CHAPTER 64

Ana had just entered the kitchen room, and she was immediately shocked to see Marius sitting on the kitchen floor leaning against the island kitchen. The two men's eyes were closed, so he didn't know when Ana entered the room.

Walking slowly, Ana tried to keep her steps from making a sound. He approached Marius who looked to him like he was asleep.

"Even sleep looks handsome" he said in his heart.

Then suddenly, with his swift movements, Marius woke up. Her hand grabbed Ana's nape, then in a matter of seconds she landed her lips on Ana's lips.

Ana was surprised instead of playing with Marius' sudden movements.

For just a few seconds, Marius distanced himself from Ana while smiling triumphantly.

"Marius!," cried Ana. His hands repeatedly beat Marius's chest.

Marius pretended to be in pain. He's holding his chest. But Ana doesn't care.

"You surprised me. You know, anyway?," Ana snapped annoyedly.

Marius laughed with satisfaction. "Some of you stay quiet for too long. I thought you were gonna kiss me. Yes, I've accelerated."

"No excuses! You were on purpose, right?" Ana continued beating Marius who kept laughing.

"OK, okay. Sorry ... Sorry, yes ..," asked Marius while holding Ana's hands to stop her from beating him.

"You too, why sleep here, anyway?" asked Ana.

"I'm too tired to go upstairs" he replied casually. "Here, sit here."

Marius' hand patted the tile that was beside him. He asked Ana to sit there.

Ana complied, and a second later, Marius' head was already leaning on Ana's lap.
