Jose finally appears, but the man emerges from the door leading into the house. His face was pale and his hair was disheveled. Maria left her friends and rushed over to the man.
"Jose!" whispered gagh. He could see half the guests watching them. "Jose, what are you doing there? You're going to the restroom?"
Jose raised his face, at first he looked at Maria in horror, then cupped his hands in his face and asked in a muffled voice, "What is my favorite food?"
"What?" Maria raised both her eyebrows high. "You drunk?"
"I'm not drunk. If you were Mary, you'd know what my favorite meal was."
Maria rolled her eyes. "You don't have any favorite food! All food is the same for your tongue, you always say it's delicious, it's delicious, it's amazing, it's delicious. There's nothing you like and nothing you hate."
Jose lowered his hand from the face. He looked at Maria with an expression of great relief. "You are Mary" he whispered.
Before Maria could react, Jose had already pulled her waist and held the girl tight.
Maria gurgling. He could hear the noise of being shocked. And there was the sound of the brazen scream—certainly Adrian Marsh.
"Jose let me go!" Maria whispered in anxiety. His heart was beating very fast and his cheeks were heating up. He could feel Jose's body heat directly, even though they were bounded by sheets of cloth. He could feel the man's heartbeat in his chest. Instead of letting go, Jose tightened his embrace until Maria felt tight. "Jose! I can't breathe!"
"Sorry," Jose said quickly as he let go of a hug, letting Maria catch her breath. He looked around with a fervor. "I'm just happy."
Sir William approached them. His steps were firm and angry. "Master Argent" he said as he approached. "I understand you're not the kind of person who can control yourself, but I was hoping you wouldn't embarrass Miss Garnet in public."
There was a great hatred in the tone of Sir William's voice, which gave Jose emotion. Without prior warning, Jose slammed a fist into Sir William's nose until the man smeared.
Everyone screams in shock. Jose struck once again until Sir William fell to the floor. Maria hurriedly caught Jose's arm ready to hit again.
"Don't, Jose!" Maria exclaimed in horror. He had never seen his friend this angry. "Look around!"
Sir William's servants and his new comrades had already moved forward angrily to drive out Jose, but Adrian Marsh leapt into their midst and shook his index finger in front of the men, warned them not to come closer. Lucas Clearwater, still carrying his wine glass, stepped beside Jose with a threatening look, as if saying that he would eliminate anyone who dared to interfere. Simon Rutlan rubbed his face with resignation. He came to Jose's side to show his support.
"I invited you to my house but this is your answer?" Sir William got up slowly, took out a handkerchief from his pouch to wipe the blood on his nose. "Is this the courtesy of Argent echoed throughout Bjork?"
Maria did not understand what was going on, but she tightly hugged Jose's arm so that the man would not deliver another blow. "It's all a misunderstanding, it must be a misunderstanding" he said gently, still trying to find a way of peace. "Jose, maybe we should go home ..."
"Miss Garnet—“
"Don't say his name!" Jose cuts sharply, pointing at Sir William's face right in front of his nose. His breathing was irregular because he was so angry. "Even in your heart you have no right to say his name, monster! Tega's right you .. those people ..." Jose rubbed his fallen black hair covering his forehead. "Your servant ... everything ... even your own lover ...!"
Now Sir William's face turned as white as cotton. Even his eyes looked like flames. "Get out" he ordered in a low voice. "out! Get out! Get out! Get over there Argent!"
Sir William shouted his words in a language so ancient that it was almost incomprehensible to anyone. For a whole minute, there was only silence. Nobody is moving.
One by one the guests walked home following Jose's example, and none of them paid any attention to Sir William. Everyone frightened.

Rolan spends his time in the car studying the files he collected from Krip—Jose instructing Krip to give all the information to Rolan.
Now he has found a new conclusion. He could begin to guess who their opponent was now. He needs a booster, of course. Maybe if he can persuade Jose, he will be able to be reunited with Mr. Stuart—informan belonging to Marco. He wondered if the man would approve of his assumption.
Rolan had just devised a plan to persuade Jose when his eyes caught the figure of the man stepping out the gate, without wearing a coat. Jose's coat is coiled on Maria's arm. And the two men were escorted by three creepy tall men. Rolan shuddered. He knew who was walking with his nephew. Adrian Marsh, Simon Rutlan and Lucas Clearwater. The three were nobles and sons of famous nobles; all three were dangerous to be enemies.
Well, Argent is also dangerous to be made an enemy, anyway. So they're the same. As the saying goes: the wolf will indeed call the wolf, thought Rolan.
When he saw the faces were very grim, Rolan immediately got out of the car and opened the door for Jose and Maria. "Is there a problem?" tanyakanya.
"Inspector Robert should be called home tomorrow," furious Jose. He looked towards Clearwater. "Get yourself, please. Then come to my house tomorrow as soon as it's light."
Clearwater nodded calmly. He patted Jose on the shoulder several times. "I won't disappear" he said in a flat tone. "It wasn't me who punched him in the nose until he bled."
Jose knew the man was just trying to joke around, but he had no lust for laughter.
Adrian Marsh laughed. "Why?" tanyanya time realized he was being noticed. "That's funny, really. I love watching Jose beat people up. Fists cool. Woosh!" He punched the air twice.
"You did what?" Rolan looked at Jose. "Who did you beat?"
Simon raised both his hands in a blaring pose. "Jose, me and Adrian will be with Luke all night on my estate. You don't have to worry. Doctor, this should not be discussed right now. Don't talk about it in this place. At least take Miss Garnet home first."
Rolan turned his head towards Maria who was still a tangled face. He nodded, thanking Simon for reminding them, and then they parted with the three men. Rolan drove the car home. He had intended to wait until they arrived, but Rolan could not bear it. "Who are you fighting with?"
"He hit Sir William!" Mary who said. Voice broke. Now the girl was crying. "You're really bad, Jose! What the hell are you doing? You shouldn't drink too much!"
"I don't drink at all!" Jose menukas was angry. "He's a monster! He killed a lot of people! They all suffered and wanted to be released!"
"Oh yeah? And those ghosts are talking directly to you, asking you to help them?!" snapped Maria cynical.
Yes, Jose wanted to say that. Yes, they asked me for help!
But he was silent. Rolan raised both of his eyebrows high in front of the wheel. He needs to ask for details in detail at home later.
