The Thousand Year Dynasty
28.5. Yvvone Story: Suicide

All seemed so small and moved so fast as he was flying through the air. He who has been doing it for 80 years is used to it. Yvvone was even still able to recognize something on land at such speed.

But this time he doubled his flying speed to make his way to the Mugger settlements in the northern forests.

But even so his body did not run into any problems at all, as his wind magic power protected him from the friction of the air as he dashed swiftly.

Before long it seemed that the lips of the forest appeared green to meet the horizon line. Soon he reduced his speed. And began to look for settlements around the lips of the forest.

The place was already chaotic when he found it. The Muggers seemed to be running in panic. A man standing in the surrounding area seemed to be falling apart.

Soon the Elf girl came down from space right in front of the man.

"Who are you?" The man was surprised to find a girl descending from the sky. Other Muggers were also surprised by Yvvone's arrival.

When viewed up close, the area around the place was torn to shreds. It seemed that all the items that were destroyed in that place had marks such as being disabeted with many swords, or disabet many times.

After gazing around, Yvvone looked back at the man in front of him, "Give me the Arcane stone" he asked later.

The man, who according to information from his captors named Ron, looked like an ordinary Morra man. With a body shape is not a fighter, nor does it carry a magic wand. Even the man was wearing the clothes people used to wear everyday.

"Oh, so you're Aeron talking about that? How did you get to this place? Aren't you sent to the east coast of Estrinx?" The man looked calm looking at Yvvone.

"Oh, it turns out that place is the east coast of Estrinx" Yvvone looked up while nodding small, as if he had just understood something.

"So you managed to defeat the guards there? Great indeed was that Elf"

"I feel flattered, so now where is my Arcan stone?"

"I won't give it to you" said the man as he mounted the horses ready to attack.

"Alright, I will not ask for a third time" said Yvvone who without warning immediately issued his wind magic to the man.

He used the same technique he used on his male kidnapper yesterday. Pulling all the air around his opponent, and letting him faint from running out of oxygen.

The man's face was shocked by Yvvone's sudden attack, then began to frantically touch his mouth and neck. Soon the man fell to his knees. Both of his hands held back the weight of his body that was beginning to weaken.

But suddenly an ice pillar emerged from the ground right where Yvvone was standing. But instead of piercing, the ice pillar froze and locked Yvvone's body inside.

At that instant Yvvone's magic disappeared and the man immediately took a short breath and hurriedly. Immediately filled his lungs with air. His cold sweat poured down like it was being splashed with water.

"Well, almost" said the man with a half-worry face half-relieved.

"How dare you use my homemade weapon to attack me" Yvvone looked a little annoyed while cleaning up the ice flakes in his hair.

"Elf is indeed an opponent that must be faced seriously" said the man who then cold air suddenly burst into existence around the place.

The area was only Yvvone and the man. All the Muggers in the settlement had taken refuge in the forest.

"So you weren't serious about facing me? Either I have to be sad because you don't think I am, or I have to be happy because you're too stupid" replied Yvvone, who now started moving around her body. Avoiding her from the cold air that seemed to run amok around her.

"Dead you!" Said the man. And the cold air had started to turn into an ice storm. Dozens of pointy ice pillars appeared in the air just like that and raging moves tore apart everything that was before him.

But the flow of wind that moves around Yvvone's body protects it like a shield. Dozens of ice pillars were crushed before touching Yvvone's body.

"The rock is dangerous. You will not be able to accept the impact" said Yvvone who still stands untouched in front of the man.

"Are you doing a mental attack on me now? Because you can't strike back?" The man's claw.

Yvvone looked at the man with his bored gaze. Then it moved its hand like it was throwing something at the man, and like a ball of high pressure wind hurtled quickly into the man's stomach and then threw it far back.

The ice storm disappeared. Although patches and puddles of water are left in the corner of the place.

Yvvone walked closer towards the man, who was now trying to stand back up.

The man then smiled and felt like he was picking up something.

"Stop, you can die" said Yvvone, who stopped approaching. He knew the man was casting a high-level magic. He immediately prepared to make a protection.

"I never even knew what it was like to be alive, because I was already dead from the start" said the man, who was then like a tornado wind appearing with his body at the center of a vortex.

The longer the tornado grew bigger and ice pillars began to appear and rampage in the wind. Half the Mugger settlement was destroyed by poranda in a short time.

While Yvvone began to slightly resist the rotation of the raging wind. Several pillars managed to pierce through his wind protection and injure his body. Scraping his legs and arms.

In the middle of his vision that blurred because of the ice tornado. Yvvone looked at the figure who was riding a horse towards that place from the back of the man.

It must have been the knight he had met on the slopes of Karas, thought Yvvone. The knight did not arrive on time.

And then Yvvone immediately left the man and darted towards the riding knight who was approaching. When seen the man's body began to turn into fragments of ice like dull milk-colored glass.

"Be careful!" Yvvone said when he was close to the knight.

And just as Yvvone made a shield to protect himself and the knight, the man burst into pieces with fragments of ice that were as sharp as swords flying in multiple directions before then melting and dissipating.
