Ch. 287 — Criminally Good-Natured
“Phys-sama. I think the barbarian humans poisoned them with smoke, then tortured by thrusting swords at their bodies.” Melody saw young warriors like Chiaki, Chaika, Yuri and the young swordsmen of the Kitakaze Clan as well as the other clans lying with their bellies plastered clear of sword puncture wounds.
“I'll give first aid to all of them. Help me, Melody.” Ophys closed his eyes. Instantly Masayu who was holding the sword was about to cut off the head of Ophys. But the sword broke in two when it came into contact with Ophys' neck.
“Fucking insects! How dare you swing your sword at Ophys-Sama!” The red-haired female who hugged Yin Lingling's body directly descended from above.
“Stop, Miko-Chan!” Ophys shouted at the red-haired girl who was strangling Masayu's neck.
“Hehe... Then, all right..” The woman named Miko smiled sweetly with her cute looking face.
“You came to this country for what reason?! Do you intend to kill us all like that demon named Ignist did!” Masayu again pushed the body of Ophys until the woman who had long ears with a beautiful face was dropped.
Ophys hugged Masayu's body. ‘This little girl was exposed to sulfur gas poison. His body was weakened, but he was adept at cultivating breathing. Looks like she's lucky to be able to keep moving.’

At once the look of Masayu's face seemed increasingly sad. Her tears were unbearable as the rain that soaked the entire mainland of the Capital of Daifuzen could heal her wounds.
“They are not part of that Red Dragon.” After telling Masayu about Ophys and the others. Matsuri immediately helps the unconscious Kyla and her subordinates.
“Aiya, sweet little miss. The smoke poison you inhaled has disappeared thanks to the magic from Ophys-Sama and Melody-San.” Yin Lingling took down the green-haired woman carrying the backpack. While he returns flying high and drops Crystal.
“Lingling! You can joke in this situation!” Crystal's body crashed downwards at high speed. However Yin Lingling quickly grabbed and held onto both hands of Crystal.
“I'll teach you a lesson! Just look!” Crystal looked at Yin Lingling furiously as both of her feet touched the ground.
“Who... Actually you? Why did you come to this country?” Masayu stood up and wiped his tears.
“We are just criminal criminals who love to explore the world. That's all.” Melody touched Masayu's shoulder and approached the green-haired female.
“Lingling! Crystals! Help me! Although the gas has disappeared we must help heal those who have inhaled it!” The green haired woman took out the tools from inside the backpack.
“Yamarin! What are we criminals doing to help them?” Miko hugged a woman named Yama Rin.
“Oi, Miko-Chan. Don't mention Rin-Chan's name like a nickname.” Ophys stood up and closed his eyes while smiling.
“If Ophys-Sama says like that, yes already. I'll help you, Yamarin.” Miko immediately helps Yama Rin, the kind-hearted green-haired girl. Yama Rin had a stature that was not very tall.
“I'll make a poison antidote. You guys do me a favor. Gather all the people who are still alive for breathing the sulfur gas fumes here. And for the seriously injured people we split up and Melody-San will give them first aid.” With her sweet face Yama Rin looked at Melody and Ophys.
“Good, Rin-Chan. You are indeed reliable.” Melody smiled as she stroked Yama Rin's hair.
Yama Rin nodded. “Good. The more people who help, the sooner it's done. You seem to be reliable compared to my friend.”
“Oi, Yamarin! Don't talk like that with your sweet face!” Crystal looks upset and immediately helps Yama Rin.
Meanwhile Ophys flew with butterfly-shaped aura wings on his back towards where Shirayuki and Hana were. Yin Lingling followed the Ophys from behind.
“This cold is not just an innate elemental or elemental strength. It feels more incarnate power.” Ophys said as he looked at Shirayuki and Hana who were trying to save the two young girls lying on the ground.
Ophys approached Shirayuki and looked at Litha and Iris. Just by looking at it, Ophys could tell the two young girls lying weak had special bodies. Then she looked at Hana who was crying.

The power of an Elf Race. Ophys himself was someone who was born with a half-human, half-elf body. In a sense he is Half-Elf.
Hanabi remembered Hana's words about love. “If you fall in love with someone, then the sky that looks ordinary will be colored.” His eyes looked at Ophys and tried to speak.
Ophys put his ear to Hanabi's mouth. Hanabi's voice sounded very soft.
“I want to feel in love. At least I want to feel that before my death.” Ophys smiled as Hanabi finished her words.
“I know it must hurt if you know your life won't be long. But don't despair. Create precious memories so you don't regret living this life.” Ophys created a lotus flower which became the place where Hanabi lay. Instantly Hanabi's body glowed pink.
“Two of you..” Shirayuki looked towards Ophys and Yin Lingling.
“Is he your son?” Ophys approached Litha and rubbed the pale and sad sweet face of Litha. “He sacrificed his memory. You must have run out of aura. So this little girl used the forbidden power from her body. He will lose his memory for the rest of his life. It can be cured, but it takes a long time to heal. Right now his heartbeat stopped. It's too late.”.
Shirayuki was shocked to hear Ophys saying. “Litha..” Tears from the one-beaked woman flowed along with her who collapsed to the ground and fainted.
“Lingling. Bring the body of this little girl. Use your powers to give him first aid. After that you help Rin-Chan and the others." Ophys gave Yin Lingling orders and created a human body made of magic.
Litha's body clones looked very real. I don't know what Ophys was planning, but he wanted to make people think Litha was really dead.
“Nobody will know except my countrymen.” Ophys smiled when he saw Shirayuki crying. “This woman is very beautiful. Very similar to Fubuki. If only I had brought Fubuki here.”
“Fubuki-San will not want to come if Ophys-Sama comes to the Ezzo Continent. I think Fubuki-San really hates this place..” Yin Lingling coated Litha's body with a red-colored flame.
Ophys himself realized that the Kai Empire was already on the verge of breaking. Some countries led by false leaders, will not last long. He's seen it many times.
“Quick take the little girl to headquarters. I'm going to find my future husband Kagutsuchi Nagato.” Ophys looked at Yin Lingling who looked like she wanted to accompany him.
