Babysitter For Rain

Babysitter For Rain
CHAPTER 1

Ana's morning today was a different morning than usual. Ana, who was preparing to go to the office, found her father not at home. Suspicious that her father did not come home from last night, Ana played back the CCTV footage she had installed on top of her house from her cell phone screen. And it turns out that it was true, his father did not come home from last night, because there was no other car that entered other than his car.

"Where's Papa? Why didn't papa come home? Not usually Papa like this," said Ana Lirih.

Ana tries to call her papa's phone many times, but none of her calls are answered.

"What's this about? Is papa okay?"

Dar, dar, dar ...

Ana's morning gets more unusual when she hears a bang from the front door of her house. When Ana checked it from the screen of her phone, she found five men dressed in all black standing around her front door.

"Who are they?" asked Ana to herself.

What are they doing in front of Ana's house this early in the morning? What do they want? Ana doesn't even know them.

Ana has no other choice but to meet them even though Ana herself is reluctant to do so. But, as they continuously banged on the door of the house, Ana was forced to get out before they made another commotion that would invite the neighboring crowd.

"You must be Adriana Tanuwijaya, Doni's son."

Ana's feelings become even more uneasy as they mention her name and also her papa when Ana meets them. How do they know? Who're they?

"How do you know my papa? What do you want?" asked Ana.

"Father you have to pay the debts today"

The word 'debt' kept turning around in Ana's head. What doesn't Ana know right now? How could his father be in debt? Since when? Wh-wh-what for? How many? None of those questions Ana knew the answer to. Because the people in front of him at this time kept urging Ana to call her papa immediately.

How could Ana call him? His father didn't even come home from last night, and all his calls went unanswered. Even just today Ana found out that her papa owed her money. How did Ana deal with all of them?

"Please give me some time" Ana told them. "I don't even know about this debt, even though I'm his son. But I will continue to bear the responsibility of my father. So, please give me some time to ask my papa for an explanation. I'll get him to see you when he's found."

One of the fiercest-looking men among the other four was seen contacting someone with his cell phone. I don't know what they're talking about, but at the same time, Ana keeps begging in her heart for that person to agree to her request.

"OK," said the man as soon as he put his phone back in his jacket pocket. "24 hours. You only have 24 hours. And tomorrow I'll come back to see you and your papa."

Ana exhales her leg and nods her head repeatedly. "24 hours is enough," Ana's inner self.

Ana's body suddenly squeezed as they were no longer visible. With her remaining strength, Ana enters her house and seeks a glass of water to wet her throat that had dried up from her fear. The final blow made Ana cough. Ana tried to calm herself down after that.

The rest of the time that Ana had currently used Ana to search for her papa. Ana continuously sent him short messages. Ana also did not stop calling him. But none of them were answered or answered.

Ana also contacted her papa's office. But even his papa secretary couldn't give him a clue where his papa was at the moment.

Ana then tries to contact her papa friends whom she knows, and again, no one knows where her papa is going. Ana was getting less and less concerned about what would happen tomorrow when those people came again.

What Ana regrets is that it turns out that she doesn't really know her own father. When did he start to get into debt, and for what? Why does his father suddenly have to owe him? Is the company in trouble? Or maybe get in trouble?

Especially with people like that. Ana believes very well they are not friendly creditors whose services are guaranteed by ojeka. Their faces are the faces that will do anything to get their purpose.

The more Ana dissolves in her mind, the more Ana is unable to find the answer to all her questions.

Just as Ana was about to give up, Ana's phone rang. Ana sees the notification, an incoming message for Ana. Soon Ana opens her phone, and she finds that the message was sent by her father. Ana is surprised to see the word "Papa" written on the sender's part of the message.

"Ana, forgive me for disappearing without telling you. Papa knows now you must be surprised because suddenly there are strangers coming to look for papa. Forgive me, Ana. Papa admitted wrong.

Someone offered papa to invest. Papa is interested in following him, Because papa's money is not enough, papa is forced to owe.

Papa finally got to know someone who could lend him a lot of money.

It turns out that investing is a lie. That guy tricked papa. Papa's money and loan money were taken away by the man, Papa looked for him to be responsible, but it turns out he disappeared. Now papa goes looking for him.

Ana, papa's ashamed to see you. Dad should not have done it from the beginning. Papa regrets it. That's why you'll look for him until you meet. Papa's very sorry, son.

Get out of that house as soon as possible. Hide wherever you can. Don't let them find you. Again, forgive your papa, son. Papa is really very sorry"

Ana could not believe that the message was written by her own father. "What kind of empty muzzle is this?" said Ana Lirih holding back her anger. Ana calls her papa immediately.

"The number you're going to is off"

Once, twice, even five times, Ana still tried to contact her father. But it turns out that her papa only intended to send a message to Ana, and then deactivated it again. Ana became very angry. His breathing began to hunt because of his heightened emotions. His anger began to be unable to contain him anymore. "But why run!!!" cried Ana.

Ana was so upset that she couldn't hold back her tears. In the end, he couldn't hold it all. Ana continued to roar along with her tears. He was too angry to think about what his father had done without his knowledge.
