BLOODY LOVE'S

BLOODY LOVE'S
Episode 105's

Maria closed her eyes. He felt more comfortable now, with a dark room covered in curtains. The doctor had just examined her, and nothing strange was found. It's just anemia.

Susan cried when she saw him vomit. Maria remembers that. Lately he has been feeling sleepy, during the day. It will be fine when night comes.

"Wake me up this afternoon" Mary said to Susan. Her day insisted on waiting in the room, afraid that Mary might need something. "I should be ready when Jose comes."

"Miss is sick. Better reconsider. No need to force coming to the party," Susan begged.

Maria smiled briefly, then shook her head. "I've rejected Sir William before, it's not nice that I don't come anymore. Anyway ... I want to see Jose."

Susan smiled back. "So who would you like to meet Miss? Mr Jose Argent or Sir William Bennet?"

Mary laughed, knowing Susan was just teasing her. "Lately Jose's been busy taking care of something. I feel like he's changed .. I feel like he's no longer Jose who always climbs trees to sleep or run away from Uncle Marco. People say, Jose has gone through his naughty phase and is starting to grow up."

"Miss feels lost?" guess Susan carefully.

Maria closed her eyes, nodding. "I feel lost. It was like losing someone. He was there, but I felt lost. Weird, huh?" He took a long breath. "But I was wrong, Sue. I don't have to feel that way. Yesterday we spent the night together, playing like we used to. And I realized he didn't change too much. He is still the same Jose, who is always ignorant and childish when he sees me near danger. He thinks Sir William is dangerous to me."

Susan raised both eyebrows, becoming interested. "You mean Miss, Mr Jose Argent was jealous of Sir William?"

Maria laughs. He flipped his body, lying on his side. The girl's eyes sparkled in the dark, and Susan was grateful to see her nona began to cheer up.

"Not jealous. He always has been. Protectively. Sometimes I wonder, if I had a brother what would it be like? Sometimes he looks annoying like a naughty little brother, but he's also often reliable."

Susan smiled faintly. He had noticed the relationship between his nonanya and the young master of Argent a long time ago. According to him, there is no one more suitable to accompany his nonanya than Jose Argent. Mary always seemed to be happy when she talked about the man. Unfortunately, Maria refused when Marco proposed the engagement.

Jose was still silent on his horse, looking at the edge of the cliff while being silent. He doesn't know how long time has passed. Run neighs loudly and roars, making him come to his senses. The sun was already high, just above Jose's head. Her hair felt hot as if it had been sun-dried for hours. Jose has lost track of time.

He even forgot what he was doing there. But the shadow of Gladys' rotting eyes filled with white caterpillars flashed in Jose's mind, making him shudder in horror and recall what had just happened.

After looking around nervously, Jose got off his horse. He did not release the reins of Run as it inched forward to the edge of the cliff. In his shadow, it was possible that Gladys would jump, bouncy high against the force of the earth and attack him again.

But that's not possible. Jose repeatedly tried to convince himself. That's not possible.

Gladys, the person who should have been a corpse in the autopsy room just now appeared to him. But for what? What's that corpse doing here? Jose imagines how Gladys' body moves from the police force in Bjork to South Bjork. How could no one see?

Jose lowered his body to the ground. He could hear his own heart beating from the ground. Then Jose crept slowly to the edge of the cliff, peering down the gorge.

He couldn't see Gladys. There's nothing. All he could see was the green color of the trees.

Jose gulped, starting to think that everything that happened just now was just a dream. Maybe he was just playing with the heat of the sun.

Run snorted again, creeping his front legs impatiently. The beast's black eyes looked at Jose, as if assuring his master that the one just now wasn't a dream. Jose knew it wasn't a dream. He could still smell her foul scent as well as the elastic taste of the cold skin on his hands. What he just experienced was not a dream. In his mind it was still even imagined how Gladys looked when he fell into the abyss.

Jose got up from the ground in a daze, forcing himself to walk straight closer to his horse.

"We go home, Run," he whispered as he tried to get into the saddle. His legs trembled, so he stopped his efforts for a while and regulated his breathing. After the condition is more stable, then Jose jump up and spur Run home.

He thought about the incident over and over again. Trying to recall the face of the strange monster that attacked him. Who'sis that? Is it really Gladys?

How could the girl live again? Can something like that be said to be alive? But the corpse groaned and whined as it was thrown down into the abyss.

Jose rubbed his face in frustration. He has to ask someone this.

Marcos.

He had just reached the green meadow that is the South Bjork yard when he realized the surrounding conditions began to fog. Just a thin fog. He can still see the road. But suddenly Jose was paranoid. He turned around several times, horrified that no human was seen. The windows and doors of the houses in the village were tightly shut, making Jose feel as if he was being exiled.

Stupid me, thought Jose while spurting back his horse over the Bjork bridge.

His heart was racing and he could not calm down. Even though he had left South Bjork, Jose felt as if he was still there, surrounded by towering trees covering the sunlight.

He has always boasted of being as mentally strong as steel, but Jose now understands what fear really means. The faces that greeted him at Bjork right now, the girls who smiled at him, would they just be flesh without a soul when they died? Will they be cloaked like Gladys? What can make them change?

Jose swiped his ankle against Run's body, speeding up the horse's pace without looking at anyone. If the condition of Gladys is not due to natural phenomena but occurs because of the actions of someone. Can he fight it?
