"Good day, Mr. Marius."

Marius looked at Noel who was standing near the door of the VIP room of a fancy restaurant. Both of his eyes looked at Noel with astonished looks. Marius gave a sign to the waiter who was waiting in the room to give the menu book to Noel. "Cappucino alone" he said, handing back the menu.

"What's wrong? Rain is sick?," asked Noel after Marius disconnected the call. From what he heard, that was all he could deduce.

"Ehm .. he has a fever" replied Marius.

"Come on, if that's it. We're going to your house now."

Marius forgets that Noel is also a doctor. He looked surprised for a moment when Noel took the initiative to take him home.

In the end, in their respective cars, Marius and Noel left the restaurant.

Ana looked at Noel who was currently examining Rain with a worried look. Rain's face looked pale due to his high fever. Ana still had time to measure it, 39 degrees. Pretty high for a kid Rain's age. Therefore, he panicked and contacted Marius.

He was quite surprised when he saw Marius coming home with Noel. But he didn't want to know any more. For him, Noel was also a doctor, as long as it could help Rain, then anyone would not matter.

"I'll prescribe medication for his fever and colds" Noel continued.

Ana was still sitting on the lip of Rain's bed while continuing to hold her tiny hand. Marius who was standing behind her continued to gently caress Ana's hair to calm her down.

"Rain has to eat a lot, yeah. Although it does not taste good, it is still forced to eat, so that it heals quickly, yes," Noel told Rain. The little girl only nodded weakly to answer him.

After everything was done, Noel finally said goodbye and Marius took him out. Ana is still with Rain.

"Rain wants to eat something?" asked Ana. But Rain shook his head.

Rain simply looked at Ana with his withered gaze. He looks limp. But Rain tried to get up and stood hugging Ana.

"Mommy ... Can I call you mommy?" asked Rain weakly. His head rested on Ana's shoulder.

Ana hugged Rain gently. She still remembered Rain was currently sick, and did not dare to hug her tightly.
