CHAPTER 63

Ana still hugged Rain in her arms as Nora continued to approach her. The bodyguards around Ana are preparing to face something that Ana cannot predict what will happen. The servants and also Tian were still standing in their respective places with their tense gazes.

Rain's small arm continued to cover Ana's neck. It was like expending all her strength, until Ana almost felt difficulty breathing because of her tight embrace.

"Rain dear ... play with mommy, yuk ...," invited Nora with her style of being coquettish. He thrust his hand forward as if he wanted to carry Rain.

But the little girl refused to see him. He doesn't care about Nora.

Ana's brain begins to spin looking for a way to deal with Nora. She felt she had to do something so that Nora would not continue to disturb Rain.

"Sorry, Miss Nora. But it looks like Rain is not feeling well today. I'll take her to her room to rest" Ana said as warmly as possible.

"Hhee .. looks like there's a new nanny. Or can you say ... old caregivers who were recruited back?," Nora quipped.

Ana just smiled flatly hearing that. He knows what Nora means. The girl was reminding Ana of her status as a nanny.

Ana remained silent not responding to him.

Ana remained standing in her place even though Nora continued to approach her. He looked not afraid at all even though Nora kept suppressing him.

"Rain to the room first. Later Kak Ana followed. Wait for Ana," Ana whispered to Rain, and answered with a nod, then handed it to one of the servants nearby.

After the servant leaves with Rain, Ana comes face to face with Nora. Ana's eyes showed how much she underestimated Nora.

"We'll see who will laugh last. When you accept the wedding invitation of Marius and I, you will know how weak you are. Don't dream of ruining my relationship with Marius. Because I will do anything to defend it" Nora told Ana.

Nora accidentally crashes herself into Ana as she walks into the house. But, then Tian blocked him.

"Sorry, Miss Nora. Great Lord Marius had already left for the office from earlier," Tian said.

Nora grunts violently. He looks increasingly upset. "We're leaving!," he told his bodyguard.

Ana continues to watch Nora and her bodyguards walk towards her car. "Now I really look like a destroyer of people's relationships ...," he said, sighing.

"There is nothing great about a person who humbles others just to exalt himself" Ana Lirih said. Her eyes still carried the car that took Nora out through the gates of Marius' house.
