A few days after that, Valerie came back with her lawyer. This time, he came with many bodyguards with him. Marius' bodyguards were already preparing in their respective positions in case something happened.

"Where's Rain? I came here because my request to bring Rain approved. So, I'll bring Rain today" Valerie shouted at Marius' doorstep.

Ana, Marius, and even Lucas were already standing before him preventing him from entering.

"Listen, Miss Valerie. You are allowed to bring Rain only if Rain wants to. You can't force him. The court underlined this matter" one of Marius' lawyers said.

The two teams of lawyers battle each other over what is right and wrong, as Ana thinks about what will happen if Rain really doesn't want to go with Valerie. What will Valerie and her lawyer do?

The longer Ana was there watching the argument between the two teams of lawyers, the more calm Ana was. She felt better about herself with Rain, talking to him, or at least mentally preparing him for whatever was going to happen today.

When Ana turned to enter the house, she saw Rain standing in the middle of the room near the entrance. Ana immediately ran up to him.

"Rain ..."

Rain did not budge as Ana called out to him. He also did not run towards Ana as he usually did. He remained standing there with an unusual look on his face, which Ana had never seen before.

"Rain, why are you here? Since when is Rain here?" asked Ana.

Rain fell silent. He didn't answer anything. His gaze remained fixed on the people who were outside the room where he stood. His face is still unusual. Whether it was fear, sadness, or whatever it was, Ana could not define it.

"Rain ..."

Rain said his own name, but he did not continue his sentence. Both of his eyes looked like they were about to cry again.

Ana hugged him right away. She thought that her little girl would cry out from fear of the rowdy atmosphere that was currently going on out there.

"Don't listen to them, Rain. Don'tbeafraid. There's Mommy here" Ana said, calming him down.

"Rain .. would like to join Mama Valerie ..."

Ana was stunned for a moment to hear Rain's words. He let go of his embrace.

Ana was still shocked by Rain's words. She still remembered how Rain had cried all night because she did not want Valerie to take her, but now she could even say it out loud. Though tears could no longer be held back.

"Rain .. What's up, baby? Yesterday Rain said ..."

"Get aside!," Valerie snapped as she pushed Ana so hard that she fell backwards. "Don't try to influence him! You're going to make him change his mind, right?"

"Val!," snapped Marius. He immediately ran over to Ana who was still surprised by everything that had happened.

"Marius ...," call Ana Iirih. "Rain .. he ... he ..."

Marius hugged her. "Quiet, Ana. Calm yourself. I'll find out."

"Come, Rain. We're getting out of here. Don't mind your clothes and toys. Mama will buy a new one" Valerie said, holding Rain's hand.

"Rain .. rain ...," called Ana as she ran towards Rain.

Marius hugged Ana from behind. He prevented Ana from stepping again. "Calm down, Ana. Calm down ...," whispered Marius.

"Rain .. listen to Mommy. Who forced you? Mommy knows someone must have forced you, right? Who made you like this, honey?" cried Ana deep in tears.

But Rain did not answer. She still cries.

Valerie doesn't want to linger there anymore. He was also worried that Rain would change his mind. He immediately took Rain away.

Lucas leaves Ana's room as soon as Marius finishes giving her the order. Marius, he stays there with Ana. He really could not leave Ana alone in her condition. His heart is not calm.
