Babysitter For Rain

Babysitter For Rain
CHAPTER 37

"Daddy ..."

Rain looks very happy to meet Marius. Ana invites him to meet with Marius after he cleans up after returning from school. Rain looks very enthusiastic when Ana invites him.

Marius kissed Rain one by one after another after the little girl got on the bed and hugged him.

"How's your day at school?" asked Marius.

"Fun ...," cried Rain with her cherry, raising both her hands up.

"What are you doing at school today?"

"Congrion ..."

Rain loves to sing lately. Wherever he is, he is singing. Ana was quite proud of Rain's change. Because Rain has a good voice.

"Are you okay, Daddy?" Rain suddenly asked Marius. Perhaps he was worried about seeing Marius's unusual face than usual. Because now his little hand is touching Marius' cheek.

Ana feels Rain is a little girl with a fairly high sensitivity. He could feel something different when he saw something. She sometimes does that to Ana when she's thinking about something. Ana's changed face could be her concern.

Perhaps also because Rain had always been a spectator when people around him were talking about him. They felt Rain would not listen, but in fact Rain thought of everything.

"I"m good's. Don't worry" Marius said as he kissed the little girl and gave her a slight tingle by rubbing her face against Rain's cheek. The boy giggled at it, and Ana smiled at what they were doing.

"You want to go again?" asked Marius with a sad face to Ana who turned towards the door of her room.

"I'll get you lunch and medicine."

"Let the waiter take it. You stay here" Marius said again with a hopeful look.

Ana remembers what Lucas said this morning before she left for the office.

"Marius, if he is sick, ask for forgiveness. He just wants to be watched," Lucas said.

"There's something like that, huh? Usually if Marius is sick, you take care of him?" asked Ana.

"No, no. I get creeps that he did that to me. Of course Eli did it."

"Eli? Did Eli really do that? I can't imagine it," Ana shuddered amusedly at the thought of it. He imagined a fierce-faced Eli sitting next to Marius lying down, rubbing his back.

"Just don't be surprised if suddenly Marius becomes clingy with you," Lucas said again as he got into the car and left for the office with his car.

And now, looking at Marius like this, Ana wondered, "Is this what Lucas meant?"

But, what Ana doesn't know is ...

"Don't forget to send me a bonus, because I've helped you so that you can indulge with Ana today "

Lucas suddenly sent Marius such a message. Of course, Marius did not understand the meaning of the message.

"What do you mean?"

"I told you you need a lot of attention as long as you're sick."

Marius wanted to get angry reading a reply message from Lucas. But ... Why doesn't that sound bad?, he thought.

"There is no bonus. Just do my orders."

"Ready, Boss"

And in fact, Marius enjoyed it. She didn't mind doing this all day just to be with Ana. Marius admits, the longer he sees Ana, the greater his love, the more full and claustrophobic it feels inside his chest, and the more he wants Ana to find out soon. "If all your memories are restored," Marius hoped in his heart.

Later that night, as Ana delivers her dinner and medicine to Marius, she hears Marius talking to someone on his phone.

It seemed very important, as Marius was so focused on the chat that he was unaware of Ana's arrival. As he turned to look at Ana who was laying the tray on the table, Marius was almost shocked. He immediately ended his conversation with the person behind the phone.

Ana could see Marius' nervousness. He tried to hold back his smile. Marius must have thought Ana would be mad at him again.

"Why smile?" asked Marius.

Ana was surprised suddenly Marius asked like that. Does it look?, he thought.

"No, I'm not smiling" Ana said evasively.

"You're smiling. The tip of your lips moved upwards" Marius said as he ate his meal.

"Gosh, you keep binoculars in there?" asked Ana.

"Microscope" answered Marius briefly.

Ana laughed at Marius' reply. While Marius continued to eat his food without caring about Ana. Although actually, the opposite.

"Ana ...," called Marius while Ana was cleaning her dirty dishes.

"Hmm ...," Ana replied by continuing to tidy up Marius' table.

"Other times, if Valerie comes. He's stubborn. He could hurt you on purpose."

"Magar ..."

"Hm ..."

"Actually .. I was there .. when you were talking."

This time, Ana stopped taking care of those dirty dishes. He stared at the dirty dishes in front of him.

"I didn't do it intentionally. I wanted to deliver breakfast for you, but it turned out ..."

Marius fell silent without knowing what to say. She was not angry even if Ana was there. He only thought about that moment, this girl in front of him must have been trying to hide so that no one would know she was there, which was the truth.

"I'm saying this just want you to know. I'm not as smart as you to find a way out. But .. I'll listen. Tell me, I'll listen to everything you want to say."

Ana looked at Marius' eyes deeply. He wants to show his strength. He wanted Marius to know that he was not alone in dealing with this. He was ready to help Marius whenever the man asked for it.

In contrast to Marius who was staring at the two beautiful beads of Ana's eyes. He knew what Ana was saying. It was just that, when Marius looked at Ana, his chest was too tight for him to breathe. He tried his hardest to resist his urge to kiss Ana right then and there.

"Maylor ..."

Rain suddenly entered with a run and shouted to Marius. Ana and Marius instantly turned their eyes the other way with their nervous behavior.

Ana was busy picking up dirty dishes and taking them away.

Marius hugged the little girl. Then, hold her face with both hands, and play her cheeks with her palms. "Thank you, Rain. Thank you ..," whispered Marius, then played Rain's nose with hers.

Rain only looked at Marius with his innocent gaze. He did not understand her daddy's intention of saying thank you to him. But as Marius played his nose, he felt a tingle. Rain laughed giggling.

Half an hour later, Ana returns to Marius' room. He saw Marius playing with Rain.

"I forgot to say something. I'm asking for permission to take two days off next week. I have to get out of town, there's something I have to do" Ana said.

Marius looked at Ana while recalling something. I know why, Marius thought.
