injure or scratch Raido's body.
The sword slash that floated in the air was also unable to kill Raido. Finally Shirayuki could feel a distant difference between the two. The first time in his life he met a user of Holy Water.
“You are very adept at controlling aura. Your strength is very useful for reaching my ambitions. Are you interested in working with me?” Raido let his head be cut off by Shirayuki.
A flash of lightning began to reshape Raido's face. Shirayuki's attack is ineffective against Raido. Strong defense and speed are possessed by Raido. Like there was no gap to injure or even kill the burly man.
‘His head? No wonder he died at the hands of a stranger!’ Shirayuki was deep in her heart remembering Pandu. Now his gaze is enlightened. The world is a big place. So many unsolved mysteries.
Shirayuki thought that the Ezzo Continent was only a small part of a vast part of the world. Perhaps outsiders consider the Ezzo Continent to be a new continent. But the people of the Ezzo Continent were also curious about the outside world.
“Out there are still plenty of monster humans stronger than me. You're too stubborn for daring to fight me.” Raido smiled with a grin as his head returned intact.
Shirayuki froze Raido's body quickly. The palm of his right hand opened and created an ice sword. In a single slash of his sword, Shirayuki cut Raido's frozen body into two pieces.
Shirayuki squeezes her hand and destroys Raido's body, but the chunks of ice are shattered again. Raido's body glowed and re-integrated.
“Women like this are what interest me. What a strong woman.” Raido rang his neck and moved at high speed attacking Shirayuki.
Raido's speed made Shirayuki think that the man was splitting himself into pieces, because at a glance he saw the shadow of Raido forming and then disappearing.
“Speed is a deadly weapon!” Raido was in front of Shirayuki and unleashed a powerful hand blow.
Shirayuki formed a protector quickly, then she held Raido's fist as a hand coated with lightning pierced through her defensive wall.
In one breath, Raido moved again at high speed and was behind Shirayuki while kicking her back.
Shirayuki is unable to keep up with Raido's speed. He wants as much time as possible. As much as Shirayuki's energy back up straight and continued to launch attacks on Raido.
The gusts of his mouth froze the air of even the buildings around him, but not with Raido constantly replying to his attacks.
“Your breath is so fragrant. You look like you deliberately teased me..” Raido smiled and deliberately teased Shirayuki.
Raido resisted Shirayuki's hand blow. She could see the woman in front of her intending to buy some time to give Nagato and the others some space away.
“Do not touch my son occasionally!” Shirayuki released her body aura in large numbers. The mana Litha gave off was like exploding in midair. A cold chill started to be felt in Raido's skin.
“Introve. I've restrained myself from hurting you, still you keep forcing me to hurt you. Alright, I will not hold back as usual despite facing a beautiful woman though.” Raido stared at the frozen air. Then he saw the bloodied streets also freeze. Even the scattered human bodies froze as well.
‘His strength is terrible. I've heard of people who have powers like Hiryuu. Is he one of the owners of that ancient power?’ Raido was deep in his heart. He thinks Shirayuki has the same power as Hiryuu, the God-Goddess.
Raido suppressed his aura and closed his eyes. After which he released his aura to create the lightning armor that coated his body. The thunderous roar of lightning boomed as the aura of Raido's body clashed with the aura belonging to Shirayuki.
“Forcing yourself too far. What a pity!” Raido moved at high speed using his lightning power. Before it was within the range of Shirayuki's wide ice attack. Raido attacks Shirayuki from a distance.
His hand hit so fast. The sound of lightning continued to thunder as Raido swung his hand hitting Shirayuki. The destroyed power from his attack was truly terrifying.
“You will not run from death. Those who come with me have the power of Holy Water and Holy Spirit.” Raido was still exchanging attacks with Shirayuki with his relaxed movements. “Very rarely do dozens of people have the same power of Holy Water. But the people of the Bahamut Empire used one holy grail containing Holy Water and gave it to dozens of people as an experiment.”
“I was part of that conversation. I think your strength is the ice element type of Holy Water, but I seem to be wrong.” Raido smiled grinningly at Shirayuki who was releasing coldness continuously.
Shirayuki tried to re-freeze Raido's body but still her attack had no effect on Raido.
“If I die, at least I'll take you dead with me!” Shirayuki moved quickly as she continued to lash out blows at Raido.
“I'm not the only one who has this power. Perhaps dozens of people who made it through that hell roamed the hemisphere. If you take revenge on us, then get out of this small continent and come to a land called Jaya. Blame that Red Dragon who has given us orders.” Raido hit Shirayuki in the stomach quite severely.
Shirayuki clenched her teeth as her body was unable to follow her wishes. Now he had completely exhausted his wits and energy to fight Raido.
Shirayuki took three steps back. His gaze quickly and looked at the rampaging Ignist. Before long she sees Shin and Mujin who look like they are protecting Iris, Nagato and Litha.
“Holy Spirit Power Mythical Type. Especially Dragon. Three of the Four Conferred Commanders of the Bahamut Empire have the power to transform their form into Dragons. With that power no wonder they are called the most powerful country. Although the four people had terrible strength but they were afraid of the elder Bahamut. Isn't there much mystery in this world?” Raido laughed and spread his hands. Then he created a sword and spear from the aura of his body.
The lightning aura sword he wielded, while the lightning spear surrounded his back.
“What do you think Elder Bahamut looks like? And why would the person feared by the Red Dragon submit to the Lord Bahamut! I have ambition! I have a wish! Uncover mysteries and challenge Elder Bahamut one of dozens of my life goals!”
After saying with emotion, Raido moved at high speed, launching a series of attacks at Shirayuki. His sword slash was coated in a purple-colored aura. Lightning rumbled as his slash met with Shirayuki's ice sword.
“After you speak at length. But it's a pity because I don't care at all!” Shirayuki smiled and swung her sword even faster.
Shirayuki's sword slash increased sharply. The two exchanged attacks of over fifty strikes. After exchanging attacks, Shirayuki felt her movements were weakening.
Raido, who noticed Shirayuki's movements getting weaker, immediately pierced Shirayuki's stomach with a stab of his lightning sword. The body aura he manipulated into lightning pierced Shirayuki's stomach.
“You're too beautiful for me to kill. I'll finish them all!” Raido disappeared from Shirayuki's sight.
Shirayuki gritted her teeth before collapsing to the ground. The white kimono he was wearing was now drenched in blood. The white haired beautiful woman screamed in her heart for being helpless to do much.
