Babysitter For Rain
CHAPTER 10

Today, Rain arrives with his schoolmate, Ryuji Winata. Ana completely loses her wits when she sees her best friend's son, Naomi Winata standing in front of her.

"Mommy definitely won't believe what I found today" Ryu said with a cynical smile.

Ana could not say anything much less defend herself when Ryu said that. It was true, if Naomi knew this, she would definitely scold him all out.

Naomi Winata and Ana have been best friends since they were 5 years old. Naomi's first meeting was when she came to the funeral of her papa friend's wife. Naomi, who was bored at the time, found Ana crying in the back of the house.

Naomi, who does not know Ana is the son of her papa friend, continues to sit with Ana until she finishes crying. Naomi finds out who Ana is, when she returns to the farmhouse and finds Ana standing next to her mother's coffin.

Naomi and Ana are reunited by their fate, as they meet again when they enroll in the same school. Since then, they have always been together until they graduate college.

Naomi is like a sister and mother to Ana. Naomi taught Ana how to use pads during her first period. She also keeps reminding Ana never to wear purple clothes, because she says it will only make Ana look like an old granny.

Naomi is the first person who will figure out the background of the man Ana just met before the man starts to approach her. He even beat up the man who broke up with Ana for playing tricks on Ana. Naomi is the one who always scolds Ana when she constantly considers a jerk as a good person.

And of course, this time Naomi would scold him all out if she knew where Ana was at the moment, because Ana did not tell him the problem she was facing.

"Don't tell mommy, yeah. Please, Ryu ...," pinta Ana on Ryu. While Ryu just smiled wickedly at Ana's request.

Ana knows Ryu will never listen to her, as Ryu is a stubborn child, just like Naomi.

But, what choice did he have right now? Ana does not want Naomi to break into Marius' house and make a scene. Yes, Naomi will really do it.

"Ril ..."

Their conversation was interrupted when Rain came out of her room and met Ryu who was waiting for her in the sitting room. Ana is surprised to see Ryu's change in attitude. From the fierce cat that had just been touched had bitten, it suddenly turned into a cat that had just been doused in water.

"What'sthis? What is going on?," Ana thought in surprise at Ryu's change.

"H-hai .. this ...," said Ryu stuttered while giving a paper bag that Ana did not know what it contained.

When Rain took out the contents, it turned out to be a book.

"You haven't been in school for too long. M-they miss you, then write something for your m-there," Ryu continued.

"Thank you ...," said Rain who looked happy hugging the book.

"I think she also misses her friends, too," Ana thought when she saw how Rain hugged the book as if it were something very precious.

"Go back to school, I'll protect you," Ryu said gently.

Ana does not understand the meaning of the word "protect" that Ryu is saying. Did something happen?, he thought.

Ana wants to ask Ryu directly, but Rain pulls Ryu's hand and takes him to the playroom. Surprisingly, Ryu did not seem to mind that.

"He always refused even Naomi's offer to play on the playground" said Ana, who still could not believe what she had just seen.

Slowly Ana approached Rain to read the book. It turns out to be that funny.

Some wrote down how much they missed Rain. Some just draw. Even though they are just pictures, they make it really look funny and fun. Rain looks really happy.

"They miss you, Rain," Ana said as she gently stroked the little girl's hair.

Rain nodded her head and gave her sweet smile to Ana.

"What is Rain missing them?," asked Ana, to which Rain answered with a nod to her excited head.

"What is Rain kangen school?"

Rain still excitedly nodded his head.

"What if Rain goes back to school?"

This time Rain lowered his head. He hugged the book Ryu gave him tightly.

"Why doesn't Rain want to go to school?"

Ana purposely gives a question that requires a long answer from Rain. He hoped Rain would explain it to Ana. Rain hugged the book. Ana decides not to force him.

"Is Rain afraid of something at school?"

Rain nodded his head even with a slow movement.

"What if Ana goes to school with Rain?"

Slowly, Rain turned his head and looked at Ana deeply.

"Sir Ana will protect Rain from whatever Rain fears."

Rain was happy.

Ana doesn't know what this little girl is afraid of until she doesn't want to go to school. She suspects that a small percentage of her friends don't like her, and Rain is bullied by them.

"Well, if I find them, I hit them" Ana thought furiously.

"Tomorrow we'll talk to daddy, yeah," Ana tells Rain.

Once again, Rain nodded her head, then hugged Ana tightly.

Lastly, Rain kisses Ana, which makes Ana surprised.

Ana cannot deny that form of affection from Rain. He was also too happy with it. Ana reciprocates Rain's embrace and kisses lovingly. His heart was now completely inseparable Rain.
