Babysitter For Rain
CHAPTER 12

As planned, Rain leaves for school in the same car as Ana. Then, they would stop somewhere remote to change his car.

"Rain, don't worry, yeah. Sister Ana will still be able to catch Rain. It's like the game we played yesterday" Ana said as she gave him a cute pink headphone over her head covering both ears.

Before Ana played Rain's favorite video that Ana had previously saved on her ipad, Ana said something again, "If Rain is afraid, use this to call out to Ana's sister, Ana, like Ana taught you yesterday."

Rain tried once again the walkie talkie toy he had just bought his daddy. "Sir Ana ..." Then, she smiled as she heard her voice also coming out on the walkie talkie that Ana was holding.

Ana smiled with relief, as it seemed like Rain could understand what she had been taught.

"Smart kid," Ana said as she gently stroked Rain's hair.

After Ana plays her video and gives her her her favorite teddy bear, Ana makes Rain as comfortable as possible in the car, only after that she leaves Rain and changes cars.

It was a long journey that Ana could remember, as she was only anxious and agitated at the thought of whether Rain would be fine in the car without her.

Arriving at the school area, Ana sees Rain being escorted by a female bodyguard. Ana looked around her, there were not many people around her yet.

As per instructions from David, Ana dropped off a few minutes after Rain entered the school area.

"Well, Ryu asked me to come to school. This is the answer."

Ana is unable to hide her nervous face when she sees Naomi standing in front of her. Ryu stands behind Naomi while taunting Ana by pulling out her tongue.

"The boy ...," growled Ana.

"Hello, Siska? Cancel all my schedules today until noon. I have a very important meeting that cannot be postponed" Naomi told her secretary on her mobile phone. Naomi did not give up her eyes on Ana in the slightest. He really looks unhappy.

Ana only laughed nervously and occasionally gulped her saliva.

"You and me, we'll talk long, Ana," Naomi said.

Although Ana had delivered him to the front of the class, Rain herself was still unwilling to release her handhold on Ana. Ana feels maybe Rain is afraid Ana will leave her.

Ana lowered her body so she could look Rain in the eye. "Don't be afraid, yeah. Ana stays here until Rain comes home. Promise."

Ana takes out her little finger, and Rain welcomes her. Thanks to that, Rain became calmer upon entering his class.

And now, there's Ana and Naomi. Ana asks Naomi to talk somewhere not far away. He was worried Rain would look for him.

Naomi invites Ana to sit in one corner of the waiting room inside the school. From where they were sitting, Rain and Ryu's class could be seen. Naomi also tells Ryu to immediately look for her if anything happens.

"So, explain, what are you doing in Marius' house?" asked Naomi directly.

"You know him?" Ana asked in surprise.

"Of course everyone knows him, Ana. Marius is the president of DYNE Group, the most powerful group of giants today. Even Ryu idolized her."

Ryu is very fond of everything in the business world, like his grandfather. He even knows the names of big companies and their leaders.

"Don't tell me you went into her house without knowing her first ..."

Ana sees Naomi's emotions getting up. Ana thinks she's imagining Marius teasing her with a piece of bone to pull a puppy into her house.

Over an hour Ana sits in front of Naomi explaining everything that happened to her during these past weeks. As she tells her story, Ana's head continues to try to think the right words so that Naomi's emotions do not rise again.

"Rumor .. what?" Ana begins to feel something uncomfortable with Naomi's statement.

"Some said Rain was a hidden child. He is the son of Marius's affair. Therefore, you won't find Rain's photo in any gossip news media or business media."

"I can't possibly do it!," Ana almost yelled saying that. Then then he felt ashamed of himself for his behavior, for everyone was now watching him.

"I don't know if I should believe your words if I see your reaction like this."

"Whatchu mean? I can't do that, Naomi. She, she ...," Ana's head continues to spin looking for Marius's bad side, but somehow she can't find him. "She's not my type!"

Naomi suddenly felt like she was carrying a heavy load on her back. "Looking at you like this, it looks like I need to get this over with quickly."
