Ch. 156 - Capital of Daifuzen
Considering his encounter with some of the warriors at the Stormy Flower Inn left Nagato still a little upset, the next day Nagato immediately went with the others towards the Capital of Daifuzen.
During the trip to Daifuzen Capital, Nagato still remembered the figure of the young man who was watching the swordsman from the Fuyumi Clan. On Nagato's way several times he heard Emi and Shirayuki talking about some people who were after Iris.
The beautiful girl like her mother has a body of the snow goddess who can make a miracle. Emi takes strict care of Iris and Litha during the trip, after checking Litha's hand with her pulse. How surprised Emi was after knowing Litha had the incarnate body of the goddess of medicine.
One thing that surprised Emi the most was Nagato who had the same flame god incarnation body as Pandu. But Nagato's body had been weak since birth, a heart disease that left him only able to live until he was fifteen years old made Emi reflect on her steps to help Nagato.
The young man who was walking next to his granddaughter made Emi interested, Nagato was able to recover after having intercourse with one of the three girls Emi had in mind. The three girls were none other than Iris, Litha and Hisui.
Emi realized the efficacy of the breathing that Nagato always did, fused with nature and remembered with the Creator every breath we breathe.
"Nagato, what do you think breathing is?" Emi asked Nagato while glancing at the young man who was walking near her grandson, Emi's words made Iris, Litha, Hika and Tika turn to look at Nagato.
"I was told to my late father." Nagato subconsciously wanted to mention his father's name, but he saw the faces of the four girls who looked curious about his answer, so Nagato was not free to say unnecessary things. "Breathing is directly related to nature and God. At every breath, and every breath we breathe, both my late father and Grandpa Hyogoro always remind me that I always remember God in every breath we breathe."
"Why did Emi's grandmother ask that?" Nagato astonishedly looked at Emi who had stopped walking. Not how long Emi muttered slowly staring at Nagato. "Remain..."
Nagato walked back because he saw Emi who was silent for a few seconds, Iris was amazed by Nagato who always acted beyond her expectations. Every action, word and emotion Nagato showed was very natural from his sometimes strong and fine nature, but sometimes Nagato also looked very fragile and untouchable within the reach of Iris.
"Oh, yes, Litha. By the way, where is Grandpa Hyogoro now?" Nagato walked beside Litha while glancing at the hairpin the girl was wearing.
"Entahlah .. try Nagato guess yourself." Litha smiled sweetly looking at Nagato. "It looks like Grandpa is having a drink while enjoying a meal, but Grandpa didn't tell the two of us about his goal of leaving us in with Aunt Shirayuki," Litha added.
"Grandfather Hyo, must be traveling. It's interesting." Nagato smiled thinly behind the white fox mask, his hand touching Litha's shoulder. "Don't be sad Litha. I'm sure Grandpa Hyo has something to hide from us, for the good of both of us." Litha nodded softly hearing Nagato's words.
Shirayuki smiled at Nagato and Litha who were talking about Grandpa Hyogoro. Slowly Shirayuki approached Nagato and Litha while rubbing both of their hair.
"There's Aunt Shirayuki here, so don't worry" Shirayuki said, calming Nagato and Litha down.
Litha nodded slowly while enjoying the warm touch of Shirayuki's hand in her hair. It did not feel like they had reached the Capital of Daifuzen which was the capital of the Kai Empire.
The entrance guard told Emi to fill out a letter and show her a card. Shirayuki had Oichi and Ichiba to be on the left and right of the young warrior Fuyumi Clan.
"Sister Oichi, take it easy. We don't need bodyguards." Iris smiled faintly looking at Oichi who was standing beside her left.
"Honestly I'm so uncomfortable like this." Nagato complained as his head looked at the sky.
Oichi laughed softly at Nagato and Iris's behavior protesting against Shirayuki's actions. "Don't underestimate the capital, you two. This place is very different from the North." Oichi again reminded about the incident last night to Nagato and Iris.
After Emi finished taking care of the letter, she quickly invited the others to immediately enter the Capital of Daifuzen. In one definite footstep, Nagato widened his eyes looking at the city buildings that were extremely majestic and different from the other cities in the Kai Empire.
Many men who were stealing glances looked at Shirayuki. There was a feeling of annoyance at Nagato seeing the lustful gazes of some of the men he was looking at.
"Aunt Shirayuki, can I burn them?" Nagato asked Shirayuki in a slightly joking annoyed tone.
"Shh ... Nagato can't say that," Shirayuki looked at Nagato as she touched the young man's lips with her index finger. "Thank you for your attention, aunt." Shirayuki blinked her eyes at Nagato.
Nagato's face turned red looking at Shirayuki. His eyes slightly glanced at the man who was looking at Shirayuki. Their gazes showed the look of envious eyes on Nagato.
"Fast follow me." Emi walked quickly towards an inn that had been specially prepared for the Fuyumi Clan in the Eastern Sun Inn.
The organizing committee of the Tiger Tournament divided the large inn into two, the first western stronghold that was close to the Satra residence. Meanwhile the inn that had been prepared for the eastern stronghold was close to the Tiger Circle Arena.
The East Sun Inn had a fairly spacious courtyard, green grass growing neatly in front of the inn. Sakura trees are also around the East Sun Lodge.
After arriving at the Eastern Tiger Inn some warriors from the eastern stronghold were seen to have arrived first. The Fuyumi Clan got a share of the inn close to the Misuzawa Clan. The two clans are opposite their places of residence.
After observing the East Sun Inn for a moment, Nagato narrowed his eyes staring intently at the shadow of the two twin girls. Not for how long the shadow became clearer.
Nagato looked at the two twin girls who were running fast towards Litha. The two twin girls who grew up well, were clearly visible in Nagato's eyes.
"Interesting, it seems Chiaki and Chaika are also fighting hard." Nagato looked at Chiaki and Chaika who were hugging Litha. "Where's Ninjin? Did he manage to become a disciple of the Kitakaze Clan?" Nagato wondered in his heart while searching for the whereabouts of Ninjin.
"For a long time no see, Chiaki, Chaika..." Nagato greeted Chiaki and Chaika who were hugging Litha.
"This is for sure, Nagato." Chiaki's hand reflex held Nagato's hand which was waving slowly at the two of them. "Why are you wearing this cute white fox mask, Nagato?" Chiaki tilted her head to the side in confusion.
"I just want to cover my face, that's all I'm talking about." Nagato touched the white fox mask while looking at Chiaki from behind the white fox mask he was wearing.
"Don't be surprised, Nagato. Me and Chaika have become female warriors of Kitakaze with Brother Yuri." Chiaki smiled as she twisted her body in excitement.
"This is a good thing..." Nagato muttered softly in response to Chiaki's words.
It was not long before Emi summoned the five young warriors from the Fuyumi Clan who were still conversing with Chiaki and Chaika to immediately enter the inn. Emi firmly told the five young warriors representing the Fuyumi Clan to rest relax their bodies.
Emi wanted to teach the five of them bare-handed martial arts. Emi's attention was particularly noticeable to the five young warriors representing the Fuyumi Clan.
"Two days from now, the Tiger Tournament of Kai will begin," Emi told Nagato and the others. Emi's words made Nagato, Iris, Litha, Hika and Tika smile thinly before following Emi's light training.
