BLOODY LOVE'S

BLOODY LOVE'S
Episode 100's

Rolan thinks he's had enough trouble. He actually wants to sleep, with the hope that when he wakes up again, things go back to normal. But he just realized there was never a normal word in life in Argent's house. Gerald and Hans approached him that morning, still agitated because their master had not appeared.

"We're going to find Mr. Marco" Gerald said. "Me and Hans."

Rolan could see clearly that the two people in front of him had already made a decision, not were asking for permission.

Randy listened patiently. His hand was busy tapping the tip of the pen onto the book. They were now in the nursery, next to Anna and Linda's bedroom. Rolan calls Gerald and Hans to the place upon hearing from George that the two are about to leave. "Well, you know where he is?"

"Because we don't know, then we'll look for him" Hans said quickly.

"You're not dealing with ordinary people, you know."

"We'll be fine as long as there's this tattoo, right?" Gerald's smile expanded behind his dense sideburns.

Rolan. He did not understand why people as cold and crazy as Marco could get such great loyalty from their workers. Quite often he saw the Argent workers so loyal that even death was willing for their master. Rolan had always considered dying for the sake of others to be disgusting and viewed it cynically.

"Have you guys got Edgar's permission?" ask Rolan. He knew Edgar Argent as a calm and calculating man. There was no way the man would let his workers roam around irregularly.

"Not yet, Doctor."

"Wait a minute, huh. Don't do anything just yet, okay? I'm gonna discuss this with Robby, uh, I mean Inspector Robert. After all, it is ineffective if you are carelessly searching. Before I know where Marco went, or where his tracks are, you guys, no one goes. Understood?"

Hans and Gerald looked at each other in silence, looking unhappy at the idea.

"understand?!" Rolan pounded the table with his palm, making the two workers in front of him blink in surprise.

There's no answer.

Rolan sighed slowly. "You are .. I understand that you are worried about Marco, but you should also know that your master is a man who hates frivolity. Maybe he's just doing his own investigation, right?"

"Normally Mr. Marco will tell Mr. Edgar" Hans said.

Rolan grunting. He himself is quite confused now. He doesn't know what he should do. "I need you here for strength, in case I find Marco. We'd better search as a team, not apart. What if I need your help, while you're out of nowhere, looking for people in places where there's clearly nothing?"

Gerald and Hans were still silent, but Rolan saw that the two bongsor men understood a little.

"I know you only want to move when you're ruled by an Argent, and I'm not a member of the Argent family" Rolan said patiently, frustrated by the workers' traffic jam. At first he felt that Marco's existence was only between existence and nothing. The man only told this while himself relaxing at home. Rolan thought that Bjork didn't need Marco. The old man was just a noble of many styles.

But now he realized that his assumption was wrong.

Marco was not merely holding power in a symbolic form. He's really powerful. No one wants to move without him. When Marco wasn't there like he is now, Rolan really didn't know where to go.

"Would it be Edgar or Jacob leading, you would obey?" rolan asked, trying not to look desperate.

Gerald and Hans took a quick glance, then shook their heads.

"We respect Mr. Edgar" said Gerald, "but his order will not be able to unite the workers under Mr. Marco."

"Jacob?" bargain Rolan.

"That's true. But what if he's made to understand?" Rolan begins to think of making up stories that could influence Jacob. If Jacob could be manipulated, Marco's workers and men could have been arranged easily.

Hans gave a soft sling. "Master Marco said, this is not something that can be decided so easily by involving people who know nothing."

"Well, even the Argent family you rejected," said Rolan amazed. "So the point is, you just want to walk your own way, right?"

Gerald clutched his hands together on the table, staring at the white mosquito net that enclosed the two small beds. He knows what is covered there. Two maids who set an example for the servants in this house.

"Just like two maids lying there" said Gerald slowly, "We are only workers. We work for someone. In chess, we're pawns driven by kings."

In fact, pawns are not moved by the king, but by the player. Rolan wanted to say that, but he held back and tried to listen.

"We can't move on our own, Doctor," Hans finished Gerald's speech.

"Get up" said Rolan, putting a pen next to the book. "I heard from George that you were leaving. And just now I was like I heard you were gonna find yourself where Marco is. Is my skin broken? Or is there a misunderstanding going on between us?"

Gerald's face wrinkled unhappily, and Rolan immediately cursed himself inwardly. At a complicated time like this, he should be wiser when choosing words and stopping to throw cynical jokes. Not everyone understands how to joke around with a sarcastic tone. He missed Marco again.

"We're going to go find Mr. Marco. Unless Little Master orders us to stay here."

Rolan scratched his head in confusion. "Whose Little Master?"

"Sir Jose," said Hans.

"You believe him?" Rolan is confused. "you guys? On the fourth child?"

"We are not people who understand such rules, Doctor," Gerald said patiently. "For us, there is only one rule, which is to work under the command of an Argent."

"But you rejected Edgar and Jacob" Rolan was confused. "What's so special about Jose? He's even ... just a kid."

"The Little Lord's life is almost a quarter of a century, Doctor," Hans said.

"The age is twenty-three years. It's still a boy" said Rolan. "You used the word 'century' and made him look so old."

Gerald and Hans laughed together. "We believe in the Little Lord. After all, only Mr. Jose is always with Mr. Marco."

That's absolutely true. After all, Marco has always said that he will train Jose to take control of Bjork from the back. Rolan did not know whether Marco's training was successful or not. He did not even know if the training had ever begun or not.

All he knows now, Jose seems to have earned the trust of Marco's two main workers.

The question for Rolan now, could it be that Jose is also trusted by Marco's other people.

The second question that popped into Rolan's head was, how to explain all this to Jose without making the boy act out of control.

It will be difficult, thought Rolan.
