Of course Mary did not say out loud her thoughts just now. He simply nodded and gave a calming smile to Lidya. “Well, have you had breakfast before coming here?”
Lidya shook her head slowly.
“Hmm, you better take care of yourself. Dave wouldn't be happy to see you skinny on your return, would he?”
Lidya laughed softly. “You also think he'll be back?”
Honestly not really. Maria is pessimistic about the condition of the missing people in Bjork. But like a good friend, he gave a smile as he nodded.
“Really?”
Maria was raised as a girl whose needs were met. They are used to being fun and not to pleasing others. Lidya's insistence now actually made her a little upset. Not his talent to always encourage others.—though that, he was trained to always be open-minded as the Garnet family. Maria nodded again.
“Already, already, do not be moody continue. Instead of us moping here, come with me shopping, yuk. We eat on the street all together,” Maria immediately said before Lidya again asked for certainty that no one could really confirm.
“Good idea,” Lidya smiled thinly. “Thank you, Maria. You're the only one who keeps supporting me. Others always tell me to give up or not be too optimistic. They can't feel how it would be me now.”
Maria nodded lightly. “So? You wanna go down the road? All entertain yourself, Lidya ..”
“Of course,” says the girl fast. “But I want to go to the Archive Center first, return the book.”
“All right now, I'll take you. What did you borrow from there? It's just an old document, right?”
Lidya put back on her soft white coat made of synthetic fur. He combed his curly hair with his fingers. “Clipping newspapers only, anyway. I've been wondering since exactly when the people at Bjork went missing. I mean, who knows if there's anything I can catch. Something that could help find Dave ..”

When he reached the Archive Center, Jose did not find Nina. He approached the officer there, asking when the girl was scheduled to enter. The two officers on guard glanced at each other several times, perhaps astonished by Jose's question.
Realizing that he may seem strange and like a man with a lack of work, Jose assures both that he does not mean to be a prankster. He introduced himself as an Argent and said that he was conducting an interview regarding the task he was working on.
After being informed that Nina was off today, Jose left the Archives Building in a doldrums. He was only five minutes away from Lidya and Maria, but they did not cross. Jose cornered the road, making himself disappear behind the bend of the building.
The goal is now changing.
He's going to meet Krip, the Argent family's special informant.
Krip is a grocery store owner down the street. His body was patchy and the man always wore a white worn apron. The whiskers running under his nose make Krip's round face look friendly. His head was shaven, usually with a black pet hat.
Jose often plays to Krip's shop when Marco takes him in for a city inspection. As Marco traverses through one mansion after another, conversing in metaphorical language, Jose flees to Krip's place to ask for an apple.
“Hooo, Little Master! Last week, didn't it come? Though I have prepared pastries for sweet taste Sir!” welcome Krip as soon as he sees Jose coming to his shop. He immediately got up from the counter and walked in to welcome Jose. They hug each other and pat each other on the shoulder as a greeting.
“I told you, don't call ‘Small Master’,” protest Jose.
Krip chuckling. “How else should I call a Mr the smallest?”
“Bungsu,” errat Jose, come laugh. “Not ‘small’ but ‘bungsu’.”
“Tuan Bungsu sounds bad,” kilah Krip. He led Jose to the counter, back to his seat behind the counter, while Jose took his favorite place: next to Krip, on a round wooden barrel filled with rice.
There were piles of cardboard boxes wrapped in plastic tightly next to the wooden barrel, making Jose's figure covered from the outside if anyone entered the store. Krip himself sat facing Jose with round cheeks blushing in excitement.
“You know about Higgins,” Jose get started immediately.
The hue on Krip's cheek disappeared. The man took off the hat, then rubbed his round head with a towel coiled around the neck. “Of course I've heard. Pathetic, pity true.”
Jose waited, but Krip didn't say anything more. The man just looked at her with a straight look that looked innocent. False innocence of course, Jose already knows the expression of that one mask.
“Actually, I decided to investigate that,” continued Jose.
Krip blinked his eyes twice, Jose's face looked serious. The man sighed, knowing that the Little Master in front of him would not be willing to accept the diversion of the issue. Jose really wants to know the truth. After all Krip had received a whisper that the Little Master in front of him knew some things about what really happened.
“Uncle Marco said, few know about this,” Jose started. He must show first that he knows something, and that he is in charge here. Marco always taught him about territorial control, as well as people. He must first show who he is before asking others to open up. He should throw the bait, but not all. “Doctor Rolan knows, Inspector knows, Dad knows. Some others know too. In that case, there is no way a great informant like you would be the least know anything.”
Krip puts on a sweet smile. “Little Master, you even know more what happened than I do. You there, I'm here. Judging from a distance, aren't you the closest to all events? People who need to be questioned are around you all.”
“Krip.” Jose brought his face closer, now the usual innocent smile on his lips had vanished without a trace. “I need to know what happened in my house.”
“There is a saying, ignorance is a gift.”
“Bagimu does not seem to apply.” Jose gave a cold look.
Krip shrugged his shoulders with a smile. “I enjoy this curse.”
“And the curse belongs to the Argent.” family Jose tapped on the wooden barrel with his left heel. “I am an Argent. Are you still loyal or not?”
“I always act by thinking about what is best for the Mr family,” Krip give it easy. “I can't say anything except for Little Master to stay away from this matter. This is not a problem of ordinary people.” He lowered his head, gave a quiet whisper, “not a matter of ordinary humans.”
Jose close his lips. Krip looked like a stubborn man who would not give him any information, but in fact the man had already told him some important things. All the important people who knew what was happening were the people who were nearby, meaning that indeed the Argent nuclear family held the key to what was really happening. It is not a matter of ordinary humans, which means that the creature is not human.
